I recently did business at Groove Toyota and my experience could not have been better. I worked with Austin Leblanc and he was absolutely great. I had kind of a complicated case (trading in a lease that was through another auto broker) and it was no problem for Austin to navigate. It was a seamless transaction and I was in and out in about a quarter of the time I was expecting. Cannot recommend Groove and Austin enough!

This is my first experience with Toyota. I started the hunt later Saturday afternoon. Toyota definitely has customer service aspect! Through the whole process we talked with about 5 different people and had a great experience with everyone. Staff really have the customer in their mind. My husband and I were met by Paul who helped us Saturday. Michelle stepped in when we returned close to closing time and allowed us to test drive a car. I am having some minor problems with my Tacoma which is hard to explain Coz they are that minor, but I need to take care of those these guys helped me in solving those, in particular ARON LOPEZ (sorry if there is a spell mistake), Explained me about my recalls and got it done. great to have this close to my house... This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I could not have asked for a better experience. Karen Anderson was the best saleswoman we could have asked for, always keeping our best interest in mind. She was readily available to answer questions or concerns by phone or email and was very patient and responsive. She honestly wanted us to get the best deal on our car and was willing to ask the "men in the back" for any amount we came up with. She stayed with us throughout the entire process and walked us through every step; all the way up to getting in the car and driving away. Even after buying the car, she still checks in with us to make sure everything is up to our standards and that we are happy. It's weird to say, but we are kind of excited to bring our car back to the dealership for routine maintenance just to say hi to Karen....

Can t say much about sales so I gave two stars, but the service department is not up to par when it comes it getting the customer a decent deal. My cousin brought her suv here to get worked on and has since purchasing it in 2003. They were trying to charge her 5400 to replace an actuator In her transfer case. I took it too toy doctor down the street, and not only did they fix the actuator they also did a full 120k timing service and a hand full of other meticulous things for 1275. If you need your car worked on after the warranty expires, go to toy doctor on Broadway. You won t regret it!

I was told to contact Dennis Santos the Used Car Recon Manager for the concerns. Not only did Dennis return my call quickly, he scheduled my son s car immediately, to take care of the minor problems. Dennis not only treated me as a valued customer, he treated me as though I had just purchased a new car off the lot. Dennis was professional yet approachable, and took care of all that I requested. I received a follow up call to ensure my son had all in working order, and was told that if I had any further concerns or questions, I could contact him directly. Dennis worked for me the customer and consumer. I now know why college son has a vehicle that is safe and in the future if I have any concerns, I believe that Dennis will bother for him. I would recommend Groove not only for used vehicles, but the added bonus of having Dennis Santos as the Used Car Recon Manager who is dedicated to his position and the consumer.

Went to look at the new Scions. Scion makes a great car, but don't buy it from this dealership. The salesmen are rude. Went in to look at the new Scion's they had in stock. Had been test driving cars all day at other dealers and expect the same friendly service here.

When I arrived, a 'salesman' immediately invaded my space, but it was strange, because he didn't even introduce himself or ask my name. I looked at the cars in the showroom and said I was interested in taking a test drive. He asked, 'Are you going to buy today?' And I said that no, I had been looking at several other cars and needed to test drive first before making my decision. He said he only let people test drive that already knew they wanted the car and were buying today. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE TEST DRIVES.

I explained that I was actually going to need someone to explain the features of the car, take a drive, see the options, etc. The Groove salesman made it clear that he had NO INTEREST in taking any time with the customer. He only wanted a quick sale without any effort.

Like I said: stay away.

I've owned Scion's before and they are great cars. But go to a different dealer. These guys are not in it for the customer.

His attention to detail and timely response is invaluable. I m 62 years old, and as you could imagine, have bought many a car in my time, but these guys rock! They blew away dealerships like Lexus and BMW in pursuit of customer service!

Having a Company vehicle since I started my carrier 10plus years ago. I never needed to purchase a Vehicle (let alone get it serviced)

Well, recently I purchased my first car. 2016 Toyota Tundra Limited TRD....from Peterson Toyota in Fort Collins. Great Experience!

I also recently had my first Oil Change done at Groove Toyota. After waiting for three hours the Oil Change was completed and I was handed over the keys and told to go out and find my truck (one the north side of the lot). I found my truck and I also found out that not only my truck was not vacuumed like I requested. My truck was also dented.

The Service Manager was helpful and insured me that they would take care of it. I received a call the following day from one of their Service Express Lube advisors. We arranged for me to come in the following Tuesday. I was insured that I would have a loaner vehicle and that they will get my truck fixed the sales day. All, I needed to do is come in and drop the car off in the morning.

Well, today is Tuesday 9:36am... I dropped off my vehicle with the gentleman who I spoke to the previous week (about 45 minutes ago) I found out that his shuttle driver will take me to Enterprise rental car and that they have the paperwork and keys ready for my Loaner vehicle.

I was little surprised by the whole Enterprise idea, but honestly being very busy and needing to take my kid to the doctor. I did not care. Loaner vehicle is a privilege so I was ok with that.

I am sitting here at Enterprise still it is 9:40am....Not one person at Enterprise knows about me coming to pick up my Loaner vehicle. All of their vehicles are loaned out and no cars are available. They reached out to Groove Service and they spoke to the gentleman who is "helping me". Everyone is busy at Groove and nobody is picking up.

Now, I am also being told that if they find a vehicle for me. I would need to give them my credit card. (which by the way I don't have on me or any other of my information)

REMEMBER, I was supposed to be dropped off by a Grooves Shuttle driver and the Enterprise representative was supposed to hand me over a key and I would be all set to go....

Sooooo, I am sitting here it is now 9:36am....I am being asked now what I am wanting to do. I don't what I want to do. So, for also the first time I decided to write a review. While not only Missing My Child's doctors appointment. I am going to be late to every single meeting I have scheduled for today and I will miss out on $500 because I will not be able to ship something out on time.

I guess....I am done with my first review. Hopefully someone at Groove Toyota reads this today and decides to call me. I have called twice and made their receptionist aware that they have a unhappy customer seating here at Enterprise. The gentleman from Enterprise left messages for the gentleman at Groove Toyota.

This is the worst Experience I have ever had. I am honestly so frustrated and in disbelief at the moment (9:58am) I better stop typing.

This is and should never be acceptable!

It will take a lot for me to ever again do any type of business with this company.

Recently got a 2020 RAV4 from Groove. The sales experience was very good overall. No complaints. But other departments have some issues.

Had to bring my RAV4 back for an issue with the Infotainment system. Pulled up to the service bay doors for the first time. Waited in my car as I watched others being greeted and checked in. But I also saw a bunch of service guys inside just kind of standing there doing nothing. So after a few minutes, I went in. Very strange experience, no signs, no reception, nothing, just about 8 service guys standing behind the counter seemingly trying not to make eye contact with me. It was so awkward...they would walk by around me now and then, but not say a word to me. As I slowly kind of walked down the line, not knowing what to do, I eventually asked one of the guys. His reply was "I'm helping another customer"...but there was nobody there. When I took my vehicle to Bobby Rahal Toyota in PA (shout-out) they greeted you like it was the Lexus dealer, white glove service the moment you drove in. If only to tell you to hang-tight a few minutes, they would at least tell you that. Not a good first service experience.

Second was Michelle, the Title Clerk. I finally reached her after leaving two messages the day before, with a question about my temporary tag that was about to expire. She was perhaps the rudest and most unprofessional person I've dealt with in a business situation, not to mention completely unhelpful. Really miserable, for the life of me I cannot understand being rude to customers and escalating the situation as a strategy. Allen, the Finance Manager, was able to help me in the end.

Luke had everything figured out and set ready to go before I had arrived which made the experience so smooth. The only thing I had to do when I arrived at the dealership was take a quick test drive and sign the paperwork. I had been dealing with other dealerships in Denver and this was by far the best experience I had. Real life, they're great.

Very disappointing experience. We've leased two vehicles here, and had three "misunderstandings" about what we were supposed to receive and didn't.

The first "misunderstanding" was when we leased a 2015 RAV4 Limited. The map card (a tiny sim card) was out of date. Both the sales rep and the tech rep said a new sim card would be out in the Fall, and if we stopped back after the Fall, they would "scrounge" up a new one for us. When we returned to ask (more than once) if they would do that for us, no one remembered saying anything to that effect and they made it clear that they were not interested in helping us.

Our second "misunderstanding" was when we leased the 2016 RAV4 Limited Hybrid. The sales rep and I agreed upon a "not to exceed" monthly lease payment. It was all good until we got into the finance office and then began the "oh, by the way, this doesn't include "gap insurance," etc... Needless to say, the "not to exceed amount" got exceeded.

Our third "misunderstanding" was when we paid $400.00 to have a clear mask added to the front and mirrors of our car, only to find out that they didn't "really mean" the whole painted "nose" of the car, just a strip along the hood.

We are college-educated business people ourselves. We don't have trouble understanding details. And those who would invite us to become "members of the Groove Toyota family" need to know that misleading customers is not the way to build family relationships.

Wow! What a "GREAT" experience. I've been looking for my new 2019' Toyota Tundra for over a month. I finally found a great dealership and an honest and sincere sales representative who made this process very simple and easy.

Groove Toyota provided smooth and exceptional service when I purchased at 2020 4Runnner TRD. in December of 2019 After using my banks online car buying tool, Cristo reached out to me via the phone. I told him I already decided on purchasing a 4Runner and wanted to talk price and that I was calling the 2 other Toyota dealers in the area. He quickly gave me an email quote. Later that day Zach the sales manager called and we talked for 15 minutes about different options on the 4Runner and that he would look to see if he could offer a lower price, which he did. That was the best price I received and we agreed that I would stop by that evening to test drive and finalize the purchase. When I arrived, the 4Runner was out front ready for me. Did a quick test drive with Cristo, who was knowledgeable about the 4Runner. Both Cristo and Zach own the vehicle themselves. My bank already approved me for a loan and I wasn't pressured by Cristo or Zach for Toyota finance, which I greatly appreciated. I was in and out of the dealership within 1.5 hours. He and his team found me a great 4x4 and if this Tacoma runs as good as most Toyota trucks the next several years it will be my best vehicle purchase. Incredibly bad customer service. The service department is at best a willfully ignorant / possibly drunk gang of clowns. They do not value your time, they do not value doing quality work, they do however value your money! This week I received my car after being 'serviced' for the second time with panels in the interior missing. When I talked to my service representative to complete my car, he rolled his eyes and grumbled his way through clipping the panels back on. They do not care about me, they do not care about you, they take no pride in the work they do. Go somewhere else.

Just bought a 2016 Toyota 4Runner SR5. I have to admit, it was one of my better experiences purchasing a vehicle. It was my first time at Groove Toyota and Zach Vose was my salesman. The guy is super-knowledgeable about the vehicles, especially the 4Runner's. He was real patient in finding the right configuration 4Runner for me. The negotiation process was straight to the point. I drove off content with the deal. Zach still gives me advice on off-roading and points me to quality shops and products.

Last year I had this to say: They were very timely with my service as they have alway been. They are kind people. I have never had an issue with my car since they have been completing my service.

However, after 2 years of coming to this service center with a battery problem, they have only now truly looked into my concern and found the problem was exactly what I feared. It took me being dismissed on multiple prior occasions and not having some other easy bandaid available for them to take me seriously. $225 fix to disable a sketchy aftermarket remote start that was in the car when I bought it certified from a Toyota dealership. By the way, if you have a problem similar - be warned - he said even if I bought it like that from them they would probably not have fixed it without cost.

Also, I m sure they have a sign somewhere so they can say you were warned, but they charge a 12% shop supplies fee on top of their dealership prices.

If you don t have to go to a dealership, don t go to Groove, but it gets 3 stars because it does better than other area Toyota dealers.

Last year, I was in the market for a new vehicle. Initially, I went to Subaru and no one helped me so I walked over to Toyota just to look. I met a sales rep named Mark J., who was extremely helpful in allowing me to test drive a few vehicles to see what I even liked. He was great in not pressuring me to buy anything and answered all my questions honestly. I ended up buying a Tundra, and a year later, my Dad also wanted to get a Tundra. I got in touch with Mark in telling him what my Dad was looking for, and he was so helpful in finding my Dad's perfect truck! Definitely a great dealership, and Mark made the experience of buying TWO trucks so easy and painless! I recently purchased a 2011 Prius from Rob Wright III at Groove Toyota and I would recommend him to all of my friends looking to purchase a used vehicle. I began my internet search for a used Prius about a month ago and I was looking for a Toyota Certified vehicle and something that would fit within my budget. I found a Prius that met all of my requirements on the Groove Toyota website. I sent them an email asking for more information including the internet price. Rob Wright responded to my email and gave me a no haggle price. He also sent me the car fax so I could review it before driving 35 miles to see the car. He was willing to come in early on a Saturday to show the car to me and my husband. His friendly disposition, his patience and his relaxed manner made for a very smooth purchasing experience. I had been toyed around with by other dealerships and after 5 trucks that never showed up and a month of waiting I gave up and decided to give Groove toyota a try. Rob wright stepped up and after a couple hrs of emailing he gave me an amazing deal and an amazing trade in which made the other dealerships offers a joke. I drove 100 miles to pick up the truck. One was a mysterious squeak in front suspension. Groove service department was extremely busy. But, Cory spent an hour with me to diagnose and resolve. I went in with a trade in that I had negative equity on. I worked with Pat Shannon on purchasing a CPO RAV4. It had just come in and still needed to be detailed. He worked with me on financing (not just monthly payment, but rate, term, & total as well). I got in contact with him the next day to pick it up and he told me they scheduled to have the windshield replaced. I wouldn't have even noticed or probably even requested it. I brought it back later in the week and had it replaced, all my fluids topped off and he even topped off my tank.
