She didn't go in expecting to buy, but the salesman was very patient with her and made sure she was getting what she wanted. He was very pleasant and really knew what he was talking about. We test drove 2 cars a 2020 Camry AWD and 2020 RAV 4 AWD; I liked both cars so I decided to wait a day. My wife and I had an incredible experience. We were just down the street and headed to a dealership in Thornton and thought we would stop in. We immediately were introduced to Paul Lips and we told him we had a specific car we wanted to talk about. Actually it was unlocked in the lot and we had already looked inside. Paul sensed immediately that we were in a hurry just to hear what the deal was and what was included. It was probably 40 minutes and the deal was done. No jjoke, it was as fast as I ever bought a car. We have bought many cars and were dreading the experience. I'm certainly glad we stopped in and met the team including Paul Sarnecki the finance man as well. It was an overall awesome experience.

I was nervous to make such a big purchase and when the price monthly was a little too high they were able to lower the monthly by doing a little more digging in the finance side. 01/05/2017: ***DO NOT SHOP HERE*** This dealer employs scam artists like Jazz who will tell you the car you saw online and want to test drive is there just to get you to come in when in reality it was sold. If their salesman are willing to pull this kind of trick who knows what other shady business practices are done there. This dealer is not to be trusted at all. Buyer beware.
UPDATE 01/06/2014: Received a call from Chad, the sales manager at Groove Toyota, apologizing for the unfortunate events that took place explaining that he is responsible for training the sales reps and failed to educate Jazz, who is new to the team, that this is not a sales tactic they practice at Groove Toyota ensuring me that this was an isolated situation and that he takes full responsibility. Chad offered to have Jazz apologize but i didn't feel that was necessary and was satisfied with his words. Chad offered to make things right by trying to find a car that fit my needs. Knowing that Groove is a chain of dealers with hundreds of vehicles i took the opportunity and described what i was looking for. I received a call from Chad later that day to advise me the car i was hoping to test drive had not been sold explaining that it was moved to a satellite lot recently opened to place the overflow of used cars from Groove Subaru. I was put in touch with one of their senior reps named Jeff who, after some back in forth with him and his sales manager Scott, was able to get them to hold the vehicle for me until the following day so i can test drive the vehicle.
***Review continues at Groove Subaru Google page however if i were to summarize my experience with Groove Toyota with one word, it would be satisfied. Not good, not bad just satisfied. Do i think Jazz is a scam artist? No. Its most likely an exaggeration based on an unfortunate experience. Although I only met him for 2 minutes, he did seem genuinely sorry when he realized what he'd done. I would have given Jazz another chance and closed the deal with him had the vehicle been at Groove Toyota but it wasn't. I have adjusted my previous rating of 1 star to 2 for that reason.

After weeks, months even, of searching for my perfect new 4Runner, I ended up at Groove Toyota and I am GLAD I DID!! Here's why:
Kevin Gaw with Groove was right there to help me find my new, best-fit vehicle from the day I sent my first inquiry. This all happened during this odd time (pandemic) to be car buying, but Groove handled everything wonderfully and I'd like to give them shout out for making it as much of a normal and pleasant purchasing experience as possible! Kevin was very thorough with all of my options from the vehicles, trim packages and features, to all possible financing options- I felt well guided to my very first brand new vehicle purchase! Way to go Groove- without hesitation I would recommend this business to friends and family and be a return customer myself.

Great experience with Groove Toyota. Me and my family members all have Toyota s and not one of them has failed on us (kind of obvious) I myself own a 2016 RAV4. and it s been purchased from Groove. I always get their express maintenance at the end of every 5,000 miles which includes, oil change, tire balancing (AWD) brakes and fluids checked filter etc. included in the complementary warranty. Well since the warranty expired I thought I would go to a third party mechanic. I decided to stay with them. Even if I had to pay out of pocket. I m glad I did. The people there. Specificity Chris L and Hunter S have been nothing but A+ service. Not just taking care of the vehicle. But also treating me and other customers like Kings and queens, during the immense of their busy schedule. And that s a rarity to have with businesses in this day and age. Good job Groove Toyota. Keep it up!

My wife has wanted a new 4runner for the quite some time now. So I wanted to surprise my wife and give her a wonderful Christmas present. Without getting to specific, we have been through a lot this year. So I knew I had to get it for her, no matter what. I had tried going to other Toyota dealerships in the area with no luck. I even went to Stevenson Toyota (Aurora), where they say, We know that you have high expectations, and we enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding those standards each and every time you shop for a Toyota. At Stevenson s I was treated as if they had no time for me, like I was a burden to them. They were rude and very arrogant. At Groove Toyota it was a completely different experience. From the minute I contacted CJ Adams, I knew this was going to be a great Christmas for my wife. While at Groove I was treated with respect and CJ was completely honest and friendly. At no time while I was there, did I feel ignored. CJ made the experience seem as if I was conducting business with an old buddy. Needless to say, it was an early Christmas for my wife; she got her new 2013 4runner. Thanks to CJ and all those who were involved in the deal. I will most definitely go back to Groove for MY next truck.

I have been working with Groove Toyota Englewood for 4 years now. My first experience leasing a vehicle was extraordinary. I felt respected and didn't get the "run around" I'd experienced from other dealerships. Adam Poole was my sales manager and to this day he is my go-to guy for all things car related. I just turned my car in and re-leased with Zach Vose and again, the experience was first rate. No hassle, clear communication and zero pressure! I'm a happy and loyal customer now.

This place was the worst place we've ever brought our Prius. In 2016 we brought our vehicle here 3 times and we stopped after not only having had rude service from the staff but after picking up after hours with our spare key, the next day were told that they "hadn't" lost our original key faub and kept passing us to different people until we were completely brushed off. This is a very expensive mistake. Last visit, we were told we had a severe oil pan issue that was charged to our bumper to bumper insurance with quite the run around about why was actually wrong. We never felt in the loop, treated with respect or like we had any idea what we were talking about. Please don't waste your money here, being rushed along and treated like you're dumb.

Awesome job repairing my 2005 Scion tC. Very cool representatives, shout out to Kent for being so nice. They told me all the costs up front before the work and let me decide what I wanted to do. My old mechanic at Firestone lost our business when they purposely made oil leak from the car and broke several of my wheel bolts that I had to pay and replace... This place, although a tad more expensive because it is higher end service, is so awesome. Total honest homies. I shall return.

I started at Groove to get an idea of what I wanted. Macy assisted me. He was EXCELLENT! He was very patient with me when I wanted to drive the brand new 4Runner, even though I couldn't afford it. He then let me take out the cars in my price range. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the services the dealership offers and what would work for me and my budget.

After months of searching other sites and dealerships, I wasn't finding the car for me. I happened to go back to Groove, and by fate, Macy was the salesman who assisted me again. He immediately remembered me from before, what I was looking for, my preferences and budget. This time, I found the right vehicle! Macy helped me with all the steps in the process, from filling out the application to financing. He was even kind enough to take the car out for a wash and fill the tank while I went through the financing process!

On Saturday I had this crazy idea of looking for a new truck for my business and personal use. We always liked Toyota's so decided to stop by Groove Toyota since it was close to home. I wanted to purchase either a Toyota Tacoma or Chevy Colorado from the next closest dealer.
After walking into the dealership we noticed a lot of customers inside and thought this is going to take a while and almost walked out. Instead a salesman name Youcef Smail greeted us to find out what our needs were.
We told him what we were looking for so he took us out to the lot to show us what was in stock. He was very knowledgable about the trucks we liked. The truck we were looking for was a 2020 Toyota Tacoma double cab with the 6' bed. The problem we had was that our garage is fairly short so we told him that we needed to drive to our house to see if it would fit and fortunately it did by inches. We returned to the dealership with many more questions which he answered and gave us the final price.
My wife and I needed to take a walk to talk this purchase over since we just looking today. After talking we decided that this was a good price and wanted to go a head with this purchase.
Youcef was very patient with us and even if we needed more time he would love to help us in any way he could. After he finished his paperwork we were escorted to Julie's office to go over warranties and the final paperwork. She was very helpful and went over all the details and answered all of our questions.

Was looking at a 09 Subaru Hatchback and everything was alright but there were some very obvious issues with the car. When the left blinker was on the radio would flicker with the radio. Other minor used car issues but I was fine with it. Went through all the paperwork and got it to a reasonable payment after waiting for an hour for them to finally get to us. Then the finance manager Paul comes out and says we have to come up with another $4000 to make this work because they have the car overpriced. They had my business until this. They were screwing around instead of looking at the paperwork. Will never go back there again and will let everyone know to never go to this dealership.

After the purchase, we noticed that the truck lacked the power anticipated with a 5-cylinder engine. During routine maintenance and repairs, we become aware that contrary to Groove Toyota s representations, the truck had only a 4-cylinder engine.

We have evidence that will show that Groove Toyota engaged in deceptive trade practice with regard to the sale of this truck. Groove Toyota s conduct is in violation of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, C.R.S. 6-1-101, et seq., and we may be eligible to actual and treble damages.

Since April 2017 Groove Toyota has ignored our attempts to settle this matter. They are also putting off our attorney by saying we ll do something for them each time he contacted them. They have done nothing!

His over demented, inflated ego got in the way of a deal. He ignored my calls when I said lets do the deal. No other explanation for his odd behavior. When I complained to his manage, Frank was not much better. Unconcerned with how I was treated, all he cared about was getting his hands on my money. Delmar and Groove Toyota on Broadway in Englewood.By far the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. As I was about to head home from an unproductive day of car shopping, I decided to try one more spot; Groove Toyota. I Spoke with Delmar (best sales guy ever) and decided to see what a new lease would look like. First and foremost, Delmar was the most friendly, informative, and non-pushy salesman I've ever dealt with. He kept my concerns and financing goals at the forefront, making sure the decision worked for me and not just benefitting the dealership. He worked extensivley with me, making sure the monthly payments fit my budget. He made sure I knew the pros and cons of buying verse leasing, and again I was convinced this was the right decision for me. Even though my anxiety was high, he answered every question with the upmost respect, even if they were repetitive or silly. He not only walked me through the entire process (which didn't take that long) he emptied out our trade in and put all of my belongings into the new lease (which was a lot)!

I would highly recommend Delmar and Groove Toyota, to anyone in the market for a vehicle whether it be new or used. Delmar and Groove have made a happy customer for life. The selection was great and the facility was clean and welcoming. You never expect to leave a car dealership happy with no buyers remorse, but I can tell you my expectations were exceeded and then some. Overall I had a really painless experience buying a CPO bmw from Groove. Kindra and Hamid were the sales associates who assisted me in the process. Kindra was great, really personable, easy to reach, and wasn't just a sales robot. Hamid seemed very nice as well, however I think he had some scheduling conflicts and forgot who I was/my name a few times. We're all human, we make mistakes. He was very helpful prepping the car for the sale though.

I worked with Lee to finalize the sale, which was also pretty easy. He took the time to explore various extended warranty options with me, which I appreciate knowing that it probably isn't as straight foward when selling brands other than Toyota.

I had a wonderful experience with Patrick Shannon and team at Groove Toyota! Not only did Patrick bring a Highlander Hybrid to my house to test drive, but he also arranged to get the specific vehicle I wanted from another dealer, and then AGAIN delivered my purchased vehicle to my house the very next day! I didn t spend one minute in the dealership, which was extremely convenient for me with working from home, 3 kids and 2 dogs (including a puppy!). Patrick was very knowledgeable about the car and I never felt any pressure. Absolute top notch customer service. I would recommend Groove Toyota to everyone I know!

I bought a used car a month ago from a dealer in Boulder and unfortunately things had to be Undone because of the dealerships lack of honesty and transparency. I knew I would never buy another Nissan so I thought a Toyota or Subaru would be the best option for me. I went to probably 20 different car dealerships looking for new and used until I finally got in touch with Al. I told him what I wanted and where I was looking to be on price. I already had a test drive scheduled at a big chain dealer in Centennial and he told me how I would be treated by them before I even went. He was spot on how I would be treated (poorly) and how poor of a deal they would offer. They were super pushy on everything like a normal stereotypical car dealer is expected. Frustrated again, I called Al, asked if he could do better and if he had time, to which he promised he would so I left and went to Groove. Al was super friendly, never pushy, got me the price I wanted, and never once argued when I negotiated price or packages with him. Overall, I was treated perfectly by Al and the rest of the team at Groove, plus I got my car just as I wanted. I would highly recommend them!

I had my oil changed at the "express" lube, and it was the worst automotive service experience I have ever had. I have a custom built skid plate on my Tacoma that has never needed to be removed for an oil change, not even when I have had Groove technicians change my oil in the past. Past oil changes from Groove have been smooth, prompt, and friendly. This last oil change the technician decided to remove the skid plate, but striped all the bolts out and could not re-install it. I was told the tech needed to remove it due to the design of the pits.
I understand that mistakes happen and the tech may not have understood how complex the skid plate would be to remove, but it was how the service technicians handled the situation that was really frustrating. No one told me what was happening to my truck while I waited 2 hours for it to be looked at and when they returned it to me, with the skid plate barely hanging on, they told me it was my fault for having such a complex skid plate.
Bottom line is I came in for a quick oil change with a perfectly good working vehicle, and I ended up with an unsafe, broken vehicle. I did get an oil change after 2 hours of waiting, but Groove basically broke my truck and didn't take any responsibility, and blamed me for the situation. This is horrible business and I feel completely taken advantage of.

Outstanding service!
I took my 4 Runner in to get the oil changed this morning.
The service department was very busy with more than normal staff.
I asked what was going on today?
The staff member behind the counter told me that the company computer system was down and they were having to fill out the paperwork by hand.
I was so impressed with how they were all working together to take care of the customers. I was still in and out in 30 minutes.
I can't say enough about the professionalism and attitude of the Groove service staff.

Do not pay the mark up on a TRD PRO. Groove will tell you that they will come down on the mark up, don t pay the mark up. Save thousands and shop Mountain States Toyota or Larry Miller. Both offered sticker price, but Larry had the color I wanted and they gave me over blue book on my trade in. Groove also offered me a 4% higher APR with tier 1 credit then Larry Miller through the same damn credit company. Suspicious. I have had my heart set on a 4Runner for a while now, and finally decided to go for it. A friend referred me to Kindra, I walked in with a number in mind, and 4 hours later Kindra made it happen. Bought my tocoma there back in 04 when they were Burt Toyota and have only had it serviced there. Since they switched to Groove things have been very different. Every time I go in now nobody knows anything about my truck or bothers to look at the history. They recommend services that do not need to be performed and they charge me for services they should not be charging me for. The last two times I had to have charges removed. Also, owning an older vehicle though it is a Toyota, I don t feel very welcome there. Every time I go I feel they are just working me in around there more important customers with newer vehicles. They used to wash my truck every time I would bring it in, but they stopped doing that years ago. When he told me it was all washed up and ready to I got excited and asked him when they started doing that again and he said they never stopped. I said wow you guys haven t done that in years and then looked at my truck and laughed because it hadn t been washed at all. Before I left I asked to speak with the service manager and was told he was busy, but they would relay a message for me. I m very disappointed and unsure where to take my vehicle now because I have other services I was planning on having done in the near future.

Buyer Beware! They lie to you to get you in the door. This dealership is a throwback to the 70s and 80s.they will lie and tell you anything to get you in the door. We called last weekend to check on the availability of a certain model that we were interested in test driving. We were told by salesman Paul S. That they had three of that model in stock. An hour later we drove 40 miles from the mountains in a snowstorm to drive the car. When we got there the hmmmmmmmm???? I dint know where they went LINE started from Paul. Needless to say, they did not have even one of that model in stock. He then began insulting my wife out on the lot and had other employees not interfered, that would have ended in a physical assault. After leaving Groove, I called and spoke to the general manager. His only comment was that they had an upgraded model we could have driven. I use to see this practice years ago from crooked dealers but it has been a long time. It is clear that the practice of "Lie to the customer" comes straight from the top are Groove. There are many good toyota dealers in this town and this is not one.

Very very helpful employees. I live in the mountains and we don't have a Toyota dealership so I came down to Denver. I was trying to get the lock nut off of the wheels and they tried three separate times and brought a mechanic out to even look at it. But even though they couldn't get the lock nuts off they gave me other great suggestions. And beans that I've never been in a Toyota dealership . And being this is my first first gen Tacoma I never realized all the cool apparel and stickers and stuff I can add on

Buyer beware of purchasing a car at Groove Toyota!

Last Wednesday, my wife and I spent seven hours at this dealership. After test driving two cars, negotiating a price on the desired car that my wife wanted, we left Toyota Groove minus $500 for a deposit and a commitment that her new Toyota Camry would be delivered to the dealership within 1-2 days since they didn't have the exact model of the car in the color she wanted.

The following day the salesperson called my wife and said that his manager was waiting on a response as to when the car would be coming, but it would be there for sure by the weekend. He apologized for the inconvenience. Friday came and the salesperson texted my wife and said his manager was still waiting on a response as to when our vehicle would arrive. He apologized. Saturday the salesperson texted once again that it would now be Monday, followed by another apology. So now it's Monday and the car is still not delivered. In fact, when demanding to talk to the manager, he stated that he was not sure where it is but that the car was showing at an event somewhere. He said it could be 3-4 weeks that perhaps the Camry would be delivered to their showroom. My wife told him that this was unacceptable. He asked if she wanted to change the color and she told him that she wanted that particular car. She suggested that they find the same exact car somewhere else. The manager said that if it's beyond 350 miles that there would be shipping fees and my wife said that that this cost should not be absorbed by the consumer. She followed up by saying that perhaps our $500 should be refunded. He told her that she could do that but that he wanted to check one more time to find out when the car could be delivered and he would call her back. Ten minutes later the salesperson texted my wife and told her that our $500 was refunded.

Our experience confirms the many reasons why people don't trust managers/salespeople at car dealerships. It's laborius, games are played, and often times there is a lack of transparency.

I service both of my Toyotas at Groove Toyota. Their Service Dept is great and Service Advisor Marshall Baker is the best. I followed him over to Groove from another Toyota dealership years ago.

Recently, the check engine light on our 2000 4Runner came on at about the same time it started running rough. Marshall got me in right away, was friendly, quick and helpful, and saved my butt like he and his team always do. They found something else while they were fixing what I came in for, something which would have left the 4Runner dead in its tracks in the near future if it had not been caught. Since my wife, Karen, is the primary driver, I don't even want to imagine what could have happened.

I am grateful to be a customer of Marshall and of Groove's Service Dept. Thank you.

My wife and I leased a Toyota Prius, everything was fine until we turned our car in... When our lease was up we followed the instructions and had autovinlive come out for a pre-inspection. The car had a few scrapes and I only had one Key with me at the inspection. However, I was told when our final inspection was done if the key was there and the damages were fixed those charges would not be assessed. We turned the car in with two keys and damages fixed. I was surprised when I received our final statement from Toyota that those charges where still there. Toyota/Groove never completed the final inspection!!! This started a long process of having to try and prove that the work was done, keys were turned in (the car had already been auctioned). Through many conversations and the help of Joe (customer service, very helpful) we were able to get it resolved. However, we are still being charged the disposition fee. Everyone, either dealership or Toyota financial says its just what it is...or I can submit a letter and maybe they will reduce the fee. This topped the cake. I am sorry to say that I will not be leasing or buying a car from Groove again.

Decision based on both the product and pricing, all of which are excellent compared to many of their competitors. Special thanks to Kindra Largent who was our actual sales person. She knew the product as well as any salesperson I've worked with, and had a great personality and energy level.

I cannot speak more highly about this dealership and the two amazing salesmen that helped us purchase our new car. Delmar and Sergio were so patient with me as I navigated the car-buying process while also trading in a vehicle. They answered all of my questions (and answered ones I didn t even know i had) with ease, care, and patience. They both followed up with me via email and text, responding to all of my requests and idea changes. After working with them in person, through email, and through text for 72 hours, I finally walked off the lot with my dream car (yes, my dream car is a 4Runner) feeling confident in my choice of vehicle and dealership. I cannot wait for the years to come with my new car that couldn t have been possible without all of the work that Sergio and Delmar put in.

This 5 star review is for Matt Nemetz, specifically. Matt is incredible and I really appreciate his thoughtfulness. I'm an individual who gets off-put very easily by too much "salesman-ship" or by people who are extremely pushy. I specifically ignored several other salespeople because they sent me too many emails or texts or calls. Matt isn't like that. Matt is the reason I purchased from Groove, and even if you're not looking for a 4Runner like I was, I would recommend Matt to anyone. I know I got lucky when I was randomly assigned to work with Matt because not everyone at Groove is like him. I also went to several other Toyota dealerships in the Denver area and everyone I met rubbed me the wrong way.
I really appreciate how honest he was with me and how I ended up actually being the one who called him instead of the other way around. Thanks again, Matt, for all your help!

My son and I went to Groove Toyota shopping for a used 4Runner to celebrate his 16th birthday and getting a driver's license. While this should be a memorable father and son experience, I was expecting the worst and dreading going through the process of purchasing a used vehicle. Groove Toyota was the first dealership that we stopped into. Larry Lewis was the first sales person that we spoke to, and we ended up purchasing the first 4Runner that we test drove. Go figure! Since we had a long list of requirements, I did not think it was possible to find and purchase a used vehicle in under 2 hours. I thought it was too good to be true and seriously wanted to get up and do more shopping before buying this vehicle. However, as I thought it through, inspected the vehicle, and did my own research, the vehicle before us was by far the best vehicle we could find and met all of our requirements. Out of nowhere, Larry was able to find a 4Runner that was just traded-in but had not been inspected and reconditioned by the dealership yet. Since the vehicle was not ready to take home, we had the opportunity to shop after the fact knowing they had a 4 day cancellation policy if we were not happy with the vehicle from the date of delivery. That gave us 7 additional days to shop around online, and we visited a few other dealerships with large 4Runner inventories. Not only did we reconfirm that we received a fair price, we could not find a single other vehicle that was even close in condition to the vehicle that we had purchased from Larry and Groove Toyota. When we went to pick up the vehicle, Larry had the vehicle parked up front and was putting the final touches on the reconditioning, making sure everything was just perfect. Out of pure kindness, he purchased new factory floor mats all the way around at no additional cost. Me and my son were speechless and could not be happier with the vehicle that we purchased, the process we went through, and the sales person that we worked with. After showing my mom her grandson's 4runner, she got so excited that she wanted to buy one now for herself. She has since been to the dealership and working with Larry to settle in our her requirements. Thank you, Larry, for making this process a memorable experience for me and my son. I also appreciate you taking care of my mom. When you can trust your mom alone with a car dealer, you know that you are in a good place.

Great experience. I really enjoyed working with Josh, who went above and beyond. 3 years ago I almost leased a car from here, and 3 years later I bought one. Both times were great experiences, and I m happy to have the Groove sticker on the back of my new truck. If you re new in Denver, Groove is the place to go. Toyotas are all over Colorado for a reason. They are the best for any outdoor junkie like me.
