Had a poor experience with Michelle, she says she is a commercial vehicles manager but she is super incompetent in this field. More than that, her overall customer service is not acceptable and she couldn t care less. The best part is that nobody except Michelle can handle commercial vehicles questions.
I love my NV3500 van but if you decide to buy a Nissan commercial van, please go and find better dealership because the information this guys give you is wrong and it can effect your business in a very unfortunate way. This dealership has new ownership starting from March 2015 (it is not a Car Pros anymore), and they still keep saying that they are new and not experienced.
I had a very good experience with financial manager Shanti and we always do car maintenance for our Murano and Versa at this dealership, so you might have better experience as long as you not buying commercial vehicle.

As my lease was up beginning of the year it was time for the task of getting a new car. As I have always done business with Nissan Burien I returned for the 2018 Murano as I enjoyed the 2015 very much. Not being a shopper, and most especially do not enjoy car shopping, I typically avoid this much as possible. However, Valentina and sales team made it so easy and efficient I ended up driving off with the new model in under an hour and half. They really make the whole process as painless as possible and get you on your way. The product, negotiation and price were all good and I'll no doubt return again at some point.

She moved several cars so we could drive the one we wanted and honestly made the whole process really pleasant. I'm trilled with the car we found and very impressed with the level of service. my wife and i just purchased a car from Burien Nissan and they were nothing but perfect. The customer service we received was above and beyond what i would ever have expected. They even stayed till 10 o clock so that we could leave with our car tonight.

Jackie Sanchez was our sales lady and she was awesome. They manager was a perfect gentleman and kind of funny as well.

I am a couple days late on my review. But hey, that's ok. I've been dealing with Burien Nissan for a while now. I would like to say thank you once again to Dee Phillips!!! Every time I have been to Nissan for my bluetooth, oil change and on down to my most recent problem, which was my breaks. He's always given me his full attention and amazing customer service. Each time Dee, went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met 100%. I would also like to thank Justin, for being a team player! He also helped out with getting me situated during the time of my oil change and breaks. I appreciate you guys very much

I went to Nissan this morning, about 9.30/ 10am. I parked my car and went inside. There were 2 agents helping 2 customers, I stood there about 10 min and wasn't greeted
nor ackknowkedged. Once one of the agents was free he asked why I wad coming in, I said I am here for a oil change. He asked what time my appointment was for, I advised I didn't have an appointment, I've been going to Burien Nissan since 2013, and have never made an appointment. He said it was going to be Wednesday at the soonest. Because they are short handed.I have a coupon for 1/2 off a full synthetic oil change that expires on 12/2 and asked if they will honor it since it would be past the exp date.He said no. Really? It's not my fault they are short handed. Since I shed up to Gerry am oil change prior to the exp date and they could not accommodate . They should honor it. I will NOT be back for anything. I'll go to Auburn Nissan where they care and will take care of my car needs.

I purchased two cars from this dealership, although I believe the ownership has changed a number of times. I recently went in to inquire about options for service and could not get anyone to talk to me. I didn't want to schedule an appointment because the issue is a known-issue; I just wanted to discuss what options there are to fix the issue. The woman in the service department was incredibly rude. The man who appeared to be new seemed intimidated by her and fearful about getting hollered at. After trying to talk to her, I can imagine why. She was rude and dismissive. What made matters worse, and prompted me to write this review (the first review I've ever done in my life), is that I called to discuss the poor service with a manager, talked to a receptionist and left a detailed message on the manager's phone. I never heard back from anyone. I'll bring my business elsewhere from now on.

I emailed Burien Nissan thru their website to inquire about a 2015 Nissan Leaf. They reached out to me quickly and offered to schedule a test drive/viewing. I didn't follow up right away and about a week later they emailed me again to let me know the care dropped $1k in pricing. I scheduled a time with Flo Sherman and loved the car after the drive. Flo was great throughout the whole purchasing process. Friendly, funny, and patient as we went through multiple staff signing paperwork, etc. I LOVE the car and the whole experience was great. All the staff I worked with were super friendly. Thank you, Flo!

This is the first time since the past 4 cars Ive bought, that I was not hounded by car sales people, or felt like I needed to buy a car because of pressure. Jackie came out and let me test drive whatever and she just let me be a window shopper. But I found the car that fit me and I wanted. She was courteous and respectful, and didnt pressure me.

Shanti, the sales manager, totally listened to my needs as far as payments and budget and he worked out a beautiful deal for me and Im driving off with my new car!

Worst ever experience for service.. did oil change and it was fine till they did car wash on my car. I waited for over an hour and came back same like not even wash at all.. i did my complaint and asked me if i can wait for my car to be wash again. I said " NO" They apologized, but they waisted my time.

When I called to make my Appointment I spoke with a very nice young man. Upon arriving I was greeted by that same young man Dee Phillips. Coincidentally, we have the same last name (my maiden name). He made everything run smoothly. Very prompt and efficient, and a great personality. The Service is always good at Burien Nissan, I guess that's why we bought all 3 of our vehicles there. My husband has passed since then (3 days after Christmas 2017), but he always said, continue your business at Burien Nissan. They are honest and will do right by you. You all are blessed to have an fun, upbeat, humorous and Christian young man like Mr. Phillips. Thank you for the estimates on the other work needed. I appreciate all you do.

These girls will get it done best car experience ever and a wonderful atmosphere. Just bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue tonight. We worked with Andrea and she was wonderful. Andrea was extremely friendly and helped us find the car we love. If you are looking for a new car then Burien Nissan is the place to go. There is absolutely no pressure at all. You tell them what you want and they get straight to the point. No hassle and no gimmicks and at the end of it all you know you are getting a great price. I would definitely buy another car from them.

We purchased a 2016 Nissan Cargo Van from Burien Nissan - new in 2016. Every time we have a problem - it is a monumental task to have anything fixed. Today I stopped - simply to have two fuses replaced. I was told they could not possibly do that without a complete diagnostic review and that could not be done until sometime next week. I drive all over the state and today is the only day I have available and I'm going to Spokane tomorrow. I needed the fuses replaced today - not next week. I called Yonkers Nissan in Renton - they got my van in right away - two fuses, one hour and I'm good to go! From now on - Yonkers Nissan will be our go to Nissan dealer. The 2019 Armada is a beauty!

This is the second time I ve been to Burien Nissan...

This is the second time I ve been to Burien Nissan and as of now I m only going here for my vehicle needs. I wanna shout out Araceli and Jerry specifically for their amazing help and their casual demeanor. I went in for a trade in looking to get a better vehicle and Jerry was able to spot some major inconsistencies with the vehicle and who I purchased it from last, he also was able to see that I was paying too much and I m able to get that extra money back from the previous dealer! Araceli is the one to go to for finding your new vehicle. She s very professional and really laid back while being friendly and informative at the same time.

Unlike other dealerships, Burien Nissan isn t commission based so you don t have Vulture sales people hunting you down trying to force a purchase on you. If you want help they re there and it seems like if there s no sale that day, it s all good! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Buyer be aware. 4.5 stars???? Here is my experience: Talked to Nissan USA, they said my (new to me) Leaf had a recall issue and I should go to the dealer to get it fixed. I went to website to get the phone number of B Burien Nissan and a chat window popped up. Wouldnt you know it, I took a screen shot. I talked to "Isabelle." Faster than I could call, I had made an appointment! WOW, all right! I showed up, Service could not find my name, could not find my appointment, could not find the spare part needed and after half and hour told me that, even if they had the part they could not install it for some reason because it was a Saturday (???). I asked to talk to the service manager, who looked at me with the "tough luck dude look" although I told him I live on an island 2 hours away. I asked for his name, he would not give it to me (!) until I insisted. I asked for the manager, s/he was not supposed to be in (really???) I asked to contact the owner s/he was not in and I was not able to contact him/her. This place reeked of "we don't care" and "tough luck." OMG from the reviews this seems like a great place to buy a car, but if you must use it for service call before you drive there, because "SERVICE" was not in their dictionary when I went.

Update: "Owner" responded a few days later to this review saying "I understand your frustrations and we will be in touch with you to resolve this predicament. " No one ever contacted me.

Daisy, Carlos, and B took amazing care of me! I was always afraid to take my car to the dealership as I was worried that everything would cost an arm and a leg and I would be taken advantage of. Daisy assured me and proved to me that my experience would be the exact opposite and it really was above and beyond what I had imagined.

In fact I decided to come in regularly and get my car serviced at Burien Nissan from now on for all my needs. Carlos and Daisy went above and beyond to help figure out my technical issues on my 370z. I had gone to various other shops and had been charged lots of money yet no one had fixed me transmitter/controller issue.



Definitely professionals at the dealership. Very positive experience. Highly recommend!

Great buying expirence from start to finish. I came in highly recommended by several relatives and wasn t disappointed. Araceli took great care of me and even gave me a ride to the bank and home!!! Staff even accommodated my niece when she became fussy.

Just got my new Juke yesterday and everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. They really did their best to make it a great experience. Also, they do not work on commission so there is less pressure put on them to make a sale and therefore less pressure put on the customer to make a purchase. They ll ask you to come in to the store under the pretext of negotiating better prices. But hand you couple of print outs reasoning why the price is non negotiable.
This happened twice. Be careful when negotiating.

Valentina was amazing in getting me into a new Nissan Leaf and on the road the same day. All staff was really helpful and friendly. I felt no pressure at all to buy or lease anything. Valentina explained all the options to me and went above and beyond in making sure I got a great deal. When getting a lease on a leaf they even offer 2 weeks of a replacement car if you want to drive somewhere further away! Thank you Valentina and team you guys are awesome!
