I gave it one star. Because there s no option for Zero stars. I had a Jeep repair done at this dealer, the customer Service was terrible. A basic repair of replacing thermostat housing and hose took over a week. I had to call several times and ask when my vehicle was going to be ready and never got a call back with any updates. After five days I was entitled to a loaner vehicle and that alone was a difficult process. Service Manager took over three days to approve a rental vehicle even when the Mopar extended warranty was covering the loaner vehicle. WORSE experience ever.. I rather travel an hour to have my vehicle service then bring it to Cabrera.
