We had a happy hour drink and appetizer at a sidewalk table. $5 drink specials and delicious appetizers and nearby free parking make this place a winner!

Happy hour prices are the best. Exceptional place for late lunch. We go there at least once every time when we return to sunny Naples. I would highly recommend tuna tartare and calamari.

Great Italian! And everything is half price until 5pm

My good friend, my mother and myself all had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Our server, Filipo, was outstanding. He made my mother feel special and you could see her happiness shine off her being. The food was good, the look of the restaurant was nice, and the ambiance was great if a bit loud, we had to lean in to hear each other. I would definitely go back my next time in Naples.

Hey let s face it. This is a chain. A step above Olive Garden and carrabas. If you go thinking anything more,you ll be disappointed. If you go in knowing that it s an upscale version of the others you ll be fine. Overpriced run of the mill Italian. Extra $$$ for the hip experience. Not the food. Don t get me wrong. The food is not bad. But with all the choices in Naples......not bad is only good enough when all the really good restaurants are full. When you re out for a good time with friends and food is not the focal point you ll have a great time. And if you re fine with a bar tender that enjoys chatting with friends and coworkers more important than serving you, you ll like it even better. Three stars is a gift.

Great early dinner. The veal was amazing. My wife had the pasta with short rib. For dessert we had their very unique tiramisu. Great service, atmosphere, and location.

We went early during there 3-6 half price menu. Awesome meals from salad to dessert. Been there several times during our month stay in Naples and never disappointed. I had the Branzino, so delicate with a slight lemony taste. My husband had the ragu pappadelle, enjoyed with a glass of red wine. Tiramisu was uniquely prepared and very delicious. Will be back!

A real Italian restaurant in Naples.

We were afraid of the trap but it wasn't at all : we had one of the best Italian diner!!

I ordered the linguine with seafood (shrimp...) and my wife the riggatonis with eggplants caponata.

Both meals were perfectly cooked and my wife is very strict with pasta as she's Italian so I can assure you the chef is really great!!

Don't miss this restaurant well located in downtown

Best Italian restaurant in Naples I was in the mood for a four cheese pasta which wasn't on the menu and they literally made it for me anyways great costumer service.

The service was great, I have been there a few times with good food at the bar, but last night
May 26th 2017, I do not know who was chef hired but for all 4 people fish salad meat and lasagna it was tough and gross. I was embarrassed that I took visiting family there being so repelling. They need baffles for the chatter noise is really loud where pleasant conversation is near impossible.
Will never go there again and I am full term resident.

Always noisy, servers are rushed, but the awesome atmosphere, food and wine at half price during 4-5:00 pm early dining every day is a must to stop by every time we are in town ... same for Bice and Vergina

This is my favorite place to go downtown ! And the food is amazing ! Calamari is honestly the best I ever had and the meatballs were to die for !

When in Naples this is a must eat!! Excellent from apps to dessert! Also a great wine selection! The BEST calamari ever, lightly coated and delicious!! Homemade pasta noodles with ragu, absolutely amazing!!Lasagna also with fresh noodles,fantastic!! And a creamy delicious cannoli!! As a sicilian american I highly recommend Cafe Milano!! Buon Appetito!!

Slow service but excellent food. A little pricey but you are in naples after all.

Great service at the bar from Heni. Stopped in for appetizers and cocktails prior to dining at another establishment. We ordered meatballs and calamari both were cooked perfectly. Will definitely be back for dinner soon. Thank you Cafe Milano!

The crab cake was excellent. Some main courses were very good and others only average.

Suggested for lunch. My rating is just awful . But - details. First, the food is ok - just ok. Our service on the sidewalk was poor. Always looking for water, refills on tea. Despite a quite large group of service staff standing around talking we were always left to have to find our waiter . The reason for just awful is our observation of a male and female in the kitchen with him picking through her hair as if looking for bugs. Reminded me of monkeys in the zoo. When we complained with regard to the inappropriateness of that, the explanation was that they were on break . I can never - ever in-see that. I ve used all of my mental handi-wipes trying. If you care about cleanliness or safe health conditions do yourself a favor. There s lots of great restaurants in Naples. Cafe Milano / not so much.

We tried Caffe Milano for the first time today.... wow!!!!! The all experience was oustanding. Our waitress was very nice and friendly and checked on us several times to make sure we were enjoying the food...
We shared few appetizers , the fried calamari and shrimp, the rapino, the tuna tartare and the arancino..... all excellent!!!! For desert we had the souffle and we were not disappointed.... Definitely a place to try and you can enjoy their 50 % off their menu between 3pm and 6pm.

Great food and amazing happy hour, but not easy to get social distancing. The tables don't seem to have been modified for the pandemic, and when we ask for a specific location to make us feel comfortable it felt like we made the hostess upset; she also did not wear her mask correctly. The original table was in close to an entrance in a high traffic area. We didn't stay for dessert when they got busier. During normal times this would have been a fabulous experience.

Friendly, competent staff, reasonable prices, will definitely be returning.

This is the BEST italian I've ever had. Me and my boyfriend got a togo order tonight and holy moley! It blew my socks off. I got the tortellini and it was sensational. The Bolognese was absolutely amazing as well. I wish I lived here in Naples so I could visit over and over again!

Half price on entire menu from 3-5 is unbeatable. Food is excellent, service wonderful. What more can you ask for?

Great Italian food is pretty hard to find, especially outside of the Bronx, New York. I got a taste of excellence here during happy hour and the food and value knocked my belt off. I stuffed my face with meatballs, eggplant rollotini, a huge plate of asparagus (all appetizers and sides) plus an Italian beer for an eye-popping $22. The service was outstanding and the place had a great vibe. Double that price outside of their 3-5 happy hour and I think you've still got a great value and a fantastic dining experience.

You have plenty of options in Naples, but Caffe Milano is definitely worth it. Have a nice glass of Chianti or Lambrusco and enjoy some Italian cheeses and salumeria.

Inside or outside the location is beautiful. The food not bad at all, but it s not superb.

Delight yourself with a well prepared macchiato before you leave please.

Get the tiramisu!!! Also, the veal, calamari, and some of the salads are amazing.. truly a great dining experience.

The food 8s amazing, I've been there a few times. Most of the people working there are fantastic, had a weird experience but i think that was an anomaly

Half price deal 3-5:30 appetizers calamari with shrimp and octopus. Hubby had octopus, he loved it, my calamari was great.
Main course lobster with pasta to die for and I had earl shank over risotto. Will be back before we leave from this vacation
