First and last time I go here, tried Rigatoni Sici...

First and last time I go here, tried Rigatoni Siciliano, it was cold, sauce was right out of a can of tomato paste, eggplant was barely visible. All this for a lunch price of $18..
I can't believe how pitiful this dish was.
