Basically hasn't changed very much on the last 30 years in my opinion. But still nice enough.
The staff there was friendly and it was very clean.
Caesars palace is such a big hotel but very beautiful. We enjoyed visiting the shops and seeing the two fountain attractions. We took many photos.
HUUGE hotel you can easily get lost if you have not been here before - heck it was my second time and I still got lost. The mall is so gigantic I forgot this was a hotel. All in all beautiful hotel and you will not be bored if you stay here.
Great place to walk around! Things to see apart from shops 1) Atlantis show - It is the same show since forever , the graphics are cheesy, the sound is inaudible, but still something to do. 2) Fish display - see some stingrays and sharks right behind the show stage 3) Spiral Staircase 4) Water fountain & statues (outside)
Internet is so slow in a room, and cell phone signal is almost died.
Concierge staff was not much kind. I understood it was very busy season but I hope Caesars care customers a little more friendly.
Has a great shopping area. And the Atlantis show is great to watch and happens on the hour.
Huge luxurious hotel and casino. It has a very huge area for organizing events and conferences. It's so huge that one can easily get lost inside the premises.
From world class shopping like Gucci to a wonderful and huge salt aquarium for all to a great casino for adults. Fun for all
I have come to Vegas lots of times but this the first time Caesars Palace very disappointed. I called in to make my reservation the representative explained that there is a resort fee and taxes of course but I was not told that there is $18 parking fee also the the line to check in was 35 minutes wait..everything looks run down the cabinet hinge was broken. I usually don't complain about things like that but this place is pricey so I expected it be in great condition. Very disappointed.
Easy access to Forum shops and heart of the strip. Cleopatra's Barge is a fabulous, small and entertainment venue within Caesar's. Beats the ugly "arena" entertainment "hands down".
Attended an event which was wonderful as only Caesars can put on. Food was delicious.
Daniel and Doris were amazing!! they definitely made our experience very pleasurable. I feel as though they went beyond their call of duty to explain everything, they gave us ideas for food and shopping!! They definitely made my first time in Vegas Memorable and Enjoyable!!!!
If you have Caesar reward diamond, you can get $100 dinning credit once an year.
Stayed in the Palace Towers, 11- 4 thru 8, 2018. Room was clean and very nice. Four days is not enough to see everything Caesars palace has to offer. The Forum shop area is fantastic. Had a good stay.
You're in Vegas you have to go over there and see this place awesome
Construction, engineering and creativity gave birth to a place full of dreams, just for the common people to enjoy, a place to remember and care.
While it's a beautiful hotel and my suite is fantastic, it took nearly 45 minutes to get by bags delivered to my room, and more than twice as long to get this guy removed.
Please improve the service to a level more commensurate with the property's reputation.
l I only have one issue. The issue is that when we tried to check in we kept getting your room is not ready please come back. After a hour we went back (mind you it is now 5pm) and got the same issue. So we wait another hour so now it 6pm and then we got to check in. So waiting 2 hours after check in with luggage and missing our reservation at a restaurant on the night of our wedding was not the best in the world. But other then that it was fun.
Didn t stay here, just wandered through and had lunch. Spectacular ceiling in the Forum mimics the sky, animatronic show, mini aquarium & more. Well worth a visit
Loved the hotel/casino-enjoyed the food/drinks - slot machines - shopping mall - swimming and the Jerry Seinfeld show. Will definitely come back.
Stayed here on the Octavius Tower. Gave a 20 dollar tip and got the upgrade from the Julius Tower room. Ask for the upgrade while you're here. Loved it!
Of course the casino and rooms are gorgeous. However, we found small, but important issues that caused bumps in our trip. We were supposed to get a text or email when our room was ready and we never did. We ended up waiting for 3 hours. Also, our check out was very messy. If your looking to spend a little less money and be treated more respectable I suggest Excalibur or Luxor.
Walked around the casino doing a stroll around town. Was as nice as i remembered it from 15 years ago. Was very busy on a Monday and the views were nice. I w ou uld suggest getting a hotel thats attached to the tram so you u have the ability to see everything and not use so much money on uber or a taxi.
Beautiful room, beautiful pools, nice staff, great stay! We had fun, good food at the buffet, and even won money in the casino.
For this to be a major resort... its subpar. The pools where closed smh... the rooms fridge is filled with stuff to buy so you can store your own left overs... no free coffee...that's a basic courtesy at resorts...we also found a bed bug. I honestly wasn't impressed. I won't stay again.
My first time in Vegas I stayed at caesars and it was an amazing experience. Price of room was very reasonable. The staff was amazing throughout the property and food was good too. The property is huge and the casino is just like all the rest of them. The location is good compared to everything around. If you need anything speak with concierge.
I walked thru the casino briefly didn t stay enough to say if I enjoyed it or not
So, great service, beautiful building, staff is amazing. My issue was the hotel policies. Everything we asked for besides towels was responded to with a price. We refused maid service or first day so we could get settled and they did a wellness check. The lights also stopped working randomly and we had to call maintenance. In general it was okay, but I'm actually happy to be leaving Vegas.
Beautiful hotel with world class amenities and shops. We eat at the new Italian restaurant and it was excellent. My only question I have is how can the high end shops make money. How many people go to Las Vegas to shop at Cartier? Just don't see where they pull the shoppers from.
Super cute. The forums shoppes are great. It's like a mall inside with sky and cloud ceilings. Lots of finds and food. It's pretty big too. Definitely worth stopping by and seeing and doing a little shopping. H&M has a lot of cheap things too.
First time staying here. Typical double bed room. In the Octavis Tower? Opted out of daily room cleaning, they give you a credit if you do. Though, they do charge for everything else. The air conditioner seemed not to cool during the day. The room felt like it was humid. At night it would cool down. We had to fix the chain in the toilet ourselves. If you did not get to the pool area as soon as it opened, you would not get an area with sun. If you would get there at noon, there were no more chairs. Casino, just like every other one, same machines, same kind of service. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I had a room with two queen beds. Was basically a standard hotel room with a fancy bathroom. The elevator service is fast. The conference area is huge. Bring comfy shoes.
Had a lot of fun at casino , u can loose a lot of money quick or win big
Clean rooms and friendly staff. Loved the shower and size of the room. Only compliant was not having a fridge for the personal drinks and food.
Great place to hang out. Enjoyed hanging out here and just walking the floor. Lots to see and not to mention the eatery were pretty good with a big buffet area.
Stayed here a few times. This last visit I stayed on the 54th floor in the Augustus Tower. Beautiful views of the strip. The hotel room is clean and there's so much to do in the hotel itself.
The only negative is the worker directing traffic in the front by the Ride Share. Very rude making awful comments to people driving in their cars and trying to get through the traffic..
Uncle Caesar has a real nice cement pond with lots and lots of bathing beauties
I've visited only the ground floor and the casino area on my way out - looks definitely better than most of the places I've visited in Las Vegas. Very friendly staff and ready to help if you are lost in the labyrinth of signs. I've spend a great time there - if you are visiting Las Vegas- definitely stop at Caesar's Palace.
This is what Vegas is supposed to feel like. Great vibe as soon as you enter Caesers Palace. Walking around you see people smiling and happy to be here. I guess win or lose you will have fun at Ceasers Palace. Staff are welcoming and willing to help anyone there. Everyone is a guest at Ceasers Palace even if you don't stay there
Room and location was fantastic.
WiFi limit of 2 devices is a joke.
Advertised price nowhere near what you are actually charged.
It was my first time in Caesars Palace, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere is spectacular! Everything was clean and modern looking even though it is many years old. Went to Gordon Ramsey's Pub and Grill which was great. Shopped in the Forum Shops which are all high end luxury brands. I still haven't even scratched the surface yet, still so much to see next time. Definitely will be back.
Enormous resort with a mall and a vast array of restaurant and shopping options. Many great places for photo opportunities. No details were missed in the sculptures placed throughout the resort. Centrally located on the Vegas strip. Did not stay overnight but the place has plenty to explore! Great for families and couples alike.
Its an awesome place!!! A MUST see when visiting Las Vegas!!!!! 2019
Pretty nice room with mini bar and Jacuzzi bath, nice views over Central Vegas. Down stairs has some grand statues, restaurants, gambling, they have shows, bars, even a few stores, gym if you can find the time! xXx
A definite Must See if in Vegas. The Atmosphere is Amazballz. From the second you walk in you feel like you came to the most Amazing place in Vegas. The decor is out of this world. The Background around the shops is so cool you must see it for yourself. Plus you'll find Rolex, Armani, Coach, and allot of other high end shops that you don't see anywhere else. This is by far my favorite hotel and shopping experience in Vegas. I love this place.
We stayed in an upgraded room. Absolutely loved the view of the high roller. Very clean. The reason for 4 Stars was because of the shower and how there was no door. I felt like the floor was soaked all the time. And it was harder to get steamy. Other than that the hotel was great. Great casino, smells amazing!
I brought the wife to Vegas for her first trip In April. We enjoyed our time and had fun.
My mom and I ended up changing hotels in the middle of our trip and were so glad we did!! The staff, the room, the casino and restaurants were amazing. This is definitely a special place centrally located on the strip.
Been here many, many times. So disappointed in this trip. So much inaccurate information about the resort credit offer. Had I known it was goiing to be this difficult I would have passed on it and stayed home. Won't take the offer again :( . As usual though, staff amazing!
Great resort. Air quality not as good as some other resorts in casino and public spaces if smoking is not your thing. Internet in rooms is painfully slow at times.
First, When I was in my room I got a knock on the door and it was the cleaning lady. She said that she as coming in and I said: "no thank you I am in here". She said "Oh ok" then 3 minutes later she starts opening the door. I quickly went to the door and said "sorry I am in here I don't want my room cleaned. Second, there was a lot of smoke from the construction and I could smell it in my room when I was sleeping. Next, the food was just horrible. My hamburger was raw so I sent it back 10 times before they got it right. Then I ordered chicken and part of it was burnt and the other part of it was raw. Lastly, when I went into the pool I saw something brown so I left and then came back to the pool the next day and the water was green in some spots.
I loved my stay here!! Something always pulls me back here! It's absolutely gorgeous! Lots of great food and shopping options. Also a bonus is the wax museum next door, definitely a must see. Lots to see at this hotel, before you even enter a casino. Absolute beautiful hotel and the rooms are amazing. It's the little things that matter and this hotel has a lot of them. I love the make up station in the bathroom, the nice deep bath tub, the slow close toilet seat and the power blinds. I am in love with Vegas and this hotel!
It was a nice hotel but I'm more satisfied with the Paris overall. The walk from car to hotel took forever.
we loved the hotel but the attitude of the people who work there much less, maybe if we would have worn a shirt and tie and wear gold would you have had the same attitude? I do not think so ! never forget that it is the tourists who make you live
I really like the room. I like the casino but it's has strong smell of cigarettes. The pools are nice but not good customer service and ride safety people. 5 of them let us putting back the lounge chairs in place even there's no problem going around. I was there for my friend for 15 minutes.
Decent room, but a little dated. Everything is overpriced including the food court. Resort fees are on top of room rate and are about $40 per day! There is a room fridge but only has space for mini bar items and coffee maker, but it's part of mini bar charges, and also overpriced. Food was good but beyond pricey - If staying here, look to off property meals.
Love the scene at Caesars palace. Tons of statues, food, shopping and ambience. Highly recommended to at least walk around it during any trip to Vegas!
This place was great. The concert was AWESOME (Maria Carey!)
Pretty expansive! Love the Roman columns and theme. Tons of gaming tables and lots of bars.
This is one BIG casino and it looks amazing. Everything about this place is amazing. Didn't get a chance to play any craps here so might need to come back
Live Las Vegas...great place to visit and experience!
I've always loved Cesar's but hadn't been in a while. I only visited the casino but I was very impressed. They've really kept the place up. It was happening and a lot of fun.
We arrived at Caesar's Palace on 10/23/2020. We were very pleased with the assistance we received from Bellmen Jorge, and Hugo. They were our first encounters with hotel staff. They made a hectic entrance work-out well. I was nervous, as I have never visited a busier Resort. It was chaotic, but they made my husband and I feel more at ease.
Caesar did not live in this palace. Awesome hotel & casino. You can find anything you want & don t want at the Forum Shops.
Nice-looking Vegas hotel. A few really good restaurants on their premises
I have been here in over a decade. The Bacchanal good quality was amazing, service is still pretty great after all these years
Clean, top notch hotel. Awesome sports book. Tons of food options. On the pricey side tho
The best buffet in town! Very lively and bustling place. Beautiful decor and well worth the visit.
Beautiful decor. Great atmosphere. The shopping and food is extraordinary.
Got an expensive slice of pizza from here but it was worth it because of the expereince. Nice hotel/casino!
Although it's not the real Caesar's palace- you know- where Caesar lived, it's a great choice. Despite being one of the older hotels on the strip it never felt old. The owners have done a good job maintaining and updating the rooms and casino. Several good bars and restaurants located within Caesar's and the central location on the strip cannot be beat.
Enjoy walking ten minutes from entrance to your room. My advice get a room on on a strip not some "glamorous" hotel. Cleaning crew woke us up right after we checked in. Cleaning crew left dirty rubber gloves on our counter. Just overall not a great experience here. Definitely a cheaper place less floors to climb would be the next call.
Went to Casa Fuente Cigars, had a Fuente Cigar and a nice bourbon to drink. Great place to talk business and relax.
We stayed in the Octavius towers. The room was clean and had a decent view of the pool. You could hear music blaring from the pool during the daytime, but that would only affect you if you were trying to sleep off the previous night. Its pretty centrally located on the strip, and is easy to walk anywhere. There are a lot of great restaurants in Caesers Palace, but the place is so huge it will take a bit of a walk to get to. Its a 15 minute walk from one side to the other. That is not really a complaint, just be aware of how far it is if you have dinner reservations. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
Room was nice, customer service was horrible. I do not recommend.
