I didn t know it was possible for an entire restaurant staff to be this high

This used to be my go to BK. Not at more! Went there today at 2:30pm. Ordered King XL no pickles and large onion ring. Drive thru "lady" was rude. If she was having a bad day, needn't take it out on me. XL was barely warm, onion rings tasted old and over cooked. She shoeted me a quarter and when I brought it to her attention she huffed and said wait a minute. Came back to the window after going to another register and gave me 24 pennies. No receipt given. I did not want to cause a scene. Although maybe I should have!
Totally disgusted!!!! This place has gone downhill ever since they remodeled!!!!

Service was terrible. Took 15 minutes to get through drive thru. Only one car was ahead of me

1100 on Sunday no customers in store. Place was dirty and person behind counter ignored us for 5 minutes so we went elsewhere. Not unusual for this location and that was their last chance, will not go back.

Horrible experience!!!! There was no one there to greet you when entering to the establishment or to take your order. When someone did walk to the front she did not acknowledge any of the customers but went directly to drivethrough. I ended up having to leave without ever being serviced. There are always issues at this location! The employees move extremely slow and there's no way to get out of the drivethrough line. I will never patronize this location again!!!

The place is disgusting and the manager can use an attitude adjustment. Definitely wont eat here ever again. Go down the road to the lemm turner one. way better and much better management

Lots of Servers but NO service. Will not stop at a BK again. Don't have that much time when traveling!

I'll be the 1st to say that BK is not my favorite fast food restaurant, but I will come for the chicken sandwich and the onion rings every day.

Small cold fries, drink machine was out of every drink and customer service sucks

Had to cancel my order at another location (which was closer to home) to come here. I promised my fiance I would get him BK tonight. So from now on I won't mind the extra drive to come here. Great service and my food came out so much better.

Cook food fresh to order but you have to pull out front and park for hot onion rings!

The only reason I gave it four stars is that the coke freestyle was out of alot of the flavors.

This place and s disgusting, out of everything even ketchup and sweet tea, this place needs to be shut down. No pride and no respect! Ugh!

Ate here today and got a jr combo the #7 and it was nasty the burger was dry and overly cooked. Nothing was fresh at all. Then my milkshake was supposed to come with whipped cream and the cashier lady who had a very nasty attitude said they did not have any for my milkshake. I was very surprised. This Burger King is very ghetto and unprofessional and food not fresh at all.

Fries were hot. So I just knew my sandwich would be everything. I should have checked before pulling off. Mayonnaise all over the bread and the wrapping. It was burned sandwich or over microwaved. I can t eat it because it s no longer chicken. And the Coca-Cola taste like some other mixture of nothing. Coca-Cola should pull the brand right out the store. Never again at this store.

2/3 times I ve been here I ve been left unserved. One mid day for some random reason and right now i got here 8 mins before closed and they re closed without a person in site that works here. Hours state closes at 11 pm. Not 11 pm ish

I spent $25 on my order just to get my sandwich wrong & burnt chicken nuggets. I put no onions & cheese on my impossible whopper & got charged for the cheese with no cheese on it & onions on it. The coke was flat, so that was a waste. Very inconvenient for me because I ordered it for delivery since I m not feeling well & now I have to work with what I have.

They never answer the drive through at night while the restaurant is still open around 10:45. They ignore the drive through and hide in the restaurant.

Very nice staff, standard Burger King breakfast, quiet place to work this morning, and I really liked the tall booth.

Ordered a meal ask for a diet soda instead of coffee they said it would be a upcharge so got the coffee then ask for sweetener and was told sorry we only have sugar I guess if your a diabetic you have to pay extra or take regular sugar

Clean store, manager was all over the employees making sure everything is being done right,I enjoyed this burger king,I'll be back

I sat in a very slow drive-through, only to get my order wrong. I went in and had it fixed. They gave me some ice-cold food, so I went back in and left with molten hot food which burned my mouth. I went back in because they didn't give me any napkins. I felt undervalued as a paying customer. I think I'm done with Burger King forever.

Whoppers not as good as they used to be. I go way back when whoppers were the best!

I received the worst customer service here! I ordered my family's breakfast and was told to pull up front. When it was brought out I asked the girl if there was salsa packs inside for the burritos and she huffed, threw her arms in the air and ripped off her headset as she walked back inside. Another gentleman came outside with the salsa packs and I realized the burritos were wrong! Went back inside and got attitude about the fact that they were wrong.

Very clean... I was greeted soon as I came in the door...was in and out service was awesome

Went for shakes for my kids. Shake machine was broken. No apologies offered. Employee just said nothing in return.

Good service but fatal food soda was damaged old fries and raw burger

One team member 2 team member walk across no sign of wanted to give service o urgency no customer service skills at all went to Olive Garden and paid $45 great service there ...

It was awful the service was very slow and the food was cold I was on my lunch and was late getting back because of this I want a refund

Long wait at 130 and forgot the onion rings. Granted it was crazy busy

Their burgers patties are too dry because they are thin. Their fries are not always tasty, sometime they are bitter.

Food was stale and fried in old oil. Having worked in fast food in my youth I know you have to filter your grease a couple times a week. Made the food taste stale and bland. The dining room was dirty. Considering how slow it was and how many staff there was. There is no excuse to have a dirty dining room. Not from the area so I will most definitely not visit this location again

Very unprofessional very ghetto Asked for no tomato no pickle when I got my order it had both on it and the cheese wasn't melted tryed calling but no one picked up brought the sandwich back the next day mnger acted like he had an attitude will not ever return

Unfortunately the young lady that assisted me must've been having a bad Saturday morning!

I used to go here a few times a week for breakfast. I would order a #1 (sausage, egg, and cheese croissant) no egg, and they would never get it right. Half the time, they would give me an egg and cheese croissant, no sausage. Or if they gave me what I ordered, my food would be cold (cheese not melted, cold bread, cold sausage) like it came straight off the delivery truck and they just never bothered to warm any of the ingredients. The last time I went there I specified "I want a sausage and cheese croissandwich with NO EGG and please make sure it's hot." I start to drive away, decide to check my food.... egg and cheese with no sausage again! So, I park my car and go inside and as soon as the girl who took my order in the drive-thru sees me, she yells out to the people making the food in the back "I need a egg and cheese croissant! Extra hot!" (Mystery solved.) So, I yell out in return "No! That is NOT what I ordered! I ordered sausage and cheese, no egg." All she has to say for herself is "oh, sorry." How she changed my words around every time; I'll never understand. But she didn't really seem to care so I haven't been back since.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This place is horrible. My whole family got sick 10 mins after eating there our stomachs hurt so bad and we even ate inside after finally opening up and I got sick in the bathroom after eating there. THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN!!!!!! worst food I've ever had

Visited this place shortly after 7 PM on a Thursday. Two customers in the store. Waited at the cash register for a bit while somebody yelled to somebody that they were slow and needed somebody at the register. Noticed nobody was in the drive through either. Placed my order of a #7 Medium with fries and a drink. After placing my order I noticed about 6 orders of fries in the fry bin and I mentioned to my girlfriend " I hope they do not give me those old fries . Got my drink and not 60 seconds later had my food. Sure enough they we're the old ones. Immediately asked the young man behind the counter to make me some new fries. He said I can make you some fresh ones if you would like. Absolutely. Sat down and finished my sandwich and waited five more minutes after I finished to ask about the fries. They said they were gonna drop them now. It's now been 20 min as I finish this review and I am still waiting on fries. Also. They was a guy just hanging out in the dining room yelling back and forth with the guy making the burgers. Terrible experience and I will be avoiding this location from here on out.

Order taker at drive thru was rude, not waiting for me to finish a question before demanding the code from my coupon. Only ordered 2 Whoppers but waited several minutes. Sadly, the abruptness of the worker and the slow service times are becoming more commonplace when going to fast food places. Considering the prices of fast food, it almost makes more sense to go to sit down restaurants.

Staff shouting orders all around kitchen but unable to keep up with lines in lobby or drive thru. No ice in machines in lobby which no one bothered to post a sign or tell anyone before I stood in a long line. Just for a drink w no ice.

Staff needs to pay attention to instructions. They put mayo on my sandwiches against request. I am allergic. 0 stars.

This location has a tough time getting orders right. The foods good when it's right. Service is fast. It is near the highway.

Everytime I come to this location my food is dried out overcooked. They can never get my order correct. And it's always after lunch time. They are very slow.

There's no valid explanation for this location's extremely high prices for junk food

McDonald's had no ice cream. So they actually referred us to BK

Rude employees, drive thru closing time was scheduled for 12 and employees were closed by 10:30. My mobile order was incorrect and the employees used foul language towards my boyfriend when inquiring about our mobile orders.

The wait is usually bad here. Today, no one ahead of me, maybe a few people even in the restaurant, still a 5 minute wait. Then I ordered off the regular menu at 10:30am. "Sorry, we are serving breakfast". Ok, where is the breakfast menu. "It automatically flips the menu". So can I see a menu?, "No". OK, good bye.
Seriously, she made no effort other than telling me there was a special.

They are slow and can't keep up with the orders. My lunch break is done by the time I get out of there. They need better management period.

Disgusting.. bathroom was nasty no toilet paper. Pee all over the place stunk to high heaven. Told manager about it. She was nasty about it and said I'll get to it whenever. Took over 20 mins to get food. Not even busy at all.

Un-good and that is the best I can say. Burger King has always had one of the best fast food burgers in the industry. Not this place. Even the bun was disappointing. It felt like it was stale and fell apart....sad to see what's happened. The King...is dead.

Food was ok. The person at the window didn't say hello didn't smile didn't put a straw or napkins in my bag. They really could improve their customer service.

Service was good but one of the main reasons you get fast food is good quality fast food. The food was hot but clearly cooked in old grease. Ruined the entire meal!

Could improve on the service in the mornings...that are extremely slow.
