Caesars Palace is a large hotel, casino, and resort near the center of the Strip. I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did visit the casino and many restaurants and shops.
Safety-wise, they seemed to be doing enough. Masks required. Hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere. Mask dispensers (with surgical masks) in a few areas. Employees wear masks. Half of the seats at gaming machines have been removed. The seats are not bolted down, so you can move them if you're traveling with others and want to game with them.
Caesars does a great job of detailing what is and isn't open on their website, accessible by QR code.
Large variety of gaming machines and table games. Gaming machines are still cash-based.
Most shops are open. The ones that are closed are mainly bars, maybe a few restaurants.
