The casino looks great. They really have maintained this hotel over the decades. The Qua Spa is wonderful and everyone should try it at least once. You'll be happy you did.

After a disappointing experience at the Nobu hotel the staff at Ceasars helped save my birthday experience. I truly appreciate them stepping up and keeping me in the hotel so we could enjoy more dining, gaming, take in a show and enjoy the pool the next day.
This place is huge. Great shopping. I love the atmosphere. We are thinking about staying here next time we go to Vegas. Their is so much to do at this hotel. The Atlantis show was really cool.
We used to visit Vegas at least 2-3 times a month. This was our first time back since Feb/March. Caesar doesn't charge for parking. We self park usually. Elevators are slow but seem clean. We don't touch buttons & stay clear of more than 1 person in elevators. We keep our mask on at all times. They have a temperature monitor you go through with hi sacurity guard before checking in. There are hand sanitizer machines from parking area to throughout the Casino. In the front entrance they have mask & sanitizer machines. Lots of employees cleaning the slot machines. I kept our room cleaned bed made and restroom organized. There was enough towels, shampoo/conditioner & glasses. They don't have coffee machines and took out snacks and water in case you wanted to purchase. They don't have paper or pens to write with like they used to. We didn't want house keeping in our room for health reasons. We didn't have anyone in our room while we were there Fri evening through Mon early morning. People who were not wearing their mask were asked to put them on while in the Casino. We really liked that for our safety. The bars drew young people who didn't seem to distant themselves in line. Drunks around became sloppy about smoking & wearing masks. That's mostly the time I felt unsafe. Being around smokers and drunks. Lots of signage and red dots to remind you to distant yourself from others. Everyone should start thinking about others around them instead of themselves so everyone can enjoy their time out. We're all in this together.
Everyone was grumpy, uncomfortable beds and pillows, guest service was sub-par
Stayed at Nobu hotel, it was great! Must get total rewards!!
The top of the high end casino's on the strip. Courteous, friendly dealers and pit staff, rewards program excellent.
Absolutely amazing hotel. Great blackjack tables and wonderful theater. Where we saw Jerry Seinfeld, who is amazing stand up.
Caesars palace is a beautiful place to stay at. It's located right on the strip. The service is superb and fast. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious and tidy. I highly recommend Caesars palace if you are looking for a place to stay in Las vegas!
Great buffet! Fantastic food and many options to choose from! I recommend looking in groupon for any deals before paying up front!
The big Daddy on the block you gotta love Caesar's.... ALL HAIL CAESAR!!!
Beautiful nite life.loved the energy of the people here.
Caesar's palace is a must-see in Las Vegas! The intricate decor is amazing.you could spend a full day taking in everything just at Caesar's palace.as far as gambling goes some of the slot machines have a USB port so you can charge your phone while gambling which is very handy if your on a low battery.
One of the most prominent buildings along Thr Strip designed with Roman architecture as implied by the name. Caesars Palace is a very scenic and bustling place filled with the usual casino activities along with a few shopping areas and restaurants. It is a must see area while in Vegas; more than likely you won't be able to avoid it as the building teases your eyes with its free parking location almost forcing you to venture into it's desires.
Caesar's Palace is Gorgeous! Security not so friendly or willing to help with directions and such so make sure your paying attention to where you are. This hotel/casino is very large so you need at least a few hours to take it all in.
Only place to stay in vegas.. class Place and best crowd. This is the old Vegas with style.
Absolutely love the location. Decoration inside is always beautiful and intriguing. Whenever I'm in Vegas I love going here for the bacchanal buffet.
just walked through. Very pretty artistry, and lots to see. the place was pretty smoky though, my girlfriend did not like it.
Oh my lordie this place is amazing. Attention to detail in this place is amazing. One would think they were in Rome itself. Stunning poolside. Beautifully appointed rooms and bathroom.
Disappointed by the expense and difficulty in spending some of our gift cards. Staff is very friendly.. except there are some who are not aware of all to offer.. such as QUA spa.. one girl had no idea what we were talking about
Still a nice casino. Some of the features are dated. Employees are OK with customer service. Their rooms are not very updated. I would still go there though I still like the energy of that place.
I always love walking through the Casino and needing at the shops they have here.
Beautiful place. Mono rail accessible on the other side of the road and then you just walk across. Right on the strip.
May I say beforehand the lack of customer service isn't 100% due to cesars palace but more due to the coronavirus world we live in right now. With that being said. Save your money and don't travel until restrictions have been lifted. Almost all restaurants are close. The one's open are hours wait to get it. The pool is a 5 hour wait to get in and sitting at a table to play cards for more than a hour is tough wearing a mask. Almost all Vegas entertainment is shut down and the little bit that is open is a hassle to get into. If you are like myself and wanted to get out of town at any cost, wait until you can go out, have real fun, and get good customer service. Not worth it right now.
Came here for dinner with friends. John (staff member) was very helpful in finding a good place to eat and he even showed us how to get there.
Stayed here. Room was ok. Had to call front desk several times because tub wouldn't drain. Such annoyance. When asked to switch rooms they told us no. There is little non with customer service and machines are tight. How somewhere else.
Loved this hotel best one ever out all the times in Vegas
We really enjoy Caesar's Hotel we stay in one of their suites over looking the big pool
No words to describe so much perfection. I Had a great weekend here and i will definitely come back.
was in the nightclub Omnia for a work event. beautiful layout, service was fantastic and the chandelier was a real treat.
Caesar's Palace is really nice. We went for an event and the staff was awesome! Everyone we talked to were nice and courteous.
My only complaint is the intense smoke that filled the casino. It seems like everyone smokes in Vegas.
Hell's Kitchen food and service is fabulous. Great selection of food, liquor, and wine. Outstanding and knowledgeable servers. Cool interior... a bit noisy.
Room booked by friend who drops big at hotel.
Valet from airport didn't materialize. Lined for 20+ minutes and they couldn't find reservation didn't feel welcome, the agent made no effort. It's almost humiliating to be turned away. Not a good start. Was going to find a cab and find somewhere else but very late so tried 20 minute line-of-fortune again with extra info, and got lucky, agent located the reservation, maybe I was unlucky & better if he didn't. Room rate higher than I could have booked online. That leaves a sour taste.
Need late 2pm check out tomorrow and concierge said it will cost more. Overheard another staff member saying to guest on way to adjacent tower 'this is the nicer tower, its newly renovated'. It's maybe true but it's makes me feel I am not valued.
Maybe unlucky but I am not getting a warm cozy reception at hotel. It's supposed to be 5 star and I am paying more than I would have staying elsewhere, which are equally nice. It should be near perfect and yet it's a cold frosty clinical feeling too the hotel. Chosen to gamble & eat elsewhere between work commitments.
Room is good but carpet is worn and toilet flush handle has to be positioned to prevent continually water flow. Room not cleaned in 2 days since arrival date not being there during day and it was not pristine when I checked in (something on floor in bathroom)
Previously stayed Mirage, Treasure Island, Planet Hollywood, Luxor, The D, Harrah's, Tuscany Suites and many others - this ranks low as my expectations are too high.
Reduced to 1 star, day 3 room not serviced mentioned to staff. No courtesy response back.
Nice casino. Went there for the James Taylor show. Easy parking. Place was clean. One star less for a food court that gave me a mini hearttack when I saw a pizza was 47 bucks
So beautifully decorated for the holidays. Definitely reccomend staying here. Front desk was super nice, and the rooms are what you pay for.
Ate at Beijing Noodle 9 and the service was great. Both food and drinks had many choices. Everything was very good.
Great Hotel. I only wish they had a smoke free Casino
We saw the Reba, Brooks &Dun concert. They are awesome, but no one stood up until the end. A little more like the Grand Old Opery or a lounge show. Good, but not a typical country concert. The Total Rewards Great Gift Wrap Up was okay, but even though we had over 20,000 reward points, there wasn't much to get with that. The people were nice though.
Buffet inside of Caesar's palace wss great! There's also a great show of the Atlantis and awesome stores to shop.
Amazing casino with everything you need all in one location. Came here on a work retreat and had an amazing time.
Best place to hang out at night with wide range of food choice and shopping
I haven't stayed here before, but I came here to see the 4th of July fireworks and it was amazing!! Really crowded and people partying around you. The fireworks show is amazing!!
So nice to see how Caesar's how maintained updates and relevance over the years. Casino and Sport Book are great, but the bonus is the Forum Shops where you can find so many nice stores and gifts plus great places to eat. The only downside is that they aren't open late night.
Haven't stayed here yet but walked through. Beautiful grounds and casino. A must see in Vegas. Also saw the show "Absinthe" on the grounds and it was great. Amazing performances. Caesars is definitely a "must see" when in Vegas. Walk around and check it all out.
I've always liked Caesars Palace. There is a lot of stuff to do, some pretty incredible restaurants and good shopping. The tables are always active and fun and there are good shows here.
Their remodeled suites are also very nice.
Even if you are not living at Caesar's Palace, you should definitely go and check it out. The place is beautiful!! It is almost stepping into a different era. While you are there don't forget to eat at the Bacchanal buffet. Believe me some things are worth paying for.
We went there again last month and it's the same! The place is so well maintained. While you are there don't forget to visit the Forum Shops as well.
Beautiful hotel. Easy to navigate. Wonderful restraunts
I wish they would just charge a set price rather than nickle and dime all types of charges... I don't have an issue with resort fee's... But I do have issues when they keep on asking for additional fees... I saw multiple fights and it just didn't feel like the crowd was that great... I feel that with reduced prices due to COVID, the caliber of guest at Ceasars was way below par... I rather pay more for my hotel and not deal with unnecessary distractions... I love a good deal, but I also want to enjoy trip and feel safe...
Nicely centered on the strip. Great staff. Comfortable.
A plus for the design. But extremely expensive. I guess you pay for the experience
My party was looking for a breakfast buffet and found the Bacchanal Buffet inside of Caesar's Palace based on existing reviews. We enjoyed it so much we ended up going again the next day. I would recommend trying this place. The price matches the quality and service.
.A little dark inside, but an above average Strip property!
Beautiful Hotel/Casino.
A lot of parking spots
I totally recommend the Bacchanal Buffet, totally worth the wait and the price A lot of food options an variety.
There is a statue mechatronics show that is really awesome, a must to see.
There is an indoor simulated sky that takes you to a Triton/Poseidon fountain.
Just visit it,
I just want to say that all the hotels at Las Vegas City are WONDERFUL but for me, I adore this one, the attention at the beginning doing the check in was frustrating because we arrive there at 12 pm and the room was ready for us at 4:00 pm and if you want to have it before, you has to pay 70 dollars and obviously we didn t and we wait almost 4 hours, but after that, the estructure of the hotel, the pools, the casinos, and the rooms are amazing, I fully recommend this hotel and the service is excellent I love it and If I come back, I think that I decide to stay there again!
Poor customer service not player friendly at all treats players badly. Poor and outdated room, got a suite paid for the upgrades and it has a window that has been blocked by a brick wall with no sunlight at all. Like a basement dungeon. Could not reserve a seat for NFL in the sports book area and was told to go see a host who did not care about it and never even bothered to try to help me. Very poor customer service and really not player friendly. Spent $200 to sit to watch college football and they wanted $400 for nfl which I would have paid but they wont even Reserve that for you unless you have a hook up. Will never stay here again.
Since writing this review I had been contacted by a host and will give them another try. Maybe it was just a off week for them. However I think it could be really fun.
Omnia nightclub is great. The casino is same as the rest
We went to the casino and a man that works there was at a desk trying to sell us -who knows what- so disappointing!! he even told my husband "fine if you dont want to hear about it then your whole trip is on you" so unprofessional
One of the most prestigious hotel in Vegas.
I like the Gordon Ramsey Restaurant. Very good Steak and Beer.
The architecture is amazing in this building. And when you walk into the marketplace and see the sky above you its like you're in another world. Extremely creative with the fountains in the middle and the cobblestone floors, almost like being in an ancient city.
I was lucky enough to enjoy a full week at Caesar's in the middle of the summer. The staff was amazing, the pool and facilities are probably the best in Vegas, and the food is second to none. When I come back, I'm staying at Caesar's.
I went to the Reba, Brooks & Duns concert and wanted to go for a cigarette after a few hours of sitting. The lady said I could come back in if I present my ticket at the front, well, when I got back they kicked me out. I had a service man who literally told me I wasn t aloud back in as there is No Re-Entry . No where at all, does it state that on the ticket, or anywhere about that rule. He then proceeded to tell me the reason why is because there is not security. Lie lie lies, I had my bag checked by a man along with hundreds of people. After that, the Hotel itself wouldn t even help the person I was with find me after the incident. Only a lone security guard actually doing his job, who took the time to help said person locate where I might have been after Just going for a smoke . Horrible service and definitely won t be attending something like this at Caesar s Palace again as they are incompetent and clearly don t state all the rules about an event they are having.
Forum Shops are a great place to shop. They have a great Sports Book and seating area.
I really love the interior, this was my third Vegas trip and I stayed here, we had really comfortable stay.
Fun place to get my steps in. Walked about 2 miles from parking lot, through Forum shops, across front and back by Hells Kitchen restaurant. Even the statue of Caesar had a mask on.
Very pretty hotel/casino/shopping area. Creative way of interpreting the classical heritage.
If you are looking for an upscale experience do NOT stay here. You will pay as much as any of the other top hotels on the strip but you get NOTHING. NO turn down service, no robe & slippers, no attention to details when cleaning your room. . .they never cleaned out the mini fridge from the previous guest. Waited in an hour long check in line, paid for an upgraded room to get a view of a parking lot and when I requested an email for the head of guest services I was told by the hotel operator they could not provide that information.
It looks nice and grand from the outside. Along a good location on the strip with plenty of shopping. However the rooms inside are old and dated. Will not return.
Conference area is nice and sizable, but still easy for a conference to hit capacity for some. The Palace tower rooms are recently renovated, clean, and nice. For vacation I would highly recommend this hotel.
Gaming dealers are rude. The don't have any ropes to show where people can be and go
I have not stayed. I would like to know if you have hotel rooms with balconies that your guest can sit on from their room .
Wow I cant say enough. Simply beautiful place inside and out. A must visit place.
We didn t electricity for the whole night, they told me to fix it by myself!!!!
And this is after we had so many issues with them! Rude stuff. If someone sees this comment- don t go here, really! They will not respect you and will make you feel like you are nothing to them.
It was my first time in Las Vegas and I stayed at Caesar's Palace for a week and I had an awesome vacation. Great customer service, beautiful atmosphere, and amazing food. I can't wait to go back.
Great fun... Shopping centre inside and was brilliant to have a look and see. Didn't stay here, but I imagine it is full of fun!
This hotel is the best in my book. I have stayed in Vegas many times.. its clean and the people are easy on the eyes.. i will be back
Very clean, lots of great shops and restaurants.
Loved the sports book. Ate at Gordon Ramsey - Bar & Grill. Nice Fish n Chips. Plus specials during Happy Hour imported Drafts were $7.
Stayed 3 nights and room was nice & quite.
Enjoyed the Pool too.
Parking was impossible at least 4 valet stations that did not know after showing your ticket which one your car as at had to go back to the same one THERE IS NO PARKING
