I have never stayed at Caesar's but I have attended many conferences in their conference spaces. If you are looking for gaming and night life, Caesar's is the place to be. Be prepared to wait in long lines for any type of dining. During peak times you can easily wait 45 minutes for "fast" food. I would recommend either reservations way ahead of time or taking a walk to one of the food courts outside of Caesar's.
The shops connected to Caesar's cater to all levels of spending and interests which is nice for the non-gambling types.

Caesars palace is a great and fun place to hang out and have fun. I went to talk around and enjoy the scenery of the architecture around the hotel. The pillars and statues are all done flawlessly. In addition, there are many local restaurants to choose from that will satisfy anyone's cravings. Great place for a night walk.

I was very dissatisfied with my stay. I booked a room that was was supposed to have a view of the Billagio fountain, got put into another tower and room that was no where near comparable to what I reserved. Once I called the desk they put me in a rather run down room that was bigger but all in all. I was not happy for the four nights I stayed.

Prior to checking in, I received an email confirmation of my reservation which was not correct the day of arrival - I had reserved 2 queen beds and they had 1 king. I requested 2 beds due to sharing the room. When I called their customer service they said they couldn't guarantee 2 queens, even though that is what I reserved. Luckily, I was able to get 2 queens when I arrived. Hotel charged card for 1 night before checking in. I have never seen a hotel do that. Only has free WiFi for 1 device per room unless you pay the resort fee. Fitness center also not included unless you pay resort fee. Even the coffee in your room and is not free. Shower door was in disrepair and shower was not clean. Bathroom door would not stay closed. Upon checkin, I requested to split 2 rooms on 2 cards, but they charged the same card upon checkout. I will never stay here again.

Went to the Bacchanal buffet. While up there in price, it was completely worth the price of admission. The variety and taste compared to other buffets was top notch. Steamed crab legs, prime rib, and a dessert continent? Yes, please! 10/10 would dip into my son's college savings to be able to eat here on a regular basis.

This place is a giant hotel and casino. We stayed in a room on the 26th floor in the Palace tower. They said it was newly renovated. The hotel is in the centre of the action. It is a little bit of a walk from the reservation desk to the Palace tower, and we had to ask for some help along the way, but all the hotel staff have been awesome in answering our questions so far. Mini bar prices are not cheap. It's five dollars just for a can of pop.

Caesars is always a favorite and fun hangout to dine, dance, or shop. It is so large that I always get lost. Rooms are nice and service exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next Vegas getaway. You must try their buffet, it's out of this world.

I went with a girlfriend of mine and the overall and casino life was amazing! However, I was extremely disappointed Y the end of my stay. I stayed in a room with a magnificent bathtub and after a night in the casino I went back to the room to use this bath. Without initially realizing it cleaning product was left in the bathtub. The next morning my but was on fire!!! I called the front desk and not even an apology was offered. After getting home I

Many Options on the strip. This place has gotten too big. Where my room was far away from casino. i cud have stayed across the street and it would be closer. The casino is really nice and the food iptions are as well.

This casino has amazing interior decor and a lot of shops to visit. They have delicious restaurants and a huge casino area for gambling. Every hour they have a small show in the shop area that lasts about 10 mins and is fun to watch.

Absolutely stunning! the buffet was the biggest I've ever been to and the amount of food was absolutely mind-blowing. Everything tasted great and the food quality was five star. I would highly recommend this to anyone. On the weekend the buffet is $70 ahead so be prepared for the high price but the experience and the food was definitely worth the price.

The room was ok, except the used bandaid someone dropped on floor. I grabbed napkins and threw it away. Big bathroom, some dated looking roughed up furniture. I guess I thought it would be fancier then it is? also while there is a fridge in room it is stocked with expensive alcohol and the is no room for you to put your own things in there like water or food. Also no microwave and to use coffee maker you pay premium for pods. I guess I expected more luxury? Even basic hotels have free coffee, microwaves and fridges. I get they want you to go downstairs to spend money, but everyone is doing that already, that's why they are here. The walls are thin, noisy if you have family beside you or someone watching non stop TV. Also housekeeping is noisy all the time. I won't be back.

Is a nice hotel to stay, was cheap in this pandemic time, but as tip, do not eat the candies or coffee they put in your room, are freaking expensive, the wanted to charge us about $50 without eating anything, they say they charge you if you even move the things... there are "sensors" in the candies, so they know if you eat them... what the...

Room in Augustus tower were large and comfortable. Not a fan of coffee pot in room that makes you purchase the coffee. If staying at Caesars, the coffee should be free or remove the pot.

Sportsbook is top notch. Especially enjoyed the app allowing me to listen to game of my choosing.

Only went to casino and buffet.
The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The buffet, we thought was the best out of the top buffets! Price was excellent! DONT MISS THE FALL OF ATLANTIS Show in the Forum Shops area. It is hourly. OMG, you wont believe what you are seeing!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! DON'T MISS THIS!

Building is amazing! We were only there for the buffet but there was a 90 min wait time so we bailed. I've seen longer lines at other high end buffets in the city and the wait time was half whst it was here.

The hotel is big of course, there are no seating areas at the front desk, I sat on the floor in the lobby to wait for a room. I had no idea that check in was at 4 because I arrived at 11. Once I had my room ,it was the wrong type. I had to go back and get my luggage and bring it back down before I could get another key. Other than the desk, I dont think there are anyone there to help guide you in the hotel, you pretty much have to wait in line a few times to find things out. The room was comfortable however once the 5 hour check in ordeal was over...it would be nice if they had a seating area that patrons could sit and wait at....sitting at a nearby bar isnt ideal since you feel you need to order drinks to stay. Great for alcohol fans, but not everyone else.

Beautiful location! No Caesar did not live there but her would have if he could have! What an amazing Diamond club, so friendly, so clean, and just a great time. Spend some time poolside, grab some chairs, daybeds, or my favorite a cabana. Hard not to feel like a true VIP when lounging in one of those all day long.

For drinks be sure to check out the new Vanderpump bar inside, and for food just a hop skip and a jump over to Hell's Kitchen. Wow wow wow, delicious, friendly, clean, and great service! I cannot wait to go back and maybe play some on the casino floor, even if I lose im still a winner when starting at Caesars!

THEFT! Room was broken into the 1st night we were there and we spent the next 4 days of our stay getting the runaround from the management/security/risk management. We even had to go to spend a few hours at a police substation to file a police report instead of having them come to the hotel to file the report. $500 worth of items were stolen and Caesars wants to just write off our Resort Fees instead of take responsibility and replace the items stolen? I don't think so Caesars. This isn't over yet Poor, poor, poor customer service.

Nice hotel but we had to leave the casino early because the AC temp is too cold. The pool closes during winter season and front desk doesn't know if there's a hot tub available. Hotel can't help getting in to the on-premise Omnia club. And the resort fee is a 55-100% markup on the room price. Visitors don't need to pay a resort fee so why should guests, when the facilities are closed? Disappointing experience.

My daughter and I went to a Country Western Concert. It was great. Restaurants were fabulous. Our room was perfect. Maintenance did come up once. So glad we went and got acquainted with Caesar's Palace.

Cleanliness was comforting, one porter was assigned to our elevator area and wiped down buttons and railings every time. Staff could go through Caesars great training program before returning to work, a bit rusty is all.

Star docked: MGM offered mobile check in, allowing us to avoid shared surfaces, and interactions. MGM also gave each room a packet with quality masks, and a tool for opening doors and pushing buttons which was very nice.

Other note: we've also stayed at Flamingo since reopening, and DO NOT STAY AT THE FLAMINGO. Unclean.

Construction noise near my room woke me up every day at 6:30 am and persisted for hours. The hotel's response was, "we know about the construction and we're sorry about the noise." Only one elevator in the Palace tower seemed to be working over the 4 days I was there. All the guests I encountered were complaining about it. Room service food was mediocre and triple a reasonable price. $12 for a bottle of water, for example, is just obnoxious. Room service staff were tremendously friendly and accommodating. Waited for 45 minutes for a bellman upon checkout, but bell staff service otherwise was outstanding. Valet parking attendants were just delightful! Thanks to all the staff that went the extra mile to enhance my stay!

Love the look in the renovated rooms. Spacious and appreciated the view. The gym is in the spa and is well done, with enough equipment to share among guests. Staff was helpful and nice. Overall experience was great.

I liked it. It was my first time going to a casino and I had fun. I didn't have to spend a ton of money and I make 70 dollars in like an hour I was happy. Drinks are free as long as your playing. There are TONS of different machines to try. I can't wait to go back.

Our room in the Octavius tower was newly redone and so incredibly nice - it is definitely a luxury hotel. Housekeeping staff was fantastic! The only drawback, in my opinion, is the distance between the tower and the street - it's a hike! Gaming areas in the hotel are beautiful and well-kept. I was unimpressed with Giada's Pronto restaurant/cash and carry food. The idea is nice but the food quality is barely average and cost is not worth the value.
