I called Groove Toyota with a question about extending my warranty for my new Toyota, which I bought at a different dealership. I was transferred to VM both times. I also stopped by to speak with someone and was told that "Everyone was with a customer", so I left my name and phone number. No call back from any of these 3 interactions. Pretty lame if you ask me.
