From the first moment I contacted Cabrera's Auto in Hatillo. Itza in reception was very attentive and helpful. I care about follow up. Muhammad as a salesman stepped over his duties to accomplish a quick process. Overpassed the expectations of a common sales representative. Then Finance Manager William Perez attentive, effective and very suitable in his position. It was a very professional transaction expected by a company like Cabrera's Autos. I called ahead before I drove 3 hours to get there...

I called ahead before I drove 3 hours to get there to have a recall done on my car.
The service manager assured me it would be fixed by the next day.
Finally found the service dept. Asked the guy when my car would be ready... He said they would have to order the part & it would take 4 DAYS!!!! I WAS MAD!!!!!
Would NEVER buy a car there!!!!
This is the 3rd time I tried to get my car recall fixed.

After a month of looking for a vehicle we did not reach a price agreement offered online. When they searched for inventory they never found it and that was on the official Dealer website. After more than 2 months I visited the Dealer and the second purchase option they showed me was the one I was always pending and when I called it was not available, I told them that they will honor the price of the internet and they didn't want to.
I came to look for a vehicle that interested me but there was no good business for me since since July 16 the vehicle was there and according to them not. Thank you

Service dept. Is the WORST I have ever seen.
The service manager lied to me.
I called the service dept. and she said I would have to leave the car overnight. It would be ready the next day. 1st a 2 hour drive to get there so I rented a room for my wife & I.
We got there & the service dept. said it would be 3 days for the part to get there.
I ask if they would supply a rental car while they fixed the recall on my car.
No they said they would RENT me one.
DON'T BUY HERE!!!!!

I have had 3 experiences in the service department and all three have been horrible. They have left us waiting for several hours. I had to ask a leader to help us after six hours waiting for a key. I do not recommend that anyone use the services at this place or and that person was waiting 4 hours for an oil change

It has a very poor customer service, when you take a unit under warranty it is like taking it into an abyss, they never answer the phone to provide status of the unit, the service manager does not answer, you have to go personally and even then they do not have the information vehicle. My Jeep Laredo has not yet delivered a contract and I gave a deposit and as of today, 20 February 2018, they do not call or are helpful. I was called to come today for an appointment because of a RamBox and when I arrived @730 i was told that they didn t have the parts in stock. I ve been waiting for a few hours so that they can check the tire pressure. It s a very poor service and lack of customer service as well. I m wheelchair bound and the location it s not handicap accessible. The waiting room has a step, to get to a bathroom I have to go thru a walkway which isn t accessible. They re lacking coordination. Also this policy that your vehicle has to be for more than five days in service so that we can get a loaner it s ridiculous! I could ve been home a while ago . There s more to it!! Don t recommend this place for service!

Yesterday it was me and my family from Cabo Rojo to see a Nissan Versa Note SV White of 2017 and cream color inside. The first seller that touched me was Eliezer, which raised the price of the car for $ 2,000 dollars.

When I found the same Cabrera Auto car listed in Online Classifieds for $ 12,995. Then Eliezer told me that this was his sale price. Change seller for lack of honesty.

I asked the second seller named Jonathan who works at GM, if the car was crashed or damaged by Hurricane Maria and he said no. Jonathan told me that the car was in excellent condition and that it was only 11,000 miles. Well, I decided to make the long trip to Arecibo to help buy a car for my mom who is already 80 years old.

When I arrived at Cabrera Nissan, I saw that the car was scratched everywhere. They wanted to give me 2000 dollars for the 2003 Toyota Corolla of my trade in mom and not to reduce me a penny for theirs that was grated.

The manager did not even talk to me to discuss his offer. Sellers want to do their business under pressure of lies. They only value their dealer and a car grated and damaged paint. If these sellers do not get what they want then they are dedicated to insulting.

They asked me if I was the one who was going to buy the car or my mother. This dealer sells used cars in very bad conditions or, at very high prices and they are disrespectful fresh cari without professionalism in their form of sale. They lack respect for the customer and the intelligence of the buyer.

They are a dealer who works to deceive customers.

This evaluation was written by a former car salesman, former recruiter. I have worked at different levels of sales and recruitment as well as Puerto Rico and the United States. I was elojiado and galonardo with many awards in recruitment.

Stay away from this dealer as much as you can because it is full of shark few professionals.

The multiple evaluations of clients who have taken their time to describe their bad experiences in this shark-filled aquarium says it all. My words are not the only ones, their Google user ratings of 3.7 out of 5 says it all.

I do not recommend it. My experiences in this dealer have been dire and macabre. I have lost thousands of dollars, poor service and poor. Do not leave anything of value in the car if you take it to service. Puerto Rico does not have a lemon law and what remains is DACO, but after two or three repairs for the same thing, the next one will identify it differently so that it does not record 6 or more times for the same claim that is what it covers. I have not been able to buy a vehicle with them the prices are not competitive if you are going to look for a used vehicle it is not a very good place there is no unknown that this is what they do with the used cars because many what they have is new vehicles as if people do not give trading if it is very good to buy parts and accessories for different brands must be clear that all are original guarantees and repairs are also good and are very good people but unfortunately sell expensive

Overall good service and attention, can be a bit pricy at times but they know what they're doing so it's worth it.

Their waiting rooms can be a bit cramped on a busy day but they have AC so you can rest assured you wont suffer a heat stroke. Luckily, Plaza del Norte shopping mall is quite near and they offer transportation to their customers to the mall so you can chill/ eat / watch a movie while the car service is being finished.

I definitely recommend them if you have to give maintenance to a chrysler dodge jeeps
