I bought a car here a few months ago. I was promised a second key by management and the sales person. After calling for over a month after my sale, Tony, the current manager said he would not honor it because it was not in writing. Do not trust anything they say here, and if you do purchase make sure it's in writing before they collect your money, as they will conveniently forget anything they promised you during the deal. I was going to purchase another car, but they lost a second purchase due to their lack of customer service and follow through.

*** Ownership replied, and the thing is it was both past management and current management that I worked with, and a current sales person named Valentina. Don t let them fool you too. I share with every one of my network not to purchase a car from you, as I don t like seeing people taking advantage of or blatantly lied to in order to make a sale.***

Valentina is awesome! I bought a subaru a year and a half ago and the process took 8 hours from start to finish. Valentina made the whole process take maybe 2 hours maximum and at the same time fun...that's a first for me buying a car. Highly recommend her if you are visiting Burien Nissan

The experience of buying a car from them was actually not bad, however the nightmare came after that --- these guys do not care about you anymore once you have paid.

Even during the buying process, they will do whatever it takes to trick you to pay more. I am actually surprised by the number of times they tried to use my lack of expertise to make advantage of me. What is even worse is that there were things that they promised orally during the selling process, but did not fulfill later.

I think as a dealer, integrity and consistency are the basic qualities they should have, and I am very disappointed.

Do NOT recommend, at all.

Stress free, no hassle, went from browsing on their site to driving the exact car I wanted off the lot the next day at a great price, with awesome service even after the purchase. I ve never written a google review before but I think this deserves one. I bought my first car from Burien Nissan so I figured they were a good place to have my car serviced. My sister and her husband also bought their cars from them. They gave me a loaner car (which was nice of them). However, I accidentally left my backpack in the back seat and they loaned the car out to someone else. I came back the next day and spoke with a sales associate after the guy dropped the loaner off (I came to see if my backpack was there) and she said she thinks someone from service probably stole it. I was just there today talking to the service manager and he was very rude telling me that I m an adult and should have taken my things out of the car. Yes, I m an adult, that s quite obvious but I m also human and we make mistakes. It s their job to inspect the car and return any forgotten items. Needless to say no one from my family is buying another car from them. I m pretty disappointed in their customer service.

The guy manager there was also very welcoming and gave us no BS when closing the deal on this car. Definite Recommend!

Got a bad experience to this dealership. I bought a certified pre-owned Nissan Rogue, after a week I bought it back to them due to engine light is on. They fixed the car and after another week it went back again and again and again till it reached up to the fifth week. In the fifth week, I was at work at around 5:30 am, my car sent me a text message that he was around the geofence area where I work. I was shocked I thought my car has been stolen since I know that I left my Nissan rogue in Burien dealership. I immediately look my App where I can see the exact location of the car, and I found out that they drove my car in Roy WA without my authorization. I call the dealership right away and asked them what I saw. They gave me a very disappointing answer. I didn't allow them to do a test drive for 120 miles and stay the car overnight at Roy WA.

I talked to the Gen. Manager name Lance and he gave me a consideration. He asked me to choose between two option, he can give another 5000 miles or they pay one monthly bill for the car. I choose the 5000 miles. But the time I ask for the certification for the 5000 miles they just keep me waiting and only makes me hope. I tried to call them true the phone and look for the manager name Edgar and he does the same thing until I cannot reach them.

We hope that this message will reach to the people so they will not experience the trauma, inconvenience, and the stress we got to this dealership.

I came in to sit in a few trucks to see if they were comfortable for work and came across a Product Specialist named Maggie. She showed me a few vehicles and mentioned to me that they were not commission which would explain why no one was hounding me when I first got there. That was actually a great experience for me. For that I think this dealership deserves a kuddos for!

I did get good service, but I'm unsure why after a battery change, my entire car settings were off. The time was off, my cd was out of the console, all of my preset radio station settings were deleted.
I'm also used to getting a wash and vacuum and none of it happened during my service.

Absolutely appalled by the horrible customer service in the service department I've brought my car here 3 times and each time was worse then the last they said something was wrong with my transmission that I needed a new engine but couldn't tell me why my car runs perfect the only reason i brought it in was because I failed emissions due to "controlled fuel and air metering" one person hung up on me stopped answering my calls and at this point I just wanted my car back showed up they coincidentally closed and wouldn't let me in but when I walked into the main entrance they pulled my car around everyone in service had horrible attitudes and I felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable and i was supposed to get a call back from the manager which never happened I will never return and I will make sure to let everyone i know how awful this place is DO NOT GO HERE!

Because of this dealership, I walked away with an amazing SUV (2017 Murano) for an amazing deal! Every employee was incredibly welcoming and helpful, Larry, Gerry, Maribel and Lisa specifically. Lisa pulled up both cars we requested to view and Maribel was helping us throughout the whole process, even delivering the car the day after. Gerry and Larry really helped us to be on our way quickly and have sufficent pricing for the car and warranties. The dealership also offered fresh, warm baked cookies and a multitude of tea and coffee with a really inventive coffee machine. Thank you so much, Nissan of Burien!

Came in to this dealership not knowing what to expect . We were helped right away by Araceli who instead of a sales person she was more like a friend she gave us all the information we needed to know about the vehicle's and the confidence about buying a Certified vehicle. After choosing the our Car everything was just amazingly fast! we were pretty much in and out of the dealership with in 3hours. Gery gave us the best financing option which was even better. We will definitely be coming back Highly Recommended!

Hands down , the best auto service experience I have had in years. I drive to Buried. From downtown to have my car serviced and it was well worth the drive. Nice waiting area. The agent was very attentive, pleasant and listened to what I needed done on my car. Pricing was great. I have an Infiniti and their service at Nissan was better and more cost effective than Infiniti. Will definitely return.

He didn t even consider it as I am a long time costumer of Burien Nissan. And the estimate he showed me before the service was way much more than the actual charge after the service.

I cannot give zero stars...
I came in for a passenger airbag recall. When my car was returned to me, I opened the glove box and it was broken. You have to access the airbag by taking out the glove box and dash surround. I cannot believe that the service dept would not only break a competent of my interior, but then not communicate it, but pass it off to me like it never happened. What a deceitful, distrustful and outright fraudulent service dept. No one every apologized, no one ever acknowledge what they did. I am not sure how this dealership will stay in business. Worst dealership experience in my life.

We picked up what (so far) seems like a great little 2015 Leaf. Maggie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to try and help me when I had trouble trying to actually get the car home (husband is currently overseas, so driving both my prior car and the 'new' car home by myself isn't easy!).

The bonus of this dealership is that the salespeople aren't paid on commission, so they aren't trying to force the car onto you. Something else that is nice is that there are many female salespeople, who (I've found) don't speak down to me - as a female customer - in the same way that many male car salesmen do.

The one star off is due to the "Skylink" accessory that was required to come with the car at this dealership. It's money I'd have rather not had to spend to get the car I wanted.
