You and your casino has the worst costumer service I have ever seen. I had to park in your establishment for less than an hour. ...how is it $15.00??! Explain to me,a local, why I am charged to get a parking spot for less than an hour. Not to mention the inconvenience of being FORCED to use a debit card, which carries a fee. Nope, I have to park AGAIN....C COME DOWNSTAIRS,TO PAY CASH. AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY..your operator just hung up before explaining.... ANYTHING. I will never never come to your place AGAIN. And. I am sure no one is going to contact me with a remedy for this situation. This is why localsHATE YOU'RE casino.Much less the entire Las Vegas strip.

It's a real nice casino! A good variety food court inside the casino. A lot of table games as well s slot machines. The dealers were very nice! Marie Grace at the roulette table was very nice! Rooms are pretty good.

Came to carmine's Italian cuisine for mothers day. The food was good for the most part. The calamari was over cooked to the point it was rubbery but aside from that the main course was great!!!

I was very disappointed with Caesar's as they have increased Their slot as well as table Minimum's. They've gotten too expensive to gamble and have fun. Seems like they're trying to recoup as much money quickly due to Covid. Bad decision! I won't be going back!

Caesar's Palace is exactly that, a wonderful Exquisite place to be. The staff is wonderful and helpful. It's so clean you think you could eat off the floors. Everyone is smiling and ready to help. I will definitely try and stay there next time I go to Las Vegas.

Oh my gosh, this place is the bomb! The only downside is we went on cinco DE Mayo weekend and they were putting up a multitude of tents outside for all of the expected traffic and visitors, providing locations to party and drink and get entertained. So it was a little daunting to get through it all into the main casino which by the way is exquisitely detailed. I definitely will be back

A great casino, with a variety of games and slots. The restaurants are fantastic. There are a lot of choices for shopping, and the forum shops are beautiful. The architecture and design are stunning, particularly the elaborate Roman style fountains.

Best live band dance venue on the strip. No cover charge, 15 member band, virtuoso vignettes, amazing musicians, outstanding vocals, Pop Strings Orchestra at Cleopatra's Barge on Friday and Saturday nights is the best!

Not my first rodeo in Las Vegas. Caesars Palace is always a wonderful place to stay. It s a beautiful hotel and there is plenty to see and do there. Make sure you find The Forum and Appian way shops! Several Pools a cigar bar, spa and just really too much to name! If you ve never been to Caesar s Palace check out the moving statues show it s called the Fall of Atlantis fountain show. That free show can be found down in the Forum shops area. My cheesy camera phone pictures do not do this hotel justice, I didn t really take a lot of pictures of the hotel because I had been there several times already.

This place is just amazing. Didn't stay here but spent a good amount of time here. Upscale shopping and restaurants all in one spot. Gorgeous inside, the ceiling light matches outside light. Beautiful place.

Caesars Palace is truly a palace. Great service from check in to check out. So much to do in this hotel. You do not have to be a gambler to enjoy. The mall inside of the hotel is spectacular with the ceilings resembling the sky they cannot be brought to justice by words or photos.

What a fantastic casino and concert venue.

What a fantastic casino and concert venue.
Watched Journey in concert there and it was incredible !! Really not a bad seat in the whole theater. Love going to concerts there. Very friendly staff and workers that are really helpful and makes your time there worthwhile.

We had a great room for our honeymoon. 99% of the people in the hotel and casino wore a mask so that made us feel safe with Covid going on. We had a really excellent time. The only negative was the drink service in the casino was the worst I have seen in vegas. We had tons of cash for drink tips but rarely saw any waitresses.

Phenomenal. Great hotel, great casino, great overall aesthetics. This place was incredible. The only complaint I had was that because our group wasn't dressed extravagantly we were ignored a good bit, but once we started spending money at the bar, they were attentative and hospitable. I do understand though. Not a huge deal. Great place.

Great hotel and casino but there are some issues.

Great hotel and casino but there are some issues.

Paying for coffee in the room. Pretty ridiculous. This is standard in most hotels

The pool opens late (9am) and there was no one working to hand out towels on usual entry point to the pool. Considering size and service on offer here this was pretty poor.

The rooms themselves and the scope and scale of the resort though is amazing. If you get the chance to stay here you should.

Spacious room with amazing view. Risk of electric shock everywhere: naked cables on lights, pulled out Start-Button in jacussi... The iron has so much calc, that you can cut your shirts. I guess, my room has never been renovated since opening in late 60s.

The room at Caesars Palace was very nice and also very clean. There was a couch in my room which I didn't use real often but I did enjoy it after a long day in classes and networking. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but they have really expensive food and drinks for sale that are connected to sensors. I have seen these before and I was the only person in my room besides housekeeping. On the checkout receipt they said that I made a purchase. I know for a fact that I didn't. I had to call 3 different phone numbers before I could get the problem solved.

This was our first trip to Las Vegas. While there, we walked through a number of the casinos and hotels, both on the strip and downtown. Ceasers Palace was hands down the most elaborately decorated and interesting. The hotel, casino and forum shops together cover a massive area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The casino had plenty of options for food. The pool area is beautiful, clean and a work of art all on its own. We're not gamblers so we can't comment on the tables. Be prepared to pay $$$ for everything but its Vegas.

I've stayed in Vegas several times, and this is by far the best place I have stayed yet! The amenities are spectacular, and the service is unbelievable! Great places to eat and hang out, and the pool area is out of this world!

Here for a medical conference, I received a shabby room fat away from the conference center while a colleague here for the same conference received a room that was opulent for the same cost, not sure why there seems to be a Caste system in place at Caesar s but for the cost I paid, I am not impressed, won t book here again

Went for the buffet. But wait time was super long (Which I didn't expect), but when we got in you can see multiple tables open ready for seating and was left empty for a while. So it makes me wonder. Also, the waiters aren't very nice but just doing their job. It would be nice if they could put on a smile and have a friendly tone at least.

The food choices here weren't my favorite. Also the decoration was a little outdated in certain areas. The Fountain of the Gods was beautiful! If you want to shop high end name brands while in Vegas, this is a good place to do so.

Stayed here for my anniversary. I booked the least expensive room for one night but the hotel upgraded us to. Suite for no charge! It was amazing! I wish I could have canceled with Mandalay Bay and stayed with Caesars Palace another night. Can t wait to go back again in the future.

This hotel has majorly gone downhill. Rooms are old, the tv barely works. They don t really clean the rooms either. They had left an old used razor in the shower and just one towel in the bathroom after they had cleaned it. Also we reserved a non smoking room and they claimed to be sold out and forced us into a smoking room or they said we can go into a downgraded room. Last time I checked, you upgrade someone when you mess up a reservation, not downgrade them.

Yes yes yes.

Yes yes yes.
Love the forum shops, the restaurants, the shows, the everything.... You could literally stay inside there for a week and be entertained.

You could definitely get lost in this place. Everything is super expensive and takes forever. Starbucks literally had the longest line ever. We stood in line for an hour. The staff was super friendly.

So we stayed at the augustes tower. And the views were amazing! And what sold me more was the bath tub lol
Some restaurants were open and some were not. Everything closed kinda early due to covid. But other than that it was a very nice and professional hotel. We are having some trouble with the room deposit but I think it will be resolved since ceasers is working well with me.

If a first time visitor, it is overwhelming. Need much time to enjoy all that this hotel offers. As are most of the hotels on the strip, prices are high but when vacationing, we all expect that. Fun to walk around and look at the architecture and painting on the walls and ceilings, along with all the other extras they offer.

Fun

The room had so much space, 2 queen beds, couch & coffee table plus a table for eating. And the beds were so comfy. The bathroom was also spacious with a large spa tub and walk in shower. The customer service was absolutely top notch. We saw Absynthe and it was fun. The casino was spacious with loads of gaming options. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Hope to go back soon!

Caesars Palace is a large hotel, casino, and resort near the center of the Strip. I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did visit the casino and many restaurants and shops.

Safety-wise, they seemed to be doing enough. Masks required. Hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere. Mask dispensers (with surgical masks) in a few areas. Employees wear masks. Half of the seats at gaming machines have been removed. The seats are not bolted down, so you can move them if you're traveling with others and want to game with them.

Caesars does a great job of detailing what is and isn't open on their website, accessible by QR code.

Large variety of gaming machines and table games. Gaming machines are still cash-based.

Most shops are open. The ones that are closed are mainly bars, maybe a few restaurants.

Nice clean rooms. Hot tub didn't work and the thermostat was stuck on a/c. It was a cold night in the room. Work up to a freezer. Told housekeeping as I checked out. Room should have been 100 percent for the cost of the room. I was disappointed.

Actually the hotel itself was awesome. Checking in they wanted me to put $1200 on my credit card right from the start. That's crazy. What hotel does that? I had 3 ladies sharing my room, so basically i owed $200 total.
In the middle of my meeting the front desk called me that I owed $600. My roommate lost her room key and wouldn't give her another one until the balance was paid.
At the end at check out, they told me my balance was $500.
I did not owe $500,.
After much arguing, i had to pay less than $200!!!
What a racket!!
