Had the eggplant app and shrimp crostini, both were unusual and perfectly delicious, thoroughly enjoyed my experience, server was charming and attentive, would rush back!

Great place with great service and food. The atmosphere is really pleasant and such a great spot for dinner. The 1/2 priced menu happy hour is really a plus!!

All employees here are from Italy speaking in Italian. Cannot be more authentic. LOVE their Arancini rice balls. Fun to walk down 5th Ave after dinner. Sit at the bar for your first drink. Bartenders are REAL mixologists using craft ingredients.

The food and drinks are always amazing. The staff is very welcoming especially the bartenders. Very nice atmosphere.

I loved the food here and the service was spectacular.

Noisy. The food was good, however it was so noisy I couldn't carry on a conversation with my wife. Lots of people were enjoying themselves, obviously a popular establishment, just not my cup of tea. If you like a party atmosphere this is your place, I just prefer a more quiet relaxed atmosphere where I can talk to my dinner companions without shouting. To each his own.

Delicious food and great service. Our waiter Philip was incredibly personable he was very clear that he wanted to make us feel at home was there to help us any way. The food was excellent, it came out on time and was delicious.

Food was delicious but the service was very lack luster. The table next to us was sat after us, but they had their drink and then food order before us. I had to tell our waiter twice what we had ordered, and then the food took about 45 minutes to come out. At one point he told us it was coming out soon, but we didn't look like we were in a rush so we were fine. Once the food arrived we took a couple of notes and took it to go. Great food, beautiful restaurant, but don't know if we will return.

Amazing pastas and the bread and the olives. OMG to die for!!! Will come again. It seems that we came before 5pm and everything was 50 percent off on the food. Can't go wrong here.

We had THE BEST TIME & FOOD at Caffe Milano. The waiter Diyar made our day by not only serving us with such speed, professionalism & attentiveness. We went during their HAPPY HOUR (everything 50% OFF). My favorites to order are the Goat Cheese Pizza, the Risotto & the Tiramisu (!!!).
Don t forget the tiramisu, you ll be surprised in how different and flavorful and NOT soggy the tiramisu at Caffe Milano is.

If I could give this a 3.5 I would. But I don t think it deserves as much as a 4. We were a family of 4 and we visited on the Saturday of a car show (we were not in town for the car show intentionally). It was loud (expected with the number of people), but I can see how normally it wouldn t be super loud. Even with how busy, we were able to get right in. And the staff was super fast at cleaning tables and sanitizing when a table left to get the next party seated. Our waiter was weird. Not friendly but not rude. Just a little off. The complimentary hot bread basket was deliciously warm and fresh. The best part honestly. Two in our party had the lunch blt. For $15 I would expect a twist or pizzaz to the sandwich. It was nothing special. Certainly not worth a whole $15. Maybe $9. The freshly made pasta was delicious, rich but delicious. No kids menu. We also had the Nutella pizza dessert. It wasn t called a pizza but I can t remember the term they used on their menu. It was ok. Again the price tag would suggest something more.

The decor is nice. Our server Casey was fantastic. Drinks were strong. Smoke and spice margarita was a little "smoky". The food was average at best. Maybe just my selection?. (Mussels(4), clams(tiny),shrimp(overkill)) Others party members said food was "good" not "fantastic" just good. Not sure if they'll last but, hopefully your experience will be better should you choose this establishment for dinner.

Great service, food was delicious, even sides as mashed potatoes and sauteed rapini were done to perfection.

Great wine list, food was great with plenty of options for those who have group with many people to satisfy. Knocked it out of the park with the Lobster Ravioli with shaved truffles.

The place is good, cool and very well located. Full Center of Naples. Enter to eat pizza and there is no. The waiters do not speak Spanish and do not understand either. You explain to them in English and they understand what they want. It closes early for the Argentines.

Caffe Milano and the manager Massi did an outstanding job hosting an event for Naples Concierge with Salons By JC. The food and service was fabulous! There was delicious calamari (the best I've had in town), flat bread pizza, gourmet Italian meats and cheeses. It was so wonderful to work together with them and I can't say enough how fabulous the restaurant is.
