Great food and service. Go there for happy hour. Great drink deals and half price food.
Great atmosphere. Delicious food...great friendly service.
Started out well. Nice fresh bread, Caesar salad. Friendly waiter. I order gnocchi. They were mushy. Not like any gnocchi I had before. I asked waiter about them. I told him I did not like them. He did ask if I wanted anything else. I said no as my friend was almost finished with her meal. So I was dipping bread in sauce and was going to leave it at that. Waiter asked to take my plate and I said no. He asked again and he just took my plate away. When he came back I asked why he did that. He said if he took meal off bill I couldn't eat anything. I replied that I didn't ask to have meal removed from bill and I was using the sauce which was very good. Well too bad for me I guess. It was just weird that he grabbed my plate away. I wasn't trying to get anything free. I was trying to make do with what I had. It was weird, insulting and I left hungry.
Solid Old Naples eatery. Great bread. Nice location. Good service
We are regular visitors to the area (seasonally) and decided to give this place a try based on its rating and positive reviews. Definitely disappointed. Server was kind, but food was just sub-par. We have no problem paying upwards of $30 for a plate of pasta, but expect it to taste completely delicious ... pasta dishes were very bland (unsalted water?) and underwhelming. Appetizers were mediocre, at best. Definitely not authentic Italian food. We were on the hunt for a new Italian spot, but will have to continue our search. Completely confused about this restaurant s top rating.
A good Italian menu since the owner is not a descendant but one arrived from Italy, so the original flavors are very respected, very well set and as in almost all USA very good attention, in the most beautiful street of old Naples a very good option
The risotto was good, the skizza not bad. The server was very attentive even though she had many tables to attend to.
"Entire menu 1/2 price plus reduced prices for wine, cocktails and beer."
Early dining 50% of the entire menu. The food is excellent as is the service. Been back many times always great.
Service friendly n on point
Food always tastey n authentic Italian
Yum
Disappointed. Great happy hour (50% off). Not sure if waiter was distracted or just inattentive. Never gave his name. Never went over drink specials. Didn't check in from time we ordered until we had finished and sat for several minutes (runners brought food and cleared dishes). Filet was overcooked (ordered medium rare). Would have sent it back, but wasn't going to wait for waiter to come back. Lucky I didn't. Hamburger was good, as were the shoestring fries. Cannoli were just okay. With half off, we might give them another try in the future...maybe.
Great although the Ceasar Salad could use improvement

My family and I were on vacation and decided to eat at this restaurant. At first, everything seemed nice and wonderful, but when we ordered our dinner, the waiter didn't inform us how long the food will take to be prepared, we waited at least 15 mins to order, and took a whole hour till our food arrived. Our waiter barely checked up on us to give us updates on our food or see how we are doing, like most waiters do at most restaurants. When we asked him as to why it was taking so long, he was very condescending, rude, and extremely unprofessional. When the food arrived, they messed up half our orders and we told him that we were not happy, and told him to cancel our orders if it took a while to correct them, luckily it didn't. Not to mention the little quantity they gave us. It was pure high way robbery!
When we left the restaurant, we went to the ice cream store next door and saw the owner and the lady at the food stand creepily stare at us out the window. It made my family and I feel very uncomfortable. That will sure be the last time we will EVER go there again.
We enjoyed big time....such a nice & friendly staff.... delecious food....great environment
Nice place great staff and dog friendly outdoor seating so long as your dog id friendly too
Good address for Italian food on the main avenue in Naples.
Italian draft beer and good quality pasta dishes.
The prices are a bit high, but like all the restaurants on the street.
It's quite average place in terms of food and service. Definitely not upto the mark as per price.
We went here for the lunch special, and it was awesome. Delicious burger, fresh ingredients, very cool atmosphere.
I loveeeeeed this place and it was so fun for my whole family! The waiters are so nice and the atmosphere is gorgeous!
Honestly, best meal and drinks I had even before covid. I was sleeping on this place.
Stumbled upon this restaurant. They were busy and we didn t have a reservation. They got us in. Oh and it was happy hour. 50% off all food. Our waiter Chris was superb!!! Food was excellent.
My favorite Italian restaurant, great authentic cuisine
Excellent food and service. Tiramisu unlike any other.
Good service good attention food needs a little attention on flavor, but all else good
On fabulous 5th ave sitting outside marveling over the ragu.
Primo italian restaurant!
Love the casual and private seating layout.
The service is wonderful and very attentive. The food is spectacular. The inside is very well decorated and the bar area is very nice.
My new Naples fav!
After a day at the beach, we sauntered to Caffe Milano's for an early dinner and were greeted by fabulous wait staff, delicious food, and the most immense (and strong) drinks!
I've only had better grilled octopus in Croatia, and the quinoa salad was absolutely superb!
I am so happy that one of my friends suggested this place! Food was amazingly delicious and served beautiful! We got here on happy hour, and everything on menu was 50% off! Warm bread with olive oil and olives were yummy, actually it s my favorite part in italian restaurants tuna tartar, octopus and tuna steak was to die for! Highly recommend this restaurant, and I will definitely come back! Oh, and staff was great and very helpful.
Great dinner at Caffe Milano!! Went the first time during Restaurant Week, now such a great menu and reasonably priced for 5th Avenue. They have entertainment on the weekends and the best Happy Hour in town!!
This turned out to be a decent experience despite an exceptionally long wait for the host to greet us and seat us.
Great selection of food and the happy hour deals are unbeatable.
It was my first time at caffe Milano downtown on a packed Christmas Eve night. Things were definitely busy but we had good service. The drinks were good, appetizers and mains were great. Highlights were the risotto special, gnocchi, ragu, and sea bass. For dessert we got the tiramisu since I love to try it at different Italian restaurants and it was a trip! Picture is below. It was a fortune cookie dough taco salad bowl filled with crunchy unsoaked lady fingers, some coffee bits, and a lot of soupy marscapone. It was confusing to say the least and not a tiramisu at all! The manager came over and took it off the bill but all in all the food was great for the price and I would come back but just not get dessert. Yikes!
Very good food places very nice but personal at the service level really not good
Delicious and pleasing. Good service & atmosphere. Would go back and refer to friends. Love supporting local businesses.
Great experience and food, the home made pasta was delicious. Their decor is welcoming and friendly. Owner cares about his guests and their experience. Will be back!
Have been there with visitors from Europe. We ordered drinks and ice water. after 15 min the waitress brought drinks but no water. We reminded her to bring water. After another 15 min we told her that we still wait for water. Her reaction: she started a very rude and aggressiv discussion that it is not 30 min just 2 min ago that we ordered it. Her behavior made me speechless. I never experienced something like that in a restaurant in Naples before. In addition they served the wrong food, one of us had to wait for the food much longer than all others, the steak was dry and the Octopus was overcooked. Sorry, that was not the first disappointing visit but definitely the last one. Never ever again!
Loved this place alot. I visited this place with my friends and really enjoyed it. The menu here is delicious.
Excellent server, Massimo, and delicious food. Went at 3 and got 1/2 price on entire menu including all drinks.
Top location, prices according to location. Service rather unfriendly
Delicious meals for everyone in our party of 6. Great atmosphere and service.
We came here for happy hour. The drinks were very good. Octopus was delicious. However, the pasta dishes were kind of blend. My friend ordered caesar salad, and it was so so. The price is good during happy hour.
We went during happy hour, which is an amazing deal at 50% off all food. It is always pretty busy during happy hour so expect a wait and slow service (make reservations).
The food is great and pasta is home made and cooked properly. I had the lobster pasta which came with a whole lobster (slightly overcooked but still delicious) and home made pasta for 16 dollars. It was a great dish for a great price, who can complain about that!
The expresso martini was great as well.
Excellent food and service.. great for a quiet and delicious italian dinner
Great food! Was really Italian. Highly recommended. Very pleasant service.
Food was bland. Staff was just ok. Felt like I was at Tgifridays
I keep coming back here. I love starting with a cheese board.
Excellent food, thank chef Marvin for amazing beef carpaccio, the tuna tartar was incredible, I wanted to eat all in the menu, sure I come back soon thank a lot
This restaurant is awesome! Great food with very friendly servers and management. We sat at the bar and ate wonderfully prepared Italian food. My pasta was freshly made while my wife's chicken parmigiana filled her plate and melted in your mouth. We will be making this restaurant a regular when we visit Naples!
I love this place!!!.Food is so good. I love the 3-5 happy hour. I sit with bartenders that are so professional but personable
Excellent .... everything from courtesy to food and professionalism .... what to say for me ...
Number One
I was there a month ago with friends and I went back yesterday with the family ....
Owner ... EXCELLENT also offered us coffee at the end of lunch.
Don't miss the chance to go there ....
My husband ordered the burger medium. It came blue. The bun was soaked with blood. It was a health hazard, really. They try to argue and convince us that this is medium. We would never go there again.
The hostess look always angry and annoyed by the customers.
We enjoy caffe Milano and favorite waiter Milan.Top shelf service, have never had a bad meal.Regulars for past 3 years...
It is an excellent Italian restaurant with good prices. I suggest the Tortelli Ripiani and the Mixed entry of Calamari and Fried Shrimp
An absolutely stunning, tasty and wonderful meal in a comfortable and beautiful location with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for the delicious steak, wine , appetizers and wonderful service.
We have been in the room twice, and had a great time. Serene, familiar, warm, very Italian atmosphere without exaggerating. Great dishes, well-deserved prices.
Happy Hour, almost everything on the menu is half off. Really nice staff. Delicious, hot bread, authentic Italian. The shrimp and calamari were fantastic and so were the meatballs.
Located in the heart of downtown Napes. Indoor and outdoor sitting.
Stopped there for brunch. Ordered lobster roll and omelette.
Interesting place to go while visiting Napes.
I had the Warm Kale , Eggplant and meatballs.
The Warm Kale and Meatballs were excellent! The Eggplant was also very good, but I will definitely order the Kale and the Meatballs again!
ASHLEY was an outstanding server!. The entire staff were great. This was my 1st visit..can't wait to take my friends.
IN A WORD.... EXPENSIVE! Then again, people in Naples like to flaunt their money and these people are obliged to take it. $25 for a plate of pasta to me is expensive. The food is hood, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Very enjoyable and pleasant the seafood platter is awesome and most of all save room for dessert because the tiramisu you will never have had anything quite like it so please leave room for dessert you will not be disappointed
Excellent cleaning, decoration and care, as well as fast. The prices are high. It is better to go for drinks than to eat. They have a varied and good menu of alcoholic drinks.
Food was amazing and so was the service. Happy hour all food is half off. Either way one of the best meals in Naples.
This is an awesome spot for authentic Italian (read: not Italian-American) food. Think lasagne with besciamella instead of ricotta, house made pasta, and fresh bread. They don t skimp on their sauce, either. I highly recommend this place for their yummy food.
Absolutely delish!! Will be back everytime i m in Naples.
