Once again I find myself at Cabrera Auto service department. Around 11 December 2019 I bring my car for the low tire light since none of the tire or spare were low. I was told that the sensor in the left front tire was bad. So I ordered a new 1 and paid for the part in advance. On 28 December I was near Cabrera Auto so I stopped by to see if the part has arrived. I was told that the part arrived that day (really). I then made an appointment for 3 January at 10:10am. I arrive on time and hand my keys to them. After a hour wait and my car is still outside 1 of the service manager talks with me and start the paperwork on my car. Why we doing paperwork doing paperwork if I already had an appointment. Anyway I ask if they could pressure check the engine for any coolant leak as well. Almost a hour later I see my car driven to what I thought was to be worked on. As I'm waiting and walking around another hour passes by. I then see my car that was park in another parking space finally driven into the garage. At 2:40pm I pay for the work and 10 minutes later I get my car back after 4 hours and 40 minutes wait.
I had an appointment at 10:10am but I was treated as if I was a walk in with no appointment and squeezed in at the last minute. I have a future appointment for a recall next month and I hope this does not happen again. I hope that on my next visit I can say that my appointment with Cabrera Auto was a better experience and give them a better rating. But so far it has not and 1 star is as low as I can give because I'd give them minus 2 star for today
