All was good. Service, fun gaming. Drinks were tasty.

It was snowing out, trolly not running by this point...and I gambled all i had there. They refused to compete with taxis in deadwood by not giving my friend and i a ride up the hill to our motel. courtesy shuttle for what... he is a local and still could not get a ride. this being my 2nd time staying in a motel in Deadwood and trying the gambling thing out again( in Deadwood) will not be back again unless they paid me to win money!

Really great facility with several restaurants available.

Called Dec 1 to make a reservation for New Years - asked the front desk person who answered the phone if we could use a gift certificate for that day and he said yes. He gave me a confirmation # and I gave him our credit card information. Called Dec 29 to see if we could get a pet room instead of a non pet room and there was no room for us - the confirmation # was invalid and that had nothing in our first or last names. Asked to talk to a manager but the manager was on the phone being very rude and seemed more like a disgruntled employee then a manager of a hotel. He informed me I could buy a room for $320 but the gift certificate wouldn't work because it was a blackout date. SO now we have no where to go for New Years after we told our small children about going to Deadwood and playing in a pool. I can't believe something like this even happens but I can tell you we will NOT be spending any money at this casino nor any of its affiliates. Ohh and that gift certificate was won at a Black Hills Works Fundraiser -SUPER JOB Cadillac Jacks -

While in Deadwood,SD we had a wonderful time. The employees, at Cadillac Jacks, were so helpful. I am not a gambler, the employees made sure I understood what I was getting and what I was doing. I won a little bit, but I was treated so well I felt like a BIG winner!!!

Fun place to relax and spend the night as well as do some gaming.

Good location, food at the in house restaurant was mediocre, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is generally polite, helpful, and attentive to any needs. For example, my request for extra pillows was quickly granted.

They are very clean and very helpful my parents love the environment there!
