5 stars is not enough! I was in town on business and spilled a cup of coffee on my laptop. I found the number for Genusys and called, Rich told me to come right in. He was honest and told me didn't know if he would be able to get it working (I didn't think it would work again, it was a lot of coffee), but would at least backup my data, if possible. At 4:00 pm the same day he called to tell me he got it working. I was couldn't get there by 5:00, so he even stayed a few minutes late to wait for me to pick it up because he knew I desperately needed it for work. Thank you so much Rich!!!
