Horrible experience at Groove. They have excellent customer service when you are purchasing a car, but the moment you return their entire attitude and approach changes. Was lied to several times about a warranty recall and had to repeatedly send over Toyota docs to prove that their statements were demonstrably false. Still refused to help address the problem.

Eventually had to call Toyota corporate where they were friendly and happy to work with me to solve the problem. Another local Toyota dealer got me in the shop immediately and was shocked at Groove's behavior. Avoid Groove like the plague and shop at any of the other local Toyota dealers in Denver.

Sam, my sales associate was great! He went out of his way to provide information and answer questions which were well outside of of his obligation. Unfortunately, the finance manager Lee had no respect for my time. I was very patient and understanding when they kept me there for three hours due to a staffing issue because I know what it's like to pick up the slack for a coworker who called out (or whatever this specific situation was). As I was leaving I was told that everything had been taken care of. However, the next day Lee called me three time within an hour and sent several emails while I was in class. Over the course of the next week, I continued to receive emails and calls from Lee while at work and in class. I gave them a significant portion of the one day I have off every week, only to be borderline harassed by their management after being told everything was taken care of. I've had great experiences at other Toyota dealerships, but I will steer clear of this one in the future.

We had more questions after we left the dealership with our new car and he was prompt in returning phone calls/ text and email. We were also able to get our fist oil change done and it went quick. I had the absolute BEST experience purchasing my brand new, 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD at Groove Toyota. I have wanted a 4Runner since I can remember; it has truly been my dream car since I was a kid. And, luckily for me, neither the purchasing experience nor the vehicle itself have disappointed. The service at Groove Toyota is top notch. My saleswoman, Kindra Largent, was nothing short of a seasoned professional. She was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and has even made herself available to me AFTER I purchased my 4Runner to answer any lingering questions I have. Not to mention how warmly welcomed I was by the front desk manager, Alexandra Collins, when I arrived. She was warm, inviting, and got me taken care of as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Kindra, Alexandra, and the whole crew at Groove Toyota made my car purchasing experience nothing short of wonderful. While I anticipate having my 4Runner for a long, long time, I'll never purchase a vehicle anywhere else, and have highly recommended Kindra to my close friends and family in need of a car. I would recommend working with these two if you are looking for a Toyota. They took the time to explain leasing to me in great detail and were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Groove is a no pressure dealership, and I would highly recommend visiting this dealership!

Groove Toyota has gone above and beyond and exceeded my expectations every time I have visited their dealership. The staff in both sales and service have provided exceptional customer service. I recently brought my 4Runner in for an issue with my tail light and the service associate I worked with, Mike was so friendly and super helpful. The turn-around time was excellent for a being a busy Saturday, and he even got my tires rotated so I didn t have to make an additional trip to Discount. I wouldn t consider going to another dealership, as Groove has proven they really care about the relationships they make with their customers and not just a sale.

Excellence! I sent over what I was looking for, my budget, supporting documents for pre-approval and trade-in. Within a short amount of time and a few emails, Austin L (my sells rep) had a deal worked up and sent to me for approval. All agreed as it was on point. From the time I walked through the door till having all initial deal paperwork signed and into the business office for review was under 7 minutes. He was expecting me of course. They took a few minutes to confirm my trade. I had enough time to unload personal items into the new vehicle that Austin had cleaned and ready for me and finance was waiting on me. My finance rep was Lucas and he also made everything extremely smooth. No pressure on anything. He briefed me on options and let me drive the outcome. All together, I can say that I'm more than pleased with my overall experience. Even if it had taken more time without pre-approval and not knowing what I was looking for, the people that I dealt with were very genuine and on point. Thanks guys!

Do not go to this dealership to buy a car! My husband and I went to Groove Toyota to trade in my Corolla for a Prius in late December 2017. We bought the car with cash and did not finance. I forgot the title to my Corolla the day we purchased the Prius, but the finance officer we worked with, Ali, told us we could bring it the following Monday, which was January 1, 2018. On January 1, I drove the title to my Corolla to Groove Toyota where the salesman we worked with, Mason, told me I could wait until Ali was free. Ali was with other customers at the time. I had my two children with me. After 20 minutes of our 4 month old daughter screaming while we were waiting, a different financial officer took my title and told me that he would give it to Ali. A week later, we received a rude phone call from woman at Groove Toyota that said she didn't have the title to the Corolla. My husband and I have called and left messages for Ali at least 5 times in the last week regarding the lost title and have not had one phone call in return. When we were buying the car, Mason told us we would receive the title to the Prius in about a week. It has been one month and we still do not have the title to the Prius. They have had the time, though, to cash our $15,000 check for the Prius. Again, avoid this dealership if you want hassle free car buying experience.

I have a mixed review here because I'm rating it on three different areas:
1.) Auto shop/repairs: 5 stars
2.) Sales: 4 stars
3.) Finance: 1 star

The repair guys were amazing; my windshield was damaged within 24 hours of buying my vehicle and they replaced it almost immediately at no charge to myself.

As for sales, the gentleman who sold me my car was very helpful and kind but wasn't totally straight on all his facts about the car (for example: he had told me it got way better MPG than my current car, but when I looked up the stats they were nearly identical).

As for the Finance department, I believe the gentleman's name was Julio who really pressured me into buying their extra warranty programs. He basically told me that after 2 months my car would have no warranty protection (which I found out later to be false because it's covered for 3 years under the Toyota factory warranty and up to 35,000 miles -- my car currently has less than 15,000 miles). I told him multiple times I wasn't interested and even called my boyfriend in front of him to get a second opinion (who told me not to buy the warranty) and said no an additional time. This finance guy kept pushing and pushing and told me that I could cancel my warranty within 30 days if I regretted my decision. I finally just accepted the warranty offers to just get out of there as it was getting to be pretty late, and then found out later I owe a $50 processing fee for one of the warranties (he sold me three different types of warranty), so I won't get exactly a 100% refund. ALSO, one of the warranties was rejected which makes the dealership responsible for refunding that application amount which gives me the extra step of having to talk to this financing guy again (I hope I can speak to someone else, to be honest, because he was still pressuring me a couple days after the sale when I called him with some questions about the maintenance program) to make sure he's processing that payment. All in all it's been a real headache to go through this warranty ordeal and I've had to spend way too much time taking care of the cancellation process. Please be forewarned.

But even now I'm having to pay for services, they've really kept up on customer service side and their mechanics are good at their job. Johnny Salazar provided an excellent experience for us from the time I inquired online until final purchase. His years of experience in dealing with leases and sales was evident in honest discussion about what was best for our situation. I am quite knowledgeable about car purchasing and leasing and know what dealerships sometimes try to pull but this experience was one of the more frank and honest and fair dealings I have ever had with a car purchase. The whole experience was a positive one and since this is our first dealing with this dealership, I can say it has started on a very positive note, hence five stars.

I took my vehicle in for the standard 20k mile servicing. As part of that, I had my winter tires swapped with my summer ones, which I already owned and brought with me. From my prior conversation on the phone with the service rep, I was under the impression that swapping tires could be done as part of the tire rotations already included in the service package I had previously paid for. I was thus surprised to find an additional, non-negotiable $158 charge when I picked up my vehicle for the tire swap. I can see Groove Toyota's perspective that swapping tires required additional labor beyond the basic service, but I wish I had been told beforehand that would cost more let alone how much. I understand Discount Tire will swap tires for a fraction of that price. As a consumer, the surprise charge to me came across as misleading and outright predatory.

Desperately needed to replace a vehicle in the middle of covid restrictions, and Groove Toyota, especially Austin and Kelyn, made it as pleasant as possible. Austin shared a ton of info over texting, and when we finally went in, Kelyn spent literally hours with us, patiently going over the vehicle details, options and features. Financing was very straightforward, no high pressure, just facts and options for us to select what we needed. Despite the state mandated limitations, I give the whole crew, and again especially Kelyn, kudos for enabling test drive and safely working through the process. Oh, and love the Rav4 limited - beautiful vehicle with actually useful features!

DELMAR was awesome when it came to selling of my then current vehicle, and purchasing of the new vehicle.

Groove Toyota as a whole, for buying my car for more than $3,000 more than the car they were selling me. In fact, it took DELMAR just one 'trip to the manager' to confirm that they would match the $9,000 standing offer I came in with from another dealership on my then current vehicle, and sell me the 'new' car for just under $6,000. They promised to have my check for the difference ready in 7-10 busniess days, but ended up having it after just 5.

Service Department as a whole as well, because they fixed a minor issue with my 'new' car after I drove home and realized there was an issue. They gave me a loaner and fixed the issue within another two business days, honorably adhering to their 60-day warranty and not charging me a penny.

Not to mention, with the up-front-no-bs 'negotiation' with DELMAR I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in under two hours.

Great service all around, and I would highly recommend asking for KAREN and/or DELMAR, as they were not only extremely helpful, respectful, and honest, but the epitome of honest and up-front as well (something very few dealerships these days can offer).

Don't do it. I read the reviews but went anyway. Don't be like me. I had the salesman ask me "So, do you plan on buying anything today or just driving them around" when I asked to drive 3 different vehicles. My response was "Do I get a discount for paying cash, because I am a doctor". I was GUARANTEED by the finance manager that they register vehicles out of state all the time, as I am only in Colorado for the summer. Guess what? When I went to register the vehicle out of state three weeks later, none of the paperwork was received. Toyota financial couldn't locate what Groove did with it. The paperwork arrived five days after I tried to register the vehicle. I am charged five percent by my state for every thirty days after inspection I register my vehicle late. $112 each thirty days. And guess what? It's been sixty days and my vehicle still isn't registered. I now owe an additional $ 234 on a $40k truck I bought that doesn't have registration or valid plates. Groove sent my local tax accessor an unsigned title, and also forgot to include their dealer fee , which they charged me five HUNDRED dollars for and my tax accessory only charges TEN dollars for. Groove Toyotas title officer Desiree was rude and unprofessional when she called me to affirm the correct paperwork was sent, and she only called me because Toyota Financial contacted Groove demanding they rectify the situation.
I was treated rudely, lied to, and pressured throughout the entire process. I have called asking to speak with the highest manager possible, and was told Gary is unavailable. Desiree, of course, didn't answer either.
Go somewhere else. Don't spend a huge amount of money on a truck that you can't legally drive.

I called Macy explained everything knowing it wasn't his department issue to deal with. I just finished a car deal with the folks at Groove Toyota and I could not be more pleased with the service and care I received. I have purchased 8 new vehicles over the past 10 years (I know I have a problem), and seen the full spectrum when it comes to sales staff and how they interact with you. Michael and the entire team at Groove Toyota has by far been the best team I have worked with in all of my car dealings in the past decade. If you want to deal with a team that is professions, courteous, knowledgeable, and truly cares about you as a person. Don't go anywhere else but Groove Toyota!!!

My wife and I have been looking for a certain color Tacoma without all the extras, after searching for two months we sent an email inquiry to Groove Toyota. No less than a half hour later we get a phone call from Jazz Williams at Groove. He took our criteria and I get a text from him indicating they have one due to arrive that day or the next. Next day he texts me notifying me it has arrived. I get there and its all ready for the test drive. Jazz provided exceptional customer service, he was knowledgeable, polite, and patient and was able to answer all our questions. I've never done business with Groove before, but if all of Grooves associates are as good a Jazz, I may be a customer for life!

Groove Toyota in Englewood goes above and beyond any other dealership I ve done business with. We purchased a second vehicle from them and both transactions were smooth and easy. Yucef was our salesman both times and I highly recommend you go to him but in all honesty I m sure anyone that helps you there will exceed your expectations, it s the culture at groove Toyota to put us the costumer first. Our finance manager Sergio was top class as well not pushy about the extended warranties but very informative about the benefits of the different warranties they offer. And he s a super chill guy. I had an awesome experience financing my first car solo here. I'm from New York and just moved to Denver a few weeks ago, and of course finding a car was a priority. Not only did I want to find a car that was safe, affordable, and reliable, but I wanted terms and features that fit everything I was looking for. Abby went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. She didn't try to force me into something that wouldn't be right, she was empathetic and understanding and worked with me to give me the best possible deal. I left with a lovely Jeep Compass that I'm so happy with, and Abby even checked up on me about a week after the purchase to make sure things were going smoothly. She's a hustler and I know she's not just a salesperson, but an awesome person all around!

I flew to Denver from Northern Michigan for the express purpose to purchase my Tacoma through Groove. Since late April I had been communicating with Zach Vose, (who is unquestionably your very best sales person) by email and phone. When I came to meet him June 21st to purchase my truck, my truck had exactly what features I wanted, He has the enthusiasm and passion about his work that made my Tacoma purchase a pleasure. Zach is very knowledgeable about the Toyota product Zach went above and beyond and arranged to obtain and have installed the ARB Summit bumper prior to my arrival. He worked with me and went through the spread sheet of features I emailed hem effortlessly down to the minute detail. He is an absolute treasure representing the company. He is the very 'face' of Groove, his thoroughness and personal touch was in every step of my purchase. I counted on him very much and he delivered flawlessly. I am telling everyone I encounter about the quality of your staff that I met. My experience was so unlike what I encountered here in Michigan. Thank you for being the quality company you are! We have now leased two cars from groove and we had enjoyed the experience up until the moment we came home with our second car. During our negotiation, we told every sales person that we would like to put $2500 down on the vehicle. When we said this, we genuinely meant that this $2500 should go to pay down the total for what we going to finance, which is to us the meaning of a "down payment".

When we got home and had more time to process the lease terms , we realized that Groove took our first payment out of our $2500, which meant that we only ended up putting $2095 toward the capitalized cost for the lease. This made our monthly payment around $10 higher than it needed to be per month. Additionally, at no time did Groove describe that this is what was happening with our money. In fact, the finance specialist specifically told us that our "first months payment" was not due for another month. We found this to be extremely dishonest.

We understand that we should have been more vigilant when signing he documentation, but we trusted Groove to do the right thing. When we brought this up, they said that they could take back the car and waive the restocking fee, but they were not going to change our agreement to allow the full down payment to go toward the lease.

We will not be going back to Groove, and we suggest that you don't either.

Once you find the proper ride and begin paperwork ask to work with Richard Jones he will also square you away without badgering you about thinks you don't need. Just a fantastic experience buying our Sienna van from Groove. Byron Fludd was our sales rep and he answered all of our questions and extremely helpful. He made sure we were taken care of and facilitated the whole transaction, start to finish, in a couple of hours! Both my wife and I were extremely pleased with our purchase!

Here's where Groove sets itself apart though. We found two issues with the van the next day - a milk stain under one of the seats and a scratch from the previous owner that was covered over with touch up paint. I thought oh well, they won't help us out but no! Groove did another inside detailing for the stain AND are taking care of the scratch!! Did I have to beg - NO! They just said, "Yep, we'll take care of it."

Groove has all our business from here on out!

Horrible customer service, unorganized, waited on the phone for an hour and transferred 5 times just to get an appointment. And now that I get to groove Toyota they don't even have my appointment for me and they told me it would take an hour for my car to be serviced. Now it's been over 2 hours. Sad way to product business Groove Toyota.

1.) STUPID WEB SITE: I have the Toyota Care free oil changes till 25K miles. Needing my 15K change I made an appointment on Groove's web site. The web site even has a specific check box for "4 cyl oil change". No problem there.

... But upon arrival I was directed to their fast-lube line... With an indeterminate mix of appointments and drive ups!

WHAT IS HE POINT OF TAKING APPOINTMENTS FOR OIL CHANGES IF YOUR JUST GOING TO GIVE ME THE JIFFY-LUBE GET-IN-LINE TREATMENT?

Why not just say: "Just use our drive up fast-lube!" DUH!

2.) TOOK TOO LONG: Appointment was for 10:45. Got there at 10:50. They finished at 12:15. Total time working on truck was less than 10 minutes by two techs. I can change it in 1/2 hour and I'm a noob by comparison. A typical Jiffy Lube would have me processed in less then 1/2 hour.

3.) I call into question the real value of "Toyota Care" oil changes if they overbook appointments and then mix them with drive ups. I've had three so far and they never take less than an hour. YMMV.

Great place with great people and service, my experience was very good and very friendly the sales person (Hamid) was honest and professional he promised us with best price and he delivered that, I visited couple dealerships while looking for a new car and unfortunately the experience was bad but from the first moment you entered this place you will have the feeling that you are welcome and they will do their best to get you the right deal.

Update: After about 18-24 months, apparently the tires they give you will go out. It's really interesting that they sell/lease cars and give you tires where they won't even hit 40k miles. Even more disappointed.

I'm pretty disappointed with this. I just leased a brand new vehicle from Groove Toyota. I had less than 3k miles on it and a tire that came with the car completely blew.

I tried getting in touch with the dealership for over 3 days and I couldn't get anyone else to call me back. I finally got in touch with the dealership, and they said that even though the tire they gave me was so new, they aren't willing to help at all on even giving a discount on a new tire.

So not only did the dealership just not call me back for days, they're not willing to help at all.

I'm just pretty disappointed, and they easily made up my mind on never buying a car from here. I'll be sure to tell my friends and neighbors about this experience as well.

Josh is knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and very helpful. He never rushes me and gives me detailed info on each of the cars I look at. Once I completed my deal, Josh showed me how to use the features in my car before letting me leave! He also helped set up the Toyota ENTUNE app! I am extremely happy with my purchase!

Wow, is this really a dealer? These guys were awesome. Zach is a true expert when it comes to customizing 4Runners. He not only sells them, he's a true believer and owner. I haven't gotten better information or instruction from anyone. Rob and Brenden were awesome in helping me make the deal and the whole process took very little time. High pressure sales tactics and fast talking sales personnel have made it an unpleasant experience for me. However, THIS WAS NOT the case with our sales person Macy! I ve been looking to close a deal on a vehicle for two years. Let me introduce you to the guy who won my business, sales rep Josh Barreiro from Groove Toyota. Over my car journey, I ve dealt with a lot of different kinds of dealerships and sales reps. Josh has a confident laid back style because he knows he can get you the best deal. And truly, he did as I shopped around all over (multiple cities and states). This isn t to say Josh was a poor negotiator, he just doesn t condescend you with bullshit and pressure you into the sale. Every negotiation has a bit of back and forth, and it wasn t stressful or annoying to work with Josh. I m happy about the deal, how it was struck, and the people involved. My 2007 Toyota Matrix wouldn't start. I thought it was a computer problem, so I had it towed to Groove Toyota. It turns out it wasn't the computer, the starter had gone out. While I never met Zach in person, he was absolutely wonderful to work with. I'm not very bright when it comes to cars, but Zach was patient, kind and really walked me through the many problems I have with my Matrix. Super helpful, and super informative.
