We had a good experience buying a pre-owned Forester. The salesperson (ok, product specialist) David Johnston was helpful and forthright and didn't give us any BS even though he wasn't an expert on Subaru products. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Nissan vehicles and was able to tell us about them without being pushy. If I hadn't had my heart set on a Forester I might have driven away with a new Nissan. Thanks for your help David.

This is our second trip to Burien Nissan. We purchased our car here last year and today they continue to provide us with excellent service. Product Specialist, Melissa, Traverso was very helpful and had a lot of patience answering all our questions . The Manager, Anthony Perez and Manager Andry were also great, they worked with us regarding the price range we can afford and gave us an excellent deal. We will surely come back here for our next purchase. Thank you so much.

We were impressed immediately when walking in the door...the friendly, knowledgeable staff took their time with us; no pressure, listened to our needs, and were patient with our questions. We felt that we could trust them. We LOVED that the staff here seemed to reflect the diversity of the Puget Sound area; every group seemed represented by a smiling face among the staff. We worked with Andrea, David, Melissa and Tai, all of whom couldn't have been more pleasant. We even got to shake the hand of the owner Lance, who walked right up to us with a smile, asking us about our experience, and reassuring us that we could come to him anytime with questions or concerns. We were able to take our time, we weren't pressured into a hurried pace, and we felt very well taken care of. We found the vehicle we wanted, and our purchase went smoothly. Our experience could only have been made better by a shorter wait time to sign the paperwork. But it was a busy weekend, and we understood. There was a small discrepancy in the final pricing that we didn't notice until after we got home, but our trusted new friends at Burien Nissan went all out and corrected it for us. Overall, this was a pleasant and painless vehicle-buying experience, and we will definitely be using Burien Nissan for our next vehicle purchase.

Was in the market for an NV high top. I live in Kirkland and found a great deal online for their NV3500HD High Top at 31,406. Called the dealer and made sure it was in stock. Drove in traffic over there super excited I was getting the exact van I wanted. Once there it took them 3 HOURS to provide me a quote. Once the quote was furnished the dealer fees brought the price to 42, 768 after taxes. When I started asking questions about the addition of a $4,000 "service contract" and the other fees I was told they were taking a 5,000 loss after dealer invoice just to get me that price. So, $10,000 (3700 being taxes... so technically 6,300 in dealer fees) dealer markup on their advertised price!

Worst part of the whole thing was when I was just asking questions regarding the price the Sales manager and the back office guy were making jokes about how they got "lucky" that they didnt have to sell it at that price. What is wrong with these folks? This was an utter waste of 6 hours (including driving time) due to a false internet price that the dealer tried to inflate due to them under-pricing. Burien is still better than Kirkland Nissan but only marginally. This cemented my faith in doing business with only Bellevue Nissan. Bellevue valued my time and truly cared about my customer experience.

I have been going to Burien Nissan for a couple of...

I have been going to Burien Nissan for a couple of years now, I have an NV1500 work van and purchased the service plan, so I visit every few months at the least.
The place is clean and well kept, the people are friendly and helpful. There have been a couple of times where things didn't go as easily/quickly as they should have but the did what they could to make things right and perhaps most importantly, took care of the situation and then worked to make up for the trouble.

The staff at this dealership are paid by the hour ...

The staff at this dealership are paid by the hour and it seems that they take their time in processing the needed paper work and go as slow as they can. The team that was assisting my wife and I in our purchase of a vehicle from this dealership took from 3:40 p.m., until 9:15 p.m., to help us and finish what was needed before we had a vehicle. This is not acceptable to us and we even sent an e-mail message to the management, and it seems that they are not concerned as we have not received any response from them, and this message went out 6 days ago. We should have used a different dealership, and would have if a member of our family told us that they were a good dealership. Well it does not seem like they are very good to US! On December 15, 2016, I returned to this Burien Nissan Dealership and gave them a check for four thousand ($4,000.00) dollars and no cents as a down payment for the vehicle that we got from the, at the same time I asked them if the extra key that we had been promised was ready for pick-up and I was informed that the key making system was not operational at the present time and to return next week. Well the following week, I returned and asked about making a key for our vehicle, they asked me if I had the vehicle and the other two (2) keys, well I had to say no because I was driving my Dodge Van, so they made me an appointment to come back again this time with the vehicle and the two (2) keys. Well the next week I cam back with the Nissan Vehicle, and the two (2) keys and arrived there just a little after 9 a.m.. The took the vehicle into the shop and started to work on it, well at 11:20 a.m., they came into the waiting area and told me that the computer was down and that they could not make or reproduce an extra key, and to come back next week. Well on January 20, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., I arrived at the dealership to have the key made, at 10:15 a.m. a male and female came into the weighting room, and told me that they would not be making us an extra key as we were only entitled to have two (2) keys for this vehicle. Now I ask you, do you call this good customer service, well I sure do not. In fact I have made a complaint to the Nissan Corporate Office, and I sure hope that every thing will run down hill from there. I would ask you to read this message prior to buying anything from this dealership just because of the way we have been treated. This Dealership brags on its customer service, well it has fallen on its face and rear as far as we are concerned and we sure are going to let all of our friends know about this.

We bought our first nissan from here and loved it until some issues started happening. Sevice tried to fix it but the issues kept happening. Long story short it was a lemon. Nissan of USA helped to replace it and the manager John who worked with us was very helpful. We are enjoying our car and the service we receive from Burien Nissan very much.

I love the people who helped me and my wife, after 2 failed attempts at other dealerships, Andrea and Robert (Financial Guru) did their best to us get the vehicle we wanted! They even knocked down the price of the car and added the warranty. The professionalism and courtesy they gave my wife and I is a one of a kind experience. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go check them out!!

Greg was so amazing. I walked in and he greeted me with a smile. He asked what my needs were and he didn't go above what I was asking. As a matter of fact he took me to one car and I'm leaving with it today. He remained friendly not at all robotic or pressuring. This is my first time buying a car and he made my experience so much less terrifying then what I thought it was going to be. If I ever wanted to recommend someone it would be Greg at Car Pros Nissan in Burien, WA.

Samuel was great and fun to work with, and is the main reason we bought the car. We were happy with the car price and the monthly payment presented to us. However, we wish we knew all the other costs that made the bottom line much higher during the negotiation time, instead of finding out about it later at the signing table. And the temporary permit was not put on, and we only noticed it when we got home.

got my oil changed & car vacuumed in 30 min. I was able to see the whole process through the waiting room which was pretty cool! I wish I would ve catched the guys name who checked my car in but he was great I cannot wait to go back again to change my oil !

Got 3 different people on 1 vehicle before I arriv...

Got 3 different people on 1 vehicle before I arrived. =/ Checked on the Rogue I wanted and twice I got no call back on it's availability. 3rd woman was an appointment. The vehicle had a transmission problem and said it was going to be put in service. NO CALL BACK ON THE RESULT. All 3 women there were barely 20 and had absolutely NO SALES TRAINING. I cannot say I will ever look there again. Having worked in the business, this is being treated as cheap retail here. Sales manager has a hiring issue. NO THANKS. Two stars just because the building is superb. That's it. I would not waste my precious money or time here.

I have not had done business with Burien Nissan I was planing on purchasing a vehicle from them but after calling there dealership and having no one answer the call after nearly 10 attempts and over 30 min of my time trying to contact this dealer.. if a customer has to work this hard to get in touch with a sells rep then they do not deserve my business.

We all know what it's like going to try to buy a new car, like prey running from predators and you're just trying to look. But NOT at Burien Nissan will you ever feel like that. From the moment I pulled into the lot I had the best car sales experience possible. When I was ready, I approached someone and worked out a deal on my own terms. Valentina and Jackie were like buying from friends and excelled my expectations at customer service. Jon holds his team together like a family and once you walk through the doors you will feel apart of it. Thank you for getting me into my beautiful new Maxima!

They opened at 0900. I was there at 0926. Walked into the showroom. No one at the entrance. Looking around it appears they are having a meeting. I am seen, no acknowledgment from anyone. I even give them the benefit of doubt, because they are in meeting. I take seat. Sit for a few minutes, still no acknowledged. I get up, even make it a point to look at what model is in the middle of the showroom (Black Altima SR). Still nothing. So I left. Not only am I a Nissan owner (2017 Titan XD Platinum Edition), l was looking for a specific model that they have. Definitely not the service I would expect from Nissan. I guess dealers interpret those standards and adjust accordingly. I will not return to Burien Nissan.

Very unhelpful. Brought a key that was purchased at a Nissan dealer and was not programmed correctly. They refused to program the key since it was not purchased at their branch. 5 min job and they wanted to charge $62.50 to have it done. Rep was nice and the manager was completely rude.

I worked with Dee Phillips, in the service department. He was cheerful and personable, and right on it as soon as I drove up. Everything was very clean and professional and they had a great texting app so I could follow my car's progress. Part has to be ordered for our heater so they couldn't fix, but they'll call and set up appt once it's in.

I had a very poor experience with this dealer's service department. My Cube stopped running while driving it on the morning of Thursday 4/4 and I had it towed to Burien Nissan. I explained to the staff that I thought it might be the battery, but that many lights had come on when the car lost power in the middle of the road. They said they would not be able to look at it until 4/5, which I said was fine. On 4/5 I waited to hear the verdict, but no call came. Finally at around 230 I called for an update and the receptionist said she would have the tech working on the car contact me. At 4pm, I called back and was told that the tech assigned to my car had gone home for the day but that he had not gotten around to looking at the car yet. She said he would be in on 4/6 and would look at it. I needed my car for a weekend trip to Bellingham, so I was not happy with this. On 4/6 I called around Noon for a status update. The receptionist told me that the tech assigned to my car was not working today. I said well can you assign it to someone else and she said no. I protested and she said that she would move some things around and get someone to look at it. I called back at 3 for an update and got a recording to leave a message. The Service Dept was not open on Sunday. On Monday 4/8, I called for an update and was told that the car had still not been looked at and would likely not be looked at that day because they were short staffed. On Tuesday 4/9 at around 1pm, I received a message from the mechanic that the battery was dead and so they were unable to do diagnostics. They couldn't put a battery in to run diagnostics? I called them back and spoke with a mechanic(?) who said first off I needed to authorize putting in a new battery. He then read off a list of ten items that were recommended to replace, quickly saying the prices of every item and ended with a total of $1975 for everything and added that something more might be found once battery is in. No explanation was given as to why any of these items needed replacement. He said them so quickly that I feel like he knew I'd either say yes to everything or balk at everything. I authorized replacement of battery, oil change, and brake flush. I also asked if he could look at my glove compartment box which keeps coming unlatched when I hit the breaks and he said they would take a look at it. No further call was received that day. On Wed 4/10, I received a voicemail in the afternoon stating that the car was ready to pick up. I arrived at 430 and walked up to the desk where the gentleman was who I had originally spoke with when dropping the car off. He said someone will be with you soon and quickly scurried off. Note that there were no other customers there. I waited for another 5-10 min and no one was helping me so I walked in and interrupted a personsl conversation that two female employees were having and asked if I could get some assistance. One of the employees quickly helped me and got my paperwork. The total was $597. I was shocked that it was costing that much, but didn't argue with the person helping me. I was directed to my car. After 6 days without my car, which was very logistically challenging for me, I finally had it back and seemingly all that was done was a battery replacement and oil change for $600. As I drove home, the first time I hit the breaks the glove compartment box fell open, so obviously they never looked at it. The communication and level of professionalism this dealer shows is unacceptable. I'm going to a different dealer the next time I need anything done.

My Husband and I just bought a Nissan Altima at this location for our daughter who is a college student. We were beyond satisfied with the experience and the help that we received. We walked in undecided about which car we would like to purchase. We had only read reviews online and based off of the high rating, we decided to stop at this location. The Manager Jerry and the sales associate Maribel were amazing, they were kind and understanding. We felt no pressure in any way to purchase the car right away. In fact, we received the right color (Metallic), the perfect car at the spot and my daughter couldn t be any happier. During this week we have been to many different dealerships, but let me tell you, I have not received this kind of positive and helpful experience at any other dealership. If anyone is looking to purchase a car, I would truly recommend to give a visit to this location.

It's my 1st biggest purchase and Valentina took care of me like a baby! There's so much good points on this dealership:
1. They treat you as human!!! A friend, A family! They don't treat like a customer that just wants you to buy a car for their own good! They take care of you as like they're taking care of your finances and credit.
2. Agents don't work as commission so they're not pushy or putting pressure not unlike other dealership who just cares only your $$$$ not your well being and what you can afford! but Nissan burien "Valentina" my agent cares on what I can afford, did her best for me to get the best car for me and my finances! She cares what I can afford not that she just wants me to buy something that I can't afford. Amen to that
3. They are in a new management so customer service is way to the top. I would recommend it to everybody! If you care about your finances and your well being. So you don't get ripped on other dealerships CHECK NISSAN BURIEN out Valentina Lopez is my awesomely agent.

My name is Chet, a man with few words. So allow me to just say that my experience at the Burien Nissan was the most fantastic experience I have ever know. Have you ever walked into a store, it was clean, every one friendly and happy and all worked together to help me the customer without any pressure. That is the experience I had. I ended up being a customer. When I started I just assume I would end up with Toyota. Was I ever fooled after the test drive, the way I felt so comfortable. It was like I had come home to were I was to be.
