The stay was very well worth it. We stayed in the lowest price room available for $39 and everything was still kept up to par. Staff was friendly and helpful, and even for the off season, it was still relatively busy. Only downside was that the rooms were very bare. No fridge or microwave, only a small coffee pot. I can't complain too much though because the price was worth it.
Went to the casino. It is very small and didn't pay out much. You bet 30 to win 4. The workers are friendly. Mix of old and new slots.
If i could i would just give you 0 star for the way you treated Slotlady. Bad casino and customer service.
I visit Cadillac Jacks often and have never been disappointed, the rooms are outstanding and the personal service as well.

Nice place with friendly staff. We stayed two nights in the original Cadillac Jack's hotel, soon to be a DoubleTree. Very nice, modern, remodeled rooms. There's still some construction going on on the casino floor, but nothing too crazy. The new look is going to be awesome when is complete. We'll definitely be back!

Simply the best place in all of Deadwood to go if you want a real Vegas-like gaming experience! The hospitality is second to none and the accommodations are nice. The live gaming tables are the best in this city and you will LOVE the staff here! The Brownstone Restaurant in this hotel is the best place in town to eat. I do not eve bother staying anywhere else when I come to Deadwood!

Saturday night, I was performing magic for a private party, and I found the Hotel/Catering staff to be helpful and friendly. I had occasion to walk the gaming floor for a bit. The games were fun, the area was clean and attractive, and everyone seemed to be having a good time.
This place is fantastic!! I stay here every time I m in town. The staff is wonderful. The remodeled rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The front desk was the most helpful I've come across. There was a mix up with our booking date and they went above and beyond to make sure we had somewhere to lay our heads, including our dog, who was traveling with us.
I love staying at Cadillac Jacks when I go to Deadwood. The staff is great & its just far enough from downtown to be a quiet, yet still an entertaining place to stay.
Very friendly dealers at the blackjack table, and overall a nice place to gamble and have a drink. Better selection of free drinks while gambling than some of the spots in downtown Deadwood.

I am an Elite rewards member. We asked for an early check-in but it wasn't ready. We understand that sometimes this isn't available. The front desk stated that they would call when it was available. No one ever called so we came back 2 hours later, still no room. We were told they would call so we waited 2 more hours and finally got a room. The next morning we went down to breakfast at 8 am and most of the food was gone. Everyone was asking if they were going to refill the breakfast bar. It seems that they are running very short staffed and that makes for poor customer service. This was a Tuesday night stay so there should be no excuses.
The room was very nice and clean. Bathroom was also very big and clean. Had a great nights rest on the king size bed. The room also offered a mini fridge and personal safe. The room also has a flat screen tv and microwave. I don't know what the normal rates are here but we sure got a great deal on Priceline $59 a night before taxes. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Not a gambler, but this was by far the cleanest and most satisfying of all the casino's in Deadwood.

Short staffed. Call on phone you get recordings and commercials. Prices outrageous. Contruction going on. View from room solid wall few feet away. Operator told me to leave voicemail. Still no return call. Unhappy with my stay! Go somewhere else! The Lodge in Deadwood is better.
Finally got returned call. Only took them three weeks. After leaving four messages at three different numbers.

After leaving the Silverado in disgust we moved here and were so happy with the room we extended our stay. Newly remodeled rooms, beautiful and big. Friendly staff, great food in sports bar. Very happy with our choice

Service in the restaurant was absolutely the worst I have ever seen. Waiter took orders wrong, was no where to be found when we asked for drink refills, did no follow ups, failed to use our coupons. When I asked to speak with management, I was told there was no one there in that position, so the girl told me she was only 15 and could not help me. To top off this absurdity, they charged my card $15 higher than what was listed on the ticket that I signed for. (Fraud?) I think so. Epic fail on the part of the entire establishment. I continued to seek management in other departments with no results. How could there be absolutely no supervision in the entire place that could have resolved these issues??? Never again will we return to Cadillac Jacks Deadwood South Dakota.

Deadwood is a tourist town centered on gambling not a place for children or family's everything here is
about, money there's not even free parking at this motel. It cost you $15 to park a car in their parking lot while you're staying in their motel otherwise you can park down the street and walk. This is just exactly what the front desk clerk told me Don't recommend coming to the town of Deadwood I suggest you stay in a more family friendly town like Hill City or Custer they are geared towards families not drinking and gambling.
Sat at a blackjack table with dealer Tibor. Fantastic kid. Great personality, respectful, and lively, but collected, experienced and a great time.
I ate at the restaurant and ordered a cheese burger plain and dry then waited about 25 or 30 minutes in an empty restaurant and when I received it it had everything on it so I told the waiter and he questioned me asking me if I like lettus, tomato, pickles, etc. and I said no and sent it back. Then about 30 seconds later he brought out a cheese burger plain and dry I then thought to myself how could it take half an hour to make one burger and thirty seconds to make another? Being a cheese burger connoisseur I knew what trick they had pulled so I took the top bun off and saw the indentions of the pickle in the cheese and could smell the tomatoes on the bun, so I sent it back again because I have a disorder that would cause me to get very sick if I ate those ingredients, so the waiter took it back and as soon as he walked in the kitchen I could hear the chef yell "Are you serious?" and continue complaining I couldn't believe it so I asked the waiter if what I heard was true and he began to stutter and was really shocked then told me everything was ok and there was no problem. I knew there was a problem but I waited almost an hour to eat and it being the rally weekend I knew this was my best bet in getting food now, so I ate my poor tasting $14 burger paid and filled out their "score card" and instead of giving it to the waiter where I knew it would be thrown away I took it to the front desk of the hotel where the hostess apologized and was going to get her boss, when she came back she told me her boss was in a meeting and took my name and phone number so they can "take care of me" and apologize. But its been a week and I have not received a call, so in one meal I was served the wrong food 2x lied too 2x and ate a burger that I couldn't taste the meat of. There are way too many choices of restaurants in Deadwood to be treated like that and be lied too more than once.
The free $15 is a total joke. The employees don t explain anything to you, they just hand you a stupid little card that also does a poor job at explaining what to do with your club card . Just let people use real cash like any real casino. Side note: hallways and rooms look like they haven t been vacuumed in about a week or so.

A few nice restaurants, a huge area to gamble, and a cool pool. Not too much going on in town but fairly close to Rapid City and Sturgis

I'm not big on casinos, but checked this out because it was attached to my hotel and I had playing credits. Poker tables were closed, there were a couple of blackjack tables, a craps table, and a lot of slot machines. Free drinks while playing is always a plus, and the waitress seemed to come around more frequently than I remember from my last casino adventure in Vegas.
Nice tables but only had two black jack tables open for three hours and both tables were completely full the whole time.

My wife and I went there on a whim to play some poker when we were visiting South Dakota we both took first and second place it was an awesome place to play with very reasonable buy ins compared to Colorado loved it
