Food was great as always, but servers were slow with drink orders and difficult to flag for assistance and additional orders otherwise, very good.

Here to visit the venue to figure out planning for a conference. Great service from staff. Some rooms seema bit dated, but are going thru renovations. Lots of interesting spaces to use throughout the venue. Amazing gym facilities. Lots of food options. Attached bar, who may not be affiliated with the venue, had some slow service.

Nice pillows and good view from rooms. Beds were a bit off. Nice and friendly service.

It is true
that the gym has been grossly mismanaged in the last couple years. Excessive breakdowns of the mend steam room, poor cleanliness of the mend locker room and showers, etc. Now, because of their incompetence, they are taking the towel service away when they could easily charge for the service as they had been doing for decades. I agree that management has no respect for its members and no idea as how to run a gym.

Had a great stay. Really good value. Clean, kid friendly.

Attended a course here (in South Edmonton). They had wonderful accommodations including a high end espresso machine and a variety of snacks throughout the day. The food in the atrium was superb. The only complaint I'd have is that in our conference room there were plug-ins on the middle of the floor and everyone kept tripping on them. Other than that it was a good experience at the Radisson!

Two hour parking out front of the hotel. Atrium was nice with lots of general seating, plants, and fountains. Restaurant/bar quiet for dinner time (6 PM). Staff was friendly.

Banquet service at the Raddison is always outstanding. Friendly, helpful staff. Food and drink replenished often and of high quality. Great for functions and conferences. The location offers south Edmonton access and easy airport routes.

Easy to check in/out, room was nice. Shower could of used some upgrades but over all it was good. Never had time to check out the restaurant/lounge but room was quiet and clean.

Could be updated more rooms are very out of date for the prices they charge .....

Wonderful place and it have lots of space for events such as wedding ,graduation etc I love it there and food was delicious.

Attended the Radisson for a conference. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The conference centre is in the former parkade which seems dated.

Arrived for a wedding in the Jubilee room. The catering and service at the wedding was very good. Strangely there was no tea/coffee station set up at any point, so you had to flag down staff. The ATM was out of service, which was really inconvenient because of the cash bar. Overall would recommend this venue for a wedding or other large event, just make sure you plan ahead for cash.

Great location for small and large conferences. The rooms are nice, clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and you are sure to get a good night's sleep. There is a lovely terrace area that serves a nice buffet that has a pleasant inviting but quiet atmosphere to enjoy meal In. Lots of shopping close by by foot and car.

Was there for a dinner, provided good pizza, although the cookies served for dessert were quite hard. We were there during the Superbowl, would've been nice if the place had tvs

It's a nice enough stay for us out of towners. Foyer and atrium are very nice and architecturally appealing. Staff were friendly. It's a great location if you're shopping Edm south. Rooms are slightly dated. Doors in the long halls on main can be annoying to get all your bags through, should be power I think? May be fire doors, not sure. May stay again.

Located conveniently close to the main highway. In need of some renovations, but very elegant. Service was very good.

It probably needs an updating but non the less it is still really nice. The outdoor parking can be a little tight especially for a big truck.

Easter brunch with family. Great service and food for everyone. Second year in a row.

Food was supbar. At breakfast waited for about 45 minutes before anyone even came to ask us what we wanted to eat.
When we finally got our food, the dishes were dirty, every single one of them.

Then at dinner time, things got worse. The rice was undercooked, calamri batter was burnt, and the chicken rubbery.

In our bathroom, the face towl had what appeared to be a dried blood stain. This was so disgusting and highly unhygienic. We found dishes in front of our room (not ours) which remained there for two days.

Room was extremely dusty and tables had random sticky substance on it.

Basically the only good part of our stay was nothing. There was no upside.

Professional staff, lovely lobby. Enjoyed my time there!

The attrium and pub indoors provided a wonderful atmosphere to the evening. Would visit again!

Room was dirty. They gave me the wrong rooms twice, which means somebody already in the room. Last time front dest pre-auth $1800 on my credit card for two nights stay by mistake that I found and told them to fix it. I liked this place only because of a great location. I am sick of this place.

Stopped here on my honeymoon and LOVED it. Had a beautiful suite with a balcony.. I still think about our stay! Definitely recommend this hotel. I live in Manitoba and would love to drive out and go back.

Great place to stay. Rooms were large, clean, and room service was prompt to help with requests.

The hotel overall was nice. The decor is a bit dated but the beds were comfy and the staff was great. Would have rated 5 stars but the pool was very cold and we couldn't stay in it for very long.

Dated hotel. Bad WiFi. They had sleep number beds where you can control the firmness of the mattress with a remote. Pretty cool.

Sunday brunch is a nice luxury and worth experiencing. I recommend it. Lots of variety and high quality food.

The bed is a nightmare, it's like lying on a brick. I am getting a lot of pain and couldn't sleep whole night. Moreover pillows are for kids not for adults, you will laugh once you see the size.
This Hotel is one of the oldest in the town I guess but they don't do proper maintenance and upgrade.

Was here for a conference. Generally, I was pleased with the service and the facility. Meeting rooms worked well, especially the large main room. Food was good and the service staff were friendly.

Went in to see there wedding package it was very informative and the room was gorgeous

Poor quality food for Sunday evening dinner. We dined with a group of 12 and the best meal was the kids fish & chips. I wouldn't recommend it

Hotel is in a great location for the south side of city. Breakfast included but not great.

The mattress was sacked out, rock hard with a lump under my back and lower at the head of the bed than the feet. I had the worst sleep ever. Then we found the remote because it was a sleep number bed :/ but after we had already slept on it.
We parked under a heater in the parkade and our vehicle was a sauna when we left. As we drove out the Parkade our back window exploded and the van back door flew open. Not sure what happened first. We requested the security video for insurance purposes as it is possible our back door has a defect since there were no alarms saying the door was ajar, a very bizarre situation I can only hope the hotel will cooperate with any video footage.
Our room was impressive with balcony and tons of space.

Good place to stay! Overall the hotel is clean, customer service is good. I stayed in a room facing the inside court and I could hear people talking until 10 pm. I guess the walls are not very sound proof. Also the furnace vent is extremely loud (on top of the bed). In regards the restaurant "Atrium" I did not have the best experience. When I arrived in my room there was a breakfast menu on the table, there they had the info that any breakfast order comes with an option of hot drink (coffee, tea) and an option of cold drink ( juices) included to the price. So I ordered the yogurt fruit parfait chose coffee and orange juice, when the server arrived to deliver my breakfast in the morning and I looked at the bill and they have charged me for the juice and for the coffee..what a joke. The yogurt Parfait ended up costing around $25. I told the server to take it back and she ended up charging me the correct amount.

We had a party at the Imperial ballroom last Feb 29,2020, The washrooms are disgusting, very dirty, all around, from sink, counter tops, urinals and toilet seats are dirty you can not even sit. Very dusty and not even cleaned before the event started, I hope the management will take a look at the cleaning side.

Attended for a work conference. Multiple small rooms and a few large rooms. Ideal for large group to break into smaller groups. Food was fresh and tasty.

The room I got was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The heated underground parking was nice. A free breakfast would've been nice to start the day, but ultimately I want to make sure I'm able to get a good night's rest over a free breakfast, which Radisson provided.

Nice hotel on the outskirt of town. Rooms were big, bed comfortable and plenty of storage space. It's great value and worth staying for a night or two. There's also a great restaurant downstairs that's worth a visit

Basic decent hotel. We were placed at the ground floor and the room was very noisy with 2 fans noise that couldn't be controlled, the vending machine noise, and what I have been told parkade noise. Thankfully, we were moved and the room was nice and quiet and spacious.

Got nice room with a jacuzzi...for being upgraded by being club member. Staff is wonderful n friendly. Services are great ..restaurant is nice n the indoor court yard great to eat breakfast n the lounge is always fun spot to sip n unwind before settling in a sleep number king size bed...

Good service friendly staff. But No pop in pop machine . But nice exercise room decent pool but little small.

Everything was very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. Decor was a little dated but we'll maintained.
