The hotel room was nice but, we was out of soap and shampoo. There is a casino on the main floor but all of the slot machines got hacked that night. So we wasnt able to play those but they had a few tables to play.

Went there to eat and the food was well below average. Salads (2) were mostly wilted and brown. My main course was the prime rib special. The baked potato came without butter and sour cream, the prime was nothing to go back for (tuff and tastless). The burgers and fries were at our table were enjoyed though. This part of the dinning experience is my favorite- the server couldn't figure out change for my bill (maybe my fault and I should have "paid" closer attention). I took my change from the bill and was about one step from the parking lot were the server pulled me aside and proceeded to claim he gave me the wrong change after about a 1 minute brainstorm on his part he took ANOTHER $20 BILL. Not going back
Had to wait for my room even though i reserved in advance. I checked in at 4pm. Only a mexican restraunt available and the servive and food was subpar. Definitely lower your standards. Rooms were nice and remodeled.
very nice hotel, wondered around gaming floor found machines are tight but staff was friendly and dressed in character, bar staff was amazing, it makes for a good launching pad for a night on the strip, the hotel rooms are nice spacious and clean, you could say its pricey buts its not a super 8, i loved my Cadillac experience.
Went to use my promo chips at the blackjack table and had an amazing time. Jason, Ginger, Karen and Bob were a ball to be around and made the time so much fun. Can not wait to go back.
Front desk was rude. They charged me for my rooms before we even checked in. AC didn't work and it never got fixed before we left. Craps dealers also super rude. They had a bunch of people wanting to play but wouldn't bring in another dealer to open the other side of the craps table.
When I arrived at Cadillac Jack's I was treated like royalty. There was a nice variety of machines available to play and the same can be said of the table games. After playing a bit on the machines I met Shawn in the table games pit who was kind enough to set me up with a room without me even asking. Both of the dealers I had were pleasant and genuine. The room was in phenomenal condition, and I'll definitely be playing and staying here again!
Hotel is under construction and it was very noisy even in the morning if you want to sleep in. Our room was very nice, a king suite, with a comfortable bed. Casino was very nice but the slots were very tight compared to other casinos downtown. Restaurant food was OK but our waitress on Wednesday(March 28th) morning was very rude. She was the only server and wasn't too busy and she wasn't in the least bit courteous. Parking was not very good. They have construction going on and due to that, it was limited.
Casino just finished a number of new rooms. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Located at the north end of town. Becoming a Hilton property this summer.
Splurged on a suite, room was nice but not very clean. Restaurant was good, machines pretty stingy. As a whole it was fine, probably will try another hotel next time in town.
Stayed here while visiting family back in the Fall. Due to an unfortunate experience at another hotel-casino, we contacted several others nearby to see if we could just find a better experience...and all were fully booked up. Bummed out, More
Had a pretty good time here... lost more money than I won... always wanted to stop in and check this place out.., workers were very pleasant and the place was pretty clean.. bathrooms as well... enjoyed myself and will definitely come back and try my luck again..
When I sit down in a casino, I know I'm going to lose money. But I expect to at least have a waitress take my drink order! Played blackjack for 30 minutes and not a single waitress stopped by. Tuesday night, dead casino. That's just bad business.
Don't see anywhere that CJ responded to my complaint about the fact they allow pets in ALL the rooms. We had a gorgeous room but my husband and I both suffered from the pet hair that was left behind. Other than that, CJ can't be beat. We love staying there but wish they would consider making certain rooms available for pets instead of all the rooms. Please, please, please consider designating rooms for people with pets??
We have stayed at CJ many times throughout the years and this was the first time we stayed in a room that had obviously contained a dog or cat.
We could stay at Springhill but the rooms just aren't as nice. Springhill does designate certain rooms for people who have pets and that's great.
Smaller casino. They were nice enough to give me 10 bucks for my birthday, but i guess that is not standard... Other casino do way better on that. Was typical i guess didn't win lol
it said online $50 for a room so i call to make a reservation, the lady tells me it will be $78 i said it was fine. Then she pretends her computer crashes then she says it will be $50. I get to the room it is extremely dirty mirrors arent clean carpet everything you can see has not been wiped down. I leave the next day with a bill of $78.
Had to wait 1hr and 10min for our room after making reservations for the room in advance. Valet parking slow. Customer service absolutely sucks!!! As for room, Jr suite was very nice. Casino was fun. Sry but were I management, I'd be looking for a new job as well as most of the employees. After the wait for our room, not once did anyone apologize for it. After paying $400 in advance, non-refundable, some concessions should have been considered. Will not be staying there again. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
Just came from the disgusting first gold hotel. Im here now and it is amazing. The room is less than 80 on the weekend. 25 pet fee but thats ok. Big flat screen. Brand new beds. Beautiful room with freezing ac thats quiet! The walls arent thin. Great place. Sooo clean. Oh and the rpom service is priced cheap and they have burgers and sandwices, steak, seafood, apatizers pizza and salads to name a few! Love it
Very interesting idea on a stay. The whole complex is 3 hotels - with the Casino on the entire bottom floor. The pool is on the end by the Spring Hill suites side. The food is on the other end of the complex by the TRU Hotel side. The Double Tree is in the center. (see my drone pictures I added) We stayed at the Double tree and it was perfect. Dogs allowed - and she enjoyed the casino floor as well. One trick is if you stay at the TRU or Double tree, you have to ask the Spring Hill suits attendant for a pool key - Your TRU or Double Tree key will NOT work. Parking was very easy. Locations was great and as you can see we got to enjoy the first snow in Deadwood. We would definitely stay again - 3 kids - 2 adults and one Husky.
It was a fun experience visiting Cadillac jacks. The drinks were surprisingly well priced and the games were fun. Not only that the people who ran the tables were all very patient and explained all the different games.
Fun place, reasonable prices, housekeeping services a little below par, but their gaming staff makes up the difference. Overall, a great place to play & stay.
My wife and I are always greeted with a smile. Justine, Shauna and Natasha treat us great. We use the valet since the construction started, Jonesy always has a smile. Nice job to all
Husband planned a special date night as a suprise. Stayed in the jacuzzi room and it wasn't cheap at all. The room smelled so strong of smoke that we ended up leaving and went home in the middle of the night. My husband is a smoker and even he said his eyes and nose were burning. Very very disappointed and sad we didn't get to enjoy the full night. Had fun plans the next day but not worth being miserable all night.
Atmosphere was good, service okay, odds typical, drinks horrible. Ordered a Jameson and splash of ginger ale, got not Jameson, a lot of ginger ale and a dab of hot sauce.. next Jameson and ginger was actially bad tequila and ginger. Order the bottled beer or risk a mystery drink while losing at their games. Worst casino I've been to. I did learn that if you tip the dealer, they can then gamble too, with you, drawing in everyone at the wheel to bet the same number, and losing.
Stayed for two nights in Sept. 2013. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. They also offered smoking rooms! Yippee! They had a shuttle that would take you downtown and pick you back up in a timely manner when you called them. Just tip the driver. While the continental breakfast was good, it seems a little unorganized and seemed to be lacking enough staff to keep things rolling along smoothly. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and the meals were good. Didn't spend much time in the casino, but it was nice. They had a free drink station with coffee, juice and soda pop, which I thought was nice. Upon check in we received coupons a free drink for both nights, for both of us and for the Starbucks that is inside the casino. I can't remember what that coupon was for. buy 1 get one, I think. They also had a guest laundry which we took advantage of. Good place for the value. I would stay here again.
Had a very nice experience. The rooms were very nice. The only complaint I have is that the TV did not work in one of the rooms and they came up and looked at it but never did get it working.
