Went for a work conference. Very well organized. Food was great. Huge location. Room was comfortable and housekeeping did a nice job. Lots of great shopping and restaurant options on property and very central to lots of great Vegas things to do. Easy walk to Paris, Planet Hollywood, Cosmopolitan. Pool area is beautiful.

Caesars Palace is a nice place to walk through. The forum shops are enjoyable. The aquarium is relaxing to sit and watch. The automated shows through Caesars are quite dated... They definitely could be updated.

Worst customer service. They judged us on our appearance and treated me like I was poor and couldt afford to play. Refused to give us complimentary drinks without having a active 20+$ cap

Cesar's Place is the premier Cesar property on the Las Vegas strip. From gambling to fine dining to shipping to shows. This place has something for everyone. The complex houses two Starbucks for those in need of a fuel up, many, many gaming tables and more machines than you can shake a stick at. Then there are the shows, absinthe is a must. There is so much to do, you may never need to leave.

Good, prime location, right in the center. Smokey air and no place to sit and rest. Pretty crowded and a lot going on in this area because it is so popular. No place to sit or rest, which is understandable. Statues are fun and people seemed friendly. There's a cute little garden infront.

Bacchanal Buffet: the quality of food is a step up from many other buffet. Although, they are not free of options that may taste only like salt. Their dessert/pastries selection are well made and hold a quality not found in many other buffets.

Stayed here for a full week!! It was great! Didn't have a upgrade room, but the room was still nice and good for what I needed (recovery and sleep!) I would definitely stayed again. Location is great if you want to walk the strip.

Great place, needs a little maintenance but it's such an old building I can't complain, great casino floors filled with space, no worrying about being crowded specially during this covid stuff.

The hotel itself is about average. Let's start in the room, the towels feel as though they have been here for years, worn out, not plush or soft. Wall paper is peeling up from the bottom of the walls and the jetted tub is dated and looks old and dirty. The bed not too comfy, soft but I tossed and turned all night. The couch in our room looks nice, a dark blue but then you get close and find stains of God knows what, hairs all over. It definitely didn't let me feel like the room was cleaned and sanitized for covid. Last thing was they had check in at 4 and to get to the counter it took about 45 minutes and the line was only half full. I know I could have done the kiosk check in but then you get a random room on a random floor and I wanted something specific.
Food was okay as well, had a reservation at Mesa Grill but for the prices I left hungry and not very satisfied. Expected more from Bobby Flay, but it was decent.

We had a great room in the Palace tower. Jasper took great care of us and was very helpful.

The sports book had a great bar and great area for sports. The casino is clean and well maintained.

Afternoon we used the pool And enjoyed the sun. Recliners fill up early and it gets very busy but there were still places to relax.

Thanks for a great trip.

We rented a cabana here which was nice, the grounds are clean however the most uncomfortable part about being at the pool is the water was as cold as it is in Iceland. You couldn't enjoy it at all, 95% of the people were standing on the edge of the pool because you really couldn't swim. The temperature was about a hundred and three outside your feet would burn if you touch the ground but they had no warmth going into that pool at all. I was extremely disappointed after an extreme amount of money.

I'm a big fan of Caesars Palace. I visit this property every couple of weeks. I've enjoyed my recent staycations at Caesars Palace. The sportsbook isn't anything special compared to some of the other properties on the strip, but Caesars Palace makes up for it in other areas. The shops are very cool. I wish parking was free here, but oh well. Anyways, to answer the obvious question that I know everyone is asking, no....Caesar didn't actually live here.

While I have never stayed in a room here, I always enjoy coming over. The hotel itself is always lively and has a great atmosphere. Their forum shops are great and it is always fun to walk through and shop around. This is a big place, so there are plenty of places to stop and have a drink as you move your way through. If you have never been here you have to stop in and check out what it has to offer.

This place is quite magnificent in design, and layout. There are some excellent restaurants throughout the building AND some amazing sites. Caesars Palace should be at the top of anyone s list to explore when coming to Vegas;)

Hum... nothing new going on here. Side walks and fountains out front crumbling. I fell on some crumbling cement twisted my ankle. Took awhile for help. Golf cart was parked on the walkway so I had to walk around. Anyways Caesar s not too attentive in helping resolve this.
Update, Caesar s finally handled this case. But all in all Vegas just isn t like it used to be.

Very bad staying experience. During my stay, the valet charged me $30 for using the valet service, which I didn't even drive a car or used the service! Somebody must used name, my room number or lied to them, or there's some system errors.
Called guest service AND valet team multiple times during my stay after I found out about the unknown charge, and at beginning they said there was an error they will remove the charge. But after I checked out from the hotel, I received another notice from them stated I used the valet service so I have to pay for that.
Called guest service manager again and he said they can't do anything about it since the valet manager after investigation decided the charge was valid. Called valet team manager multiple times, left multiple messages, but he never answered his phone or return left message. And guest service manager said I can only dispute this charge with my credit card company if I think it's invalid.
Strongly suggest other people think twice if want to stay at this hotel, there are better option and I had better experience with other hotels. Seems like recent management and guest service quality went down by a lot. Even they made mistake, they don't apologize or fix the error, instead they caused more trouble for customer to file a dispute with their credit card company.
Update:11/29 got a call from valet manager said they will reversed the charge and do further investigation.

We stayed at the Caesar s to see Celine. The fact that the colosseum was right outside the entrance to forum tower where we stayed made the whole trip. Her show was incredible and did not disappoint. The palace was also incredible to experience but the constant requirement to spend money while you re there is overwhelming. Even to have coffee in your room cost a ridiculous amount. It made more sense to walk down to the Starbucks than touch anything in the room. They squeeze you every possible way they can. None of the pools seemed that clean and the amount of money you needed to spend to hang out there made me feel buyers remorse as pill wrappers floated by. Don t expect shade either without paying a pretty penny.

Caesars Palace is what it is. Higher tier atmosphere and shops are great, if you're looking for food and drink, you get what you pay for. It's a stable for walking around. A step above most of the casinos on the strip, so if you're looking for "above average" you're good to go.

Il Mulino was the best restaurant experience of our entire trip. If you like Italian food and have more than a few bucks to spend, make a reservation for dinner. You won't be disappointed.

Caesars doesn't have a lot of food options that I personally enjoy. The somewhat newly renovated area outside is neat but I don't particularly care for hanging out on their floor. The smoke is overwhelming at times which I cannot handle.

The Forum, roman themed architectural experience, is a must see at Caesars Palace. It has 160 outlets of premium brands. The stunning architecture and sky like ceiling are experiential that stays in your mind for a very long even after you leave Vegas. Not everything stays in Vegas, this shopping experience stays with you for a long!

We were here on new years eve. I was sad to see that everything in here was closed. The walk way I understand since most of the street was open to foot traffic and the city did not want to risk someone throwing something off the bridge into the crowd. However, to have the casino close their shops and restaurants so you could not get something to eat or drink while out on the strip was sad. I can also understand the shops but the food, seriously, there was no place to eat on the strip accept an hour wait at McDonalds.

Dated rooms with low-budget fixtures (Augustus tower)...mediocre food at astronomical prices (Mesa is a pretty restaurant but the food is just not that great, Cafe Americano is simply awful for the $) and i get the casino s mission in Vegas is to squeeze every dollar out of you that they can, but (for example) we took the beverages out of the refrigerator in our room to make space for some things that we bought, we did not consume or open anything yet they still charged a $75 restock fee simply to place those items back in the refrigerator Blew my mind LOL....read the fine print and don t touch the fridge, I ll never stay at Caesars again.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Vegas, and I have been the most pleased with Caesars! The pools are fantastic! The Shopping is great, and the restaurants are wonderful. The only downside is the view from my room was horrible, but I would rather be walking around and experiencing the strip then viewing it from my room. The servers around the pool made us feel like we were special. Parking was easy, and overall my experience there when I first walked in just made me feel like "yep this is Vegas and this is wonderful"

for the all of the hotels in Las Vegas, this one is so so. The rooms are clean and spacious. I think the rooms we were in were recently renovated. Nevertheless, the rest of the hotel is old and outdated. The buffet is depressing and needs a breath of fresh air.

Rooms were great. Bed was pretty good. The pillow and towels we're terrible. Check-in during normal hours was a little slow but not bad. I had to key a key replaced after midnight and they had one person at the front desk. It took 50 minutes for me to get a key and there were only 6 people in front of me

Just checked into one of our rooms but other was not ready and had to pay $30 to check in 2 hours early. Channels on TV are not correct.
I love staying at Caesar's and reccomend to a lot of people. Just wish instructions were given better for directions to the room, how to use new keys, etc. The small stuff that can impress guest but without the information can make checking into the room frustrating.
Love Caesar's though.
Thanks

It is 5 stars always. Due to COVID-19, it wasn't crowded which was great. I saw people constantly wiping everything down. They have taken precautions to make sure people are safe. I actually liked it better this time.

Ate at Bobby Flay's mess... Food was awesome, service was good up until it got busy. Then it slowed down a bit. Not sure if rush was not expected but was strange how much service slowed down. Atomsphere is on point, food is way above par..for sure an interesting twist on Mexican dishes. Don't think traditional but for sure worth trying anything on the menu. Absolutely a go if you are there.
