Went there for lunch it was so inexpensive to eat there 12 dollars for a lunch meal with a glass of wine. Can't beat that on the other side for as good as it it for the guest. Pretty sure it will eventually hurt other businesses

Amazing ambiance and food. I've been to Italy 6 times, Mushroom risotto and short rib pasta were amazing and pretty light, just like in Italy. And they gluten free pasta.
Delicious pizzas (skizza), and the warm kale salad was amazing. Our server, Antonio, was very kind. The host staff was wildly rude, which was a poor first impression but get past that and you'll have a great meal.
We stopped in early afternoon for just drinks but was greeted by our server's ( Jonathan Francisco) warmth and hospitality and quickly changed our minds and stayed for dinner! Great service, excellent food !!
The sandwiches were terrific; fresh artisan breads and quality meats; with bread and olives on the table. The waiter was great; very attentive and accommodating.
If you fallow my reviews, very rare I give 5 Stars. This place deserve it all. A huge shout out to the Chef . I am very picky Customer about service and presentation, food, bar and of course cleanliness. The place is extremely, customer service oriented our waitress Amanda was very attentive to every single detail. The food was right on time and just from the fire. Drinks were amazing 2. They definitely deserve 5 Stars and much more. If you visiting beautiful Napeles and love Italian food as much as I do, try it out you won't regret. They don't have separate kids menu but you can just ask for pasta with butter or cheese. They have homemade Vanilla Gelato. The presentation of Tiramisu is very different from what we used to have. Thank you
The good: This place feels like fine dining and has a great aesthetic. The spaghetti carbonara was very good and a very large portion. The olive oil and bread was amazing as well. The oil had actual olives in it which gave it a very nice acidity.
The bad: The shrimp and calamari appetizer was very disappointing as it only had 2 pieces of shrimp. The "free" wifi asked for way too much private information. I understand if you have a button stating that you agree to the terms and conditions but they were asking for email, phone, and address. This gave me a very uneasy feeling as to whether they're using that info to advertise to you or selling it to other advertisers. I also don't how they store all of this information.
Amazing discovery, the Milano restaurant offers a varied menu for all palates, pasta, meat and fish. Also I add let yourself be tempted by the desserts. Family atmosphere and excellent cleaning. Friendly staff and fast service. Free parking behind the restaurant. Absolutely recommended.
There are so many great place to dine in the Naples area. My wife's family is from Italy, so we travel back often. This place is like being in Italy. For value, consistently great food and service, this is our favorite! Whether its your first visit or your hundredth you will feel at home! Buon Appetito!
Husband got the steak with fries. The steak was grizzly, no goat cheese on the salad like the picture shows. Fries were good. I got chicken parmesan. Olive garden beats any of it any day...
Possibly the worst meal I ve ever had. The pizza we had for an appetizer was on par with a frozen pizza. I ordered Spaghetti Vongole for my meal and after two bites I sent it back. The pasta was dry and multiple clams were still closed. I ate two clams, the first was cold and the second had gone off leaving a taste of ammonia in my mouth. The waitress was nice and the manager was accommodating in removing my meal and my mother s from the check(she had spaghetti carbonara which was dry, stodgy, and flavorless). I am now heading to five guys to get a burger as I did not trust ordering another meal here. I hope I avoided food poisoning(time will tell as we have just left the restaurant). I will not be returning to Caffe Milano.
Happy hour from 3 to 5 pm. Very busy, but we did get our order placed before the 5pm deadline. Calimari and shrimp appetizer was to die for, and a very generous portion as well. Pina Colata their way, was served in a copper pineapple, and was very good. It was not a frozen drink as it is most places, but Delicious non the less.
Loved the restaurant, and the location it! It is located on one of the nicest streets in Naples (5th Avenue S), so just go there and take a nice walk, getting to know this wonderful city! The food is great too!
Great bread and sangria! I had the chicken parm. The chicken was cold and difficult to cut. I spoke to my server about it. I ended up with a saucer of hot sauce.
Love it! They have an early dinner special. Order before 5 and everything on the menu is half price. Food is excellent. Homemade gnocchi is a favorite of mine. The tiramisu has to be seen (and eaten) to be believed.
Pizza was very good, we just stopped in for a quick bite. The pizza was perfect for that. Great taste, thin and cracker like. Sauce is flavorful and the cheese is fresh. Would definitely come back again when I visit
We loved this Italian local restaurant a lot. It s very authentic, beautiful atmosphere, very unique recipes. The food was delicious. Everything we tried was absolutely amazing. About desserts: they are huge sizes. So ask your server about how better to split one dessert between a few people. Very recommended.
Went because we heard they had best tiramisu in town. I liked their take on tiramisu. And definitely great. Does serve other foods but had a dessert only menu. In and served in good time, but it took a few more minutes for them to take our money. No c/o with that. Lol
