The food was ok, rice and beans were good but the vegan tacos were flavorless, vegan doesn't mean boring, as far as service, the girls were wonderful

Food and service is great; however, the menu never changes! Be prepared to spend a little more than you expect.

Good food drinks and vibe, but a little over priced

I have never taken the time to write a review, and I eat at some of the best restaurants in New York every day, but, these were hands down the best fish tacos I've ever tasted in my entire life. Not only that, they had the full package. Impeccable service, perfect ambiance, live music that rocked the house. I had chorizo dipsticks and shrimp and garlic for apps, then the fish tacos for dinner. All might has well have been made by an angel itself in that kitchen. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend trying the infused tequila. The PB&J threw me for a loop when I heard it but it tasted exactly like the sandwich made with your mother's love. I also tried the mango and coconut, both we're delicious. It was all the little things that made it perfect, the chips were warm when they brought them to us, they poured the water out of gas cans, they offered me a drink on the couch while I waited to get my table. All around A+. I hope they open one in the city so I can make it my new spot, it not, it's well worth the drive.

They have cool concept with their Tequila with a worm shot. When you take their Tequila shot with a worm, very strong btw, you the get to design a 5$ bill on their wall. I have a bill I posted 8 years ago. This place also a great ambiance and a fun staff.

Hands Down the Mexican spot in Union!!!! Everything from the decor, to the lighting and even the food amazing!!!! Tacos chicken and beef all meats tasted so fresh. Complimentary chips and salsa:) no words to describe how good it was, must try!!

Overpriced wasn't happy at all not what I was expecting my husband was so mad when he went to older some taco it not even a Mexican restaurant taco bell is way better then the tacos from there

Place, decor, food, drinks were all good. I found it gets a little too loud in there so I took some stars away.

We come here often and the food and service is always great. However, this time around, we were confused on who our server was. We got multiple pitchers of margaritas. We asked the person who dropped off our food for 2 glasses of ice with salt rims, ya know to freshen our margaritas. 20 mins went by and nothing. We then asked for shots and again for the salt rims. We received the shots and rims. Once our bill arrived, we were charged for two rox salt rim at $7/ piece. The bill total was $250. When we asked about the discrepancy, the new bill came out to $273. $23 more than the original bill. We asked to speak to a manager and one of our servers or the people that were by our table (her name was Jolie - said she was the owner) said that the server made a mistake and it had been addressed. She stated they caught the error while processing our bill. This all makes sense, except for the fact that I had to bring up the increase. Otherwise, this was never stated to our party. Then I asked if gratuity was included and Jolie stated that it was. This made me very upset since we were already upcharged without being communicated with. Our party stated that it was not about paying more, but had we not said anything about their mistake, our bill would have only been $250. They attempted to blame it on the server thinking we ordered 2 gins... but we received what we ordered.. 2 glasses with rocks salt. Being a server for many years, it did not make sense for us to have to pay more after pointing out their mistake and then having them say they made an even bigger mistake in undercharging us and had to charge us more. It s all about making the customer happy and I am not happy.

My wife and I go out pretty much every night and we have been visiting the Red Cadillac every week since they have opened up. It gets better each time we go. The food it top notch and the service is incredible every time we go. The owner visits us every time and we feel like we are part of the family. Go there now! It is awesome!

The food was amazing. The drinks were perfect (Frozen Sangrita). The atmosphere was very relaxed, enjoyable, great for date night or girls night.

Love the atmosphere and the music but the menu is very small and the food is very tasteless and bland even the drinks. The servers and all the workers are very nice and attentive just wish the food was good.

Patron Margaritas and Chicken quesadillas are a must

My first time here was this past weekend with some colleagues for a quick after work drink. Atmosphere was good...Really liked the car inspired theme set up and the actual red caddy out front was a nice touch. Wait staff was friendly and the place felt upscale. The junkyard nachos were good and the blue sangria (as seen in the photo I've added) looks as good as it tasted. A very cool place that I'd be happy to go back to again.

Stopped in last night for the first time. It did not disappoint. Service was excellent as was the food. We had fajitas, enchiladas and burritos. We will be back for sure.

When we re in the mood for Red Cadillac, it never disappoints. Great service, food, and beverage. Family friendly.

Good food but the no hat rule is annoying the place isn't fancy

I've never been to the Red Cadillac before but based on Daniel's review of the establishment enforcing the dress code and all of the five star reviews I'm definitely going to check it out! Dan, this is why you're giving this place a three-star review? You're going to a restaurant to enjoy the food the company and the atmosphere. While I can truly admire your passion to support law enforcement removing a hat after walking indoors is just downright proper etiquette! Even a uniformed police officer will remove his hat after walking indoors. Reevaluate buddy. And good for you Red Cadillac for enforcing your dress code! Looking forward to visiting your establishment soon!

They have no phone number listed they have no hours listed on the building either have gone there numerous nights in the place was closed have no idea how they run a business with no phone number to contact them to ask them when they're open and no posted hours phone number and hours needed on every business be sensible I passed the place almost everyday have the same frustration since the day they open just don't get it

This is one of my favorite places to eat! First of the atmosphere is unique down to the awesome music. The food is good quality Mexican food. Tacos are great. Fish tacos are the best I've ever had. The chicken enchiladas with green chile are so good. Add to that top notch sangria and margaritas and you have a great place. If you happen to show up when they have the paella special do not pass it up!

The food here is on POINT . Service is fast and friendly . They have good drinks , I always get the pitcher of classic margarita . Chips & salsa is so good. The chips come out warm in a bucket. The only reason why I won t give it 5 stars is because they are kind of expensive . Other than that , awesome Mexican spot !

went last night. was very happy with my server she was awesome. wish I could remember her name :( but yeah food was great , service, bar, environment, you name it. my only small complaint are the chairs. other than that, 5 stars and best restuarant/bar in union.

Food is decent. Simple menu. Nice setting. Killer margaritas is what its all about! And the chips they give you are addictive.

Food and service always on point. Been here many times and have never had an issue. Awsome specials that I look forward too. Be prepared to wait on the weekend, but it's worth it. The hosts make you feel like family.

I haven't been to a bar with A plus customer service like The Red Cadillac in a long time! We had a great time watching the Big Race, eating fantastic fish tacos and drinking ice cold Corona's.

Beef tacos are fantastic, the margaritas are flaming!

Delicious salsa. Entree was ok, menu slightly limited. Small and weak margaritas for high prices 12-15$ for a 16oz glass with lots of ice. Great ambiance though.

I have been coming to the Red Cadillac for about four years now. The food is always amazing, the atmosphere is great, and the service is always top notch. I have never had a bad meal, drink, or experience. The owner Joe, and his family, pride themselves in being a local business and have a strong sense of community.
My husband and I needed to host a dinner for 25 people, and our first choice was the Red Cadillac. My husband went in and spoke with Joe, and he gladly put us in the book.
We had a party of about 25 people. They reserved a portion of the back of the restaurant for us, which was perfect. We were not cramped, nor did we encroach on the other patrons who were having dinner. The food was served family style, and again, was simply delicious. The service was great, and Joe even came back a few times to talk to us and check to see how everything was going. The staff was attentive to our every need.

GREAT FOOD, GREAT ATMOSPHERE, AND GREAT FOOD (I MEAN GREAT). All that said, it's worth every penny, and you will be very thankful for the time you spend there. From the chips and salsa (phenomenal) to the nachos, tacos, enchiladas and more... The Red Cadillac is a great place to have awesome Mexican food.

The food is great and inexpensive. I love their chips and salsa, and don't forget about their fish tacos. The service is always on point, and fast. This place is always busy, and they have a very nice automotive theme. If you are looking for a good Mexican bite, look no further. The Red Cadillac is the place to go.

Incredibly slow food delivery. 40 min wait for food with about 10 people in the building. Salsa also tasted like ketchup. Don't recommend. Would give it 0 stars if that was an option.

AND THEY CHARGE FOR SODA REFILLS. Ridiculous.

The food is great! I know it is a bold statement, but one of the best Fajitas I've ever had. The place has a nice ambiance, very diverse, and friendly. I have been to this place 3 times and I liked it every time.

Not really mexican food, the ambiance is good, life music, the sea food tacos no recommended. Service was pretty good
