This travel agency immediately scored with patience and empathy on the first visit. On our first visit, a nice lady informed us about travel destinations because we went there without any introduction. With a lot of patience, she presented us with all the hotels in our price range that were suitable for us. Our wishes were met very well. We were not left with our own experience of the employees, which made the whole visit a very pleasant one.
In the end we decided on a trip to Egypt on our second visit. We were also offered different flight times although the arrival and departure dates were fixed. I liked that very much. It is worth mentioning that we had no waiting times, despite the central location in Ulm.
