Very spacious. Variety of different terrains. Close to the ocean. And hidden from traffic. Plenty of holes also

Best service of any club or resort I've visited. Top notch staff and food and drinks. Discovery does an incredible job creating such a fun atmosphere. They do a fantastic job at the Yellowstone Club and I might dare say they out did themselves with Makena. And the golf course is gorgeous and perfectly maintained. Can't say enough great things about the course and staff.

Fun beach to lay in the sun, waves are unforgiving and the beach is called breakneck beach for a reason. Be careful.

But need more chance for non members to play it. It really is one of the best courses I have ever played. It wasn't bad before renovations either.
