The service area is lousy. Take a day of work, that implies 8hrs. In my last experience an arrangement is made to a piece which had been changed under a recall for the same reason.
I have to congratulate the area mechanics for trying to do their best.

You tell them what you want on services offered and they say ok but when you get a visit from the bank, they show you the contract you sing the story is different.
They will take you to an office to sign papers. READ THEM ALL BEFORE YOU SIGN SO YOU DON'T GET A BIG SURPRISE WHEN YOU GET A VISIT FROM THE BANK.
DO NOT ACCEPT THE OFFERS THEY MAKE FOR CAR INSURANCE. They will be less than you get from the insurance company. Contact the insurance company and you find out exactly why the offer they made is cheaper. GOOD LUCK!

My uncle bought a new car from that dealer and after 2 months of having the new package car the car started to fail, he didn't want to turn it on, he was taken to the dealer and after 6 hours they told him it was the battery that the battery had a lot of use . As???? The car is new and two months ago he has it. To finish off, they had no batteries, gentlemen. We had to take the car two days later for the battery. And the worst they wanted to keep the car in those two days to put the battery. And my uncle who was going to lead? He had to go with the car with the bad battery. But for you to see read this message before buying a car there. To sell you they are good but to solve a failure

Once again I find myself at Cabrera Auto service department. Around 11 December 2019 I bring my car for the low tire light since none of the tire or spare were low. I was told that the sensor in the left front tire was bad. So I ordered a new 1 and paid for the part in advance. On 28 December I was near Cabrera Auto so I stopped by to see if the part has arrived. I was told that the part arrived that day (really). I then made an appointment for 3 January at 10:10am. I arrive on time and hand my keys to them. After a hour wait and my car is still outside 1 of the service manager talks with me and start the paperwork on my car. Why we doing paperwork doing paperwork if I already had an appointment. Anyway I ask if they could pressure check the engine for any coolant leak as well. Almost a hour later I see my car driven to what I thought was to be worked on. As I'm waiting and walking around another hour passes by. I then see my car that was park in another parking space finally driven into the garage. At 2:40pm I pay for the work and 10 minutes later I get my car back after 4 hours and 40 minutes wait.
I had an appointment at 10:10am but I was treated as if I was a walk in with no appointment and squeezed in at the last minute. I have a future appointment for a recall next month and I hope this does not happen again. I hope that on my next visit I can say that my appointment with Cabrera Auto was a better experience and give them a better rating. But so far it has not and 1 star is as low as I can give because I'd give them minus 2 star for today

The service in the workshop is lousy they are not careful with the vehicles they cause damage they remain silent. They gave it to me with bird droppings. The paint got stained. I'm already going for a year waiting for some security nuts that those in the workshop threw away and left to be replaced and still nothing. They do not know how to work with camaros vehicles.

My experience is that they are not specialists in chevrolet and they do not have any type of knowledge in camaro vehicles.

1. Starting with the changes in oil and filter that the dealer puts on the seal for every 3,000 miles or 3 months when the vehicle is for 6,000 miles or 6 months that was my first bad experience and many times I had to leave because they wanted to charge me the maintenance because if I did it for the seal it did not cover the 4 mant.free because it was wings 6,000 could not agree.

2. They rotated the four rings when the cameras do not rotate the tires through the air sensors and there they guided the hoops and threw a safety nut second bad experience.

3. I carry the vehicle in warranty the rear right focus dampness the vehicle has baretas de z28 original the dealer's staff calls me that if I take responsibility if it breaks to which I answered no. They give me the vehicle I ask the person of the workshop if it is a vehicle z28 they will indicate to the person that they can not do the work for the bareta that brings the vehicle of factory. The person in the workshop told me that they do the work if they break it they go through the guarantee they send it to ask. Which I did the change of focus and take out the bar and did not break. Third bad experience.

With these situations they gave me to understand that they have no knowledge and are not specialists in chevrolet and less in cameras

I do not recommend them. You call to ask if you have 2016 Murano with a specific color. They tell you that
they have all the colors. You arrive in Arecibo and they DO NOT have anything they lie to you to make you get there. They are not serious at all. When you arrive, the lies begin because they do not have the inventory that by phone. "They claimed to have." I do not recommend them period.

The service is terrible take my vehicle to verify it qq pq on the liz to review the transmission first call me pq the bus has nothing and after that I had to pay the time q the technician spent on verifying it. I took it and I just got to my house and I had to go back to verify that the light pq turned on again changed parts of the transmission and tell me that the change of fluid will charge the money that I already had charged from the previous hour q was the technician with the bus in fact I did not say anything pq did not want to put on things and sound problematic. I look for it and I take it to my mechanic to mount the motor supports and pq since they give me a noise next to the driver and guess all the screws on that side were loose .. That irresponsible are without thinking that I take children there I could have an accident or something. And to complete it turned on the light of the transmission. How well they fixed it.

My father in law took our Gladiator for steering issues un covered under a Technical Service Bulletin. First he was told that the repair request was denied due to the vehicle having 37 tires. I opened a case with FCA and just received a call this morning from FCA stating that the dealer tested the vehicle and found no issues with the steering. First the dealer states that the repair was declined because of the big tires and then the dealer tells the FCA rep. that they couldn t duplicate the issues has no issues. ????

I send through their chat and they answer me very kindly, however when the information arrives in Hatillo they DO NOT DO ANYTHING, they do not call, or send an email as they promise to do. Terrible service.

Worst car service in PR!
Had an appointment for service and brought the car. I specifically said that I WAS NOT going to leave the vehicle, only do the checks for the recall and I will take my car the same day. Went to the mall (big mistake!), and after 4 hours I return to pick my vehicle, and that's when they said that I had to leave the vehicle for the day, because they had not done the check up What!!, Then no one was responsible. Same thing happened twice. DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE.
Solution: Drove to SJ (2 hours away), all recalls and parts were replaced same day.

Either they don't feel like selling or they already have the monthly payment and one more is no longer needed.
