Buyer be aware. 4.5 stars???? Here is my experience: Talked to Nissan USA, they said my (new to me) Leaf had a recall issue and I should go to the dealer to get it fixed. I went to website to get the phone number of B Burien Nissan and a chat window popped up. Wouldnt you know it, I took a screen shot. I talked to "Isabelle." Faster than I could call, I had made an appointment! WOW, all right! I showed up, Service could not find my name, could not find my appointment, could not find the spare part needed and after half and hour told me that, even if they had the part they could not install it for some reason because it was a Saturday (???). I asked to talk to the service manager, who looked at me with the "tough luck dude look" although I told him I live on an island 2 hours away. I asked for his name, he would not give it to me (!) until I insisted. I asked for the manager, s/he was not supposed to be in (really???) I asked to contact the owner s/he was not in and I was not able to contact him/her. This place reeked of "we don't care" and "tough luck." OMG from the reviews this seems like a great place to buy a car, but if you must use it for service call before you drive there, because "SERVICE" was not in their dictionary when I went.
Update: "Owner" responded a few days later to this review saying "I understand your frustrations and we will be in touch with you to resolve this predicament. " No one ever contacted me.
