Nice Restaurant, enjoyable and fun gaming area, affordable pricing

I stayed at Tru and i had an awesome experience in Deadwood

Went there for a work party. The room was very nice and the staff was on top of their game.

Other than the entrance is the casino entrance, it's a very nice hotel.

Awful, disgusting rooms. The sheets had obviously not been changed, and when we requested new bedding they dropped it off and told us we had to change the bedding ourselves. Do not stay here. So gross.

The food at Brown Rocks is great and the service was friendly and thoughtful.

wouldn't let slot lady livestream could especially see she wasnt counting cards since she lost half her stack and everytime she up bet she would lose the hand will never ever come here unless she is comped rooms food free play the whole nine yards ridicoulous

Casino is fun. The drinks are free from a select menu. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is fantastic.

Decent selection of games. Elevators a little confusing while theyre finishing up construction.

Nice atmosphere... great staff and a great layout for gambling or even watching your team... nice little bar area always have a good time when I'm there

The new facility is great, very fancy but also very expensive. Has a Las Vegas feel.

I was impressed with the front desk's knowledge of service animals. Upon being informed of Borghus Rantipole's presence she professionally asked the two questions that are allowed by the ADA. I was more impressed though by her natural demeanor. Although earnest in her professionalism, it was obvious she was well versed in her role as a customer service representative and upon inquiry she acknowledged her familiarity with service animals from both sides of the counter. I could wish everyone who comes in direct contact with the public be so well versed in ADA guidelines.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable, gaming was fun and exciting. Didn't have any food, but the Starbucks was good as well

Most of the staff is really friendly. Rooms, lobby, pool, and casino are all really clean and neat, would stay here again any day.

I was very disappointed on how you treated slot lady kicking her off the live stream makes you look foolish of she wanted a big screen TV at the table you should get one I am reconsidering my stay there

They are having a lot of construction going on . Took a shower with cold water. Hot water was back on this morning. Room was very nice

Loved that out room had a cold empty fridge and microwave! We drove a couple of hours and was so nice to throw our supplies into the empty fridge and not have to remove all the mini bottles ! $15 resort fee but show ur card and Starbucks was BOGO, 15% off food tab, $15 added to my gaming card so it was fine.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, we had a great time on our trip.

Would give 5 stars but their parking is non existant. The valet staff do their best but once the lot is full people just park willy nilly in the driving lanes. Not cool. Makes entering or leaving completely impossible.

Casino was clean, but some of the table staff were not very friendly.

This place advertises for hundreds of miles each way and not a spot to park with construction crews and junk everywhere. Plus even if that wasn't there they still have a meager parking lot and complex. Can't park can't stop...

Very nice redecorated rooms. Clean. Price is right. Nice outdoor lounging firepit area. Friendly staff. No parking for trailers however down the street is large parking and they will shuttle to/from. Definitely stay here again.

Every time I go to Cadillac Jack's I always lose. The odds have to be the worst in all of deadwood.

They stopped complimentary drink service. Interesting cost cutting idea. I'll play somewhere else.

Location in town is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Cant hear noise from the casino on a second floor room. I was very happy

Awesome casino, great drink service, anything is comped for drinks if you're playing poker or any of the table games, select menu only for slot players. Very modern, great interactions with the dealers at the craps table. I will be back.

It was a great deal during the week. Six of us were able to stay in bed so for around $70. The casino is also nice. Continental breakfast is a bonus.

Just went there to play slots and got one of the got seats..what's better than free play money? Was a lot of fun.

Cadillac Jack's is an essential stop while in deadwood for gambling purposes. I was only there as a player, not a hotel guest, but what I saw was optimal in regards to service.

Love the new addition! Got a very Vegas feel about it

Staying in Deadwood is never cheap, and when you spend 100 bucks plus a night for a room you would think hotel management would have enough brains to not be doing maintenance on rooms next to yours at 8:30 in the morning, at the very least, you should be able to sleep. If you are coming to Deadwood for a getaway , find a hotel other than this one if you actually want to be able to sleep. Management doesn't seem to have a clue.

Rooms were nice. Modern feel to hotel. Easy walk to historic stretch of Deadwood. There were restaurant choices within the hotel building complex, but they didn't look as enticing to us as the historic area options. Free coffee bar in casino area, though it was fairly lackluster

Service was wonderful, staff was polite, everything was clean.

The staff was very nice and helpful the food was excellent and the room was clean I would recommend this place to everyone the people are friendly always

Be ware they don't tell you that if you cancle a reservation 3 days before you will be charged 300.00 for doing so. We had reservations for this weekend called to cancle. as my husband and myself are very sick with the flu. they want to charge for us not to be their. lady says oh I'll have to charge you because it has to be 7 days before you cancle. well we weren't told this when we made the reservation. I have never heard of 7 days only 3 days. . so needless to say we my husband and I will tell everyone we know how you not only get gambling money but you steal money for empty room even though we called ..... we are sick. very horrible. have been to deadwood man times and will go back in the future but will never go to the establishment. You can bank on that.

Another of my Deadwood favorites, but for their nice bar with great service and lots of TVs. Don't think they get MLB, but I'm pretty sure they get the NFL ticket. Anyways, I like to sit here to watch sports and drink beer while I play video poker. The complimentary beers are small, but you have a couple of craft choices.

Good bartenders, VERY clean rooms. Very fun casino tables to play at.

Absolutely the best casino in Deadwood! You HAVE to hit the Craps tables and gaming floor. Drinks are great, and staff are amazing!!

The new hotel additions have made Cadillac Jack's one of the best Casinos in Deadwood. With additional gaming floors and much needed food places like Earl of Sandwich and Marco's Pizza this casino is the place to go.
