Caesars Palace is one of my most favorite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas!!!!
The designs of the hotel architecture and shops are so beautiful. My kids love to swim in the swimming pool. Timeless place where we love to come visit few times a year.

We did not stay in the hotel. But the casino and shops were nice. The cocktail servers here were quicker than the servers at any of the other casinos we went to. The layout can be confusing just like anywhere else in Vegas

Very rude staff. They asked to see my passport (even though I was not playing, I was only watching a craps game). I showed it to the lady at the table, she took it away without saying a word, and came back after a bit without it. I asked back for it and she ignored me. One of the workers at the table told me to wait because 'she was busy'. After waiting 5 min, another guy comes back with it and gives it to the lady who took it from me. She keeps tending to the table and after my protesting, she finally hands it to me with bad manners. My passport is my only form of ID. If they were going to take it away from me, at the very least I would expect an explanation. I never would have expected such behavior from a 5 star hotel. Needless to say, I am never coming back. Go to the Bellagio next door, is more beautiful, the employees are nicer, and the winnings are great (from $100 to $385 in one day!)

Loved it. The size of it is overwhelming. Great first time to Vegas experience for my parents. They were in awe off Caesar's. Highly recommended. Only problem is most restaurants don't give reward points for dining on the grounds.

The ambiance is great. Looks luxurious yet comfortable for dressy or casual formal. Spacious and spacious. Few high end shops to look around and plenty of food courts placed through out the place. The bucchanal buffet was impressive with myriads of selections of different ethnic foods. Great for brunch and more.

My wife and I always stop by Caesars Palace whenever we go to Las Vegas. We enjoy it so much that we got married there in the Juno Garden location. We enjoy eating at the Cheesecake Factory in the Forum Shops. We've never had a bad experience there.

One of the better hotel and casinos on the strip, the price points can be a bit high at times. The quality of restaurants both in the hotel and forum make it a nice culinary destination. The pools are more relaxed if you're looking for something other than a day/DJ party.

Its a cool place to walk around and check things out. Lots of shop and places to eat....
The fountain show is cool but the dialog was almost unintelligible due to the speaker placement and eqing.

Good overall stay, make sure when booking to book the new renovated tower! The pool area is super nice and clean, staff is helpful and the sun booth/ vip lounges are a must on hot summer days and they are decently priced to rent!

This place was absolutely beautiful. The stores were very upscale. I especially enjoyed the top level. I seriously could not figure out whether it was actually the ceiling or the sky because it was so realistic I finally realized it had to be the ceiling because there were kiosks out in the middle of the mall area.

Terrible service.

Terrible service.

They are not doing room service due to COVID

The lines are terrible we spent 2 hours waiting to check in, and there is nowhere to park.

They claim free WiFi but even that costs 15$ for more then 2 devices.

We had a wonderful stay. It is beautiful. Very large inside with tons of great restaurants and resources. Shopping is stellar. Wide variety of high end, great shops. Amazing entertainment and club Omnia is a must. We seen Steve Aoki perform and it was out of this world amazing. Theater is huge!

This place is a maze. Took me a couple of days just to get slightly familiar with the layout in order to not get lost on the way to my room.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Views are good if you like staring at a bunch of other hotels. Came for an event and was blown away by the amount of meeting space available nearby.

There's a walking shop area across the street with a bunch of restaurants and shops. Probably better prices for food, and also a chance to meet the local characters while you get some exercise.

Bacchanal Buffet was as delicious as they say but be on the lookout for holiday pricing. Their website does not list the holiday pricing but we paid $70 per person for last Sunday's brunch time.

Excellent facility. The $ 50 resort fee is too much consisted I was there for a conference, did not even use the pool. The resort fee and taxes can add up. they also wanted you to upgrade your room all the time.

I was really looking forward to staying here. The casino and restaurants are great. However the rooms are very run down and need updating. I felt gross, particularly in the bathroom where there was a corded telephone right next to the toilet! Not sure what this was for - to inform the staff you have diarrhea? Won t be staying here again as there are so many other great Vegas hotels to stay in.

Hotel rooms in octavis tower need fixing extensively and a renovation. Hotel staff was excellent. Casino floor staff would be middle rank in terms of customer satisfaction. Buffet was Really top notch and a highlight of the trip. Really liked the kiosks that cut down the check in/out wait time.

A must see location if you happen to be in Vegas. You ll be so glad you did. It s one of those places you ll be drawn to each time you visit. Stop by Serendipity for a frozen hot chocolate too.

Too much smoke smell when you first walk indoors, or in casino. they need to have smoking sections or keep doors open. Resort fee are high for those who don't use them. Room in palace hotel was very nice and clean. 3.5 stars because of smoke

I gave this place 3 stars just for a beautiful design and all the art in greek style is worth seeing. But the actual customer service was horrible. To get a drink even if you are playing takes for ever. And yea make sure you at least put 20 bucks in a slot machine and bet max or you will be ignored all night long. The buffet lunch was 45 dollars per person and the food was horrible. There are no free waters or coffee in your room so get ready to pay 6 dollars for a small bottle or if you want free one get ready to deal with rude bartenders. How dare you are to ask them for waters. Just one drink would cost you 20 bucks. So if planning to get a little tipsy and loose you wallet that is not the place. Go to the strip. So totally recommend staying somewhere else like New York, or Aria and come by here for beautiful pictures.

Went to see Rod Stewart at the Colosseum. Great venue. The entire atmosphere is awesome.
Caesars Palace has fantastic dinning. A lit of gambling for everyones taste. Slots, craps, more slots. Perfect.

Service has gone down. There is a charge for everything now. Just a regular Coffee, Internet, valet in addition to the resort fee, poolside service ends at 4 or it did for us. AC in the rooms are old. They have started to use bunch of paddings on their mattresses as the mattresses are old. There was a time that this hotel was known for quality and service. Not anymore....

I have been going to this hotel for years. I m disappointed as I m heading back home.

Definitely feel like I'm at a palace. I've been to Vegas a few times now and this is always my favorite place to stay due to overall quality, location, and service. We had a few very minor hiccups, and I can't tell you how far above my expectation staff went to resolve any concern. First, our departing flight was delayed so significantly that we didn't arrive to check in until after 3:00 am, to which our reservation timed out. Staff creative a new reservation for us at our original rate - and upgraded our room. Second, they have a concierge available 24/7 for you over text. I went to take a nap when house keeping entered our hallway, so I texted them, and they went up the next time we went out. Finally, once of the restaurants at the pool messed up my order, and when they did, they gave be a $25 beverage to compensate for my wait. Beautiful hotel, and thrilled to stay here. Recommend to all different types of families and vacationers - this is the place to be!

Overcharging on everything. Resort fee doesn t even include coffee in your room or use of the fridge. They will charge you for the coffee pods about $3.50 each and $75 to use the fridge in your room. Drinks and meals at the casino restaurants are way overpriced and more expensive than ever. I m from LA so I know how expensive it is to go out. Cocktail / glass of wine $8-$10 more per drink at Caesars ?!?!

Very nice hotel. They just nickel and dime you to death! You have to pay $30 per day for valet, $18 day Just to self park! $14 for coffee in the room that most hotels provide for free! If you remove one bottle out of the fridge it trips the censors that will automatically charge you $120 ! Hotel tax is outrageous! $70 per night!!

One of the biggest and most luxurious resort in the Strip Las Vegas. We visited the common area which are plenty of shops for all tastes
And pockets. From H&M to Armani, fashion is available there. The architecture and the decoration is fantastic. Enclosed shopping area allow for visiting in any weather condition.

First time coming to Vegas and first time in a Vegas hotel. This place is awesome! So much to see, it wasn t just a hotel, it was a mall and restaurants and of course gambling. A little smoke filled and the rooms smelled a bit even though they re supposed to be non smoking. We would stay here again for sure!

Nice hotel but exorbitant resort fees and $30 per day for valet parking as a hotel guest. Keurig in the room but $12 to use. $8 for a plain large coffee down in the lobby. Be prepared to pay strip prices for everything. Food court for a late night snack was almost $30 for two slices and a drink??? I'd rather stay in downtown Las Vegas.

I've stayed here many times. You cannot beat the location. It also has some of the best pools in Vegas, in my opinion. The room was clean and spacious and the His and Hers bathroom was very nice. My only complaints are they have some outdated slot machines in the casino...they don't have many of the newer and more enticing machines that the other casinos have. Secondly, they still use those pressure weighted mini bar systems, with part of it out on the dresser. If you bump the dresser or graze any of the items, it gets charged to your room. I had to pay for a Fiji water that was untouched and still in its slot. Thirdly, the wine glasses in the photo sat there on the floor for 3 days...that I know of. They were there when we checked in.

One of the fancier hotels on the strip, great (but pricey) buffet, but the Forum Shops are worth stopping in! You may not be able to afford a thing in them, but its beautiful to walk down the 'roman' street to the Fountain of the Gods show. Another great freebie in tiwn!

Went to the Buffet. It was good and very large with lots of choices. They serve fountain drinks TO YOU unlike the other casino buffet with the fountains next door. The atmosphere was excellent. Especially with the subdued lighting. Plenty of desert choices and good tasting stuff. They even had crepes to order. The wait staff were all very friendly and very efficient. I would put it at the top of the list for a buffet.

Room was extremely large, 2 bathrooms and great view of the pool area. However, be aware this like other resorts on the strip have no refrigerator or microwave as they want you to dine in their restaurants on the ground level. The pizza which is $50 after tax is good for the meal of 2 slices and a drink for $15 as it is the best pizza you will ever have. Starbucks didnt open at either location til after 6 fyi (not that I am a customer there) and finding a parking spot...yikes..good luck. And when you check in, you WILL walk...a LOT! Its very far from the parking garage to the hotel rooms so if you are handicapped, get valet to drop off your vehicle. If you need a 24/7 good priced restaurant, go 5 mins down the road to Blueberry Hill on E Flamingo where you can get 3 meals for the price on 1 at the resort.

Played poker here and went to the forum for shopping, was lush! Be prepared for long walks. So worth seeing and ensure you see the musical statues before eating at the famous 'cheesecake factory'.

For the price you have to pay to have the buffet. I thought the food would be better. Just the same Avg food and some burnt food. Had to pay $15 just to park at the casino and it was self park to just eat over priced buffet

So many places to shop and things to see. The walking place has shoes customized to your feet. It is on the right before you get to the atlantis show. Bath and body works always has sales and lots of food choices in the forum shoppes. The Italian restaurant in the shoppes is really worth stopping at if you have time between shows. Watch for Spartans walking around too, hard to miss, lol
