I don t even know where to began. Shelby and her Staff has been the most amazing placement agency I ve ever experience, although this was my first time. Throughout the entire humbling experience I was given the opportunity to be interviewed and interview the clients as well. The Staff gave me the encouragement and understanding, some more than others, won t be a permanent fit, however, when you show up, you show out. Get recognized and let them know you mean business. Each day was harder than the last, not because I didn t like the assignment, it was learning new faces, personalities and trying to remember where I m driving to. (a few times I went to the prior assignment) PREMIER placement, not only believed in me as an individual, they landed me an opportunity in which I ve always wanted, but never pursued. I ve never had patience on my agenda, it s always been a need to have NOW attitude because others depended on me. One thing is for certain, this Team of Believers knew I was worth their investment and the end result of this journey was well worth the wait.

Had a Family emergency today so I let the assistant property manager know. The lady sign my paper and everything. A hour later premier placements calls basically saying hey ima have to let you go because the manager at the property said you never came back. (Which is not true)I ve been employed with premier for a while never had a problem but soon a manager say something. None of that matter!!! It s other staffing companies out there that I heard was better. Please go there!!

Great company! I worked with them for about a month and then got hired on at the second property I went to. Alyssia was VERY helpful! She was always there if I had any questions. Everyone I dealt with was amazing! Alyssia even came and visited me after I went fulltime with another company and brought me a gift and took my photo to share on their website.
I came here after reading reviews and saw that you did not need experience to work here. Two days after interviewing I received an email stating that they do not have any offers for me. I definitely think that was due to me not having experience in this field. Reviews can be very misleading. I came here with high hopes of getting into the apartment industry and was quickly let down. You may have luck but I have every right to share my experience!
I would like to share my terrible experience about the staffing team at Premier placements, Cherelle Maines The Staffing Coordinator Supervisor, and also make others aware that are seeking employment through Premier Placements. When I first started working from Premier Placements, I was getting 40 hours and then it went from getting 40 hours then it suddenly dropped down to me only receiving 1 to 2 days of work. Which put me in terrible financial situation. And every time I would inquire about receiving assignments every week I would be told by Tema, Sarrita , Alyssia and Cherelle Maines that We do not have anything available. But yet I noticed that Premier Placements were constantly posting Job Ads on Indeed every other 3 days that they were hiring and looking for Leasing Consultants. I almost felt that I had to beg for assignments. You have people that are willing and ready to work and you state that. I don t understand how you can consistently say that you don t have any available assignments but are always hiring. The next issue started was when I had an assignment at one particular property. I was informed by Cherelle Maines that the property manager made a complaint that I was on my phone. During this time it was a very difficult time for me which I explained to her that it was a death in my immediately family also my mother was dealing with a severe illness at the time so it was important that I had to have my phone with me to check on her. Next thing I know after that the staffing team at Premier Placements stopped sending me the availability link which caused me to go without no assignments at all for literary 2 weeks straight. Until I had to make a complaint about that, then all of a sudden, the staffing team starting to send me the availability link through my e-mail again. My whole thing is if you are going to terminate someone that is not how you do it by just simply stop sending someone assignment s and not even making them aware that they are terminated and giving them a notice. I have only been working for Premier Placements about 7 months and For about the last 4 months I have only been receiving 1 day of work. I have never had a complaint from any one before, that was the only one. And just like other people reviews about Premier Placements states The first time a manager makes a complaint about you regardless of the situation, Premier Placement will have you straight out the door Dropping you just like a dead fly. From that whole situation it was clear that they are very unprofessional and do not care. I understand that you are not guaranteed 40 hours a week but really what can you do with 1 day of work? Absolutely nothing! And now lately I haven't been assigned to any assignments at all...literary "nothing." After sitting back and carefully observing the staffing team actions at Premier Placements for months. It s obvious that they have their favorites and the amount of assignments that you will be given will solely be based upon Favoritism And Discrimination. Truth be told they only placed people on assignment s that they personally know, and that are their friends. Cherelle Maines really makes Premier Placements look like a very bad, unprofessional, unorganized, and a judgmental place to work at. The decision for your assignment s and where you be will placed will be based upon her decision. I know several of other people that worked for Premier placements that were consistently given 40 hours to at least 3 days a week and after their assignment ended at one property they were quickly placed on assignments at other properties. While I was being told Your assignment ended at this particular property, so we do not have anything available for you. And since I have been working for Premier Placements I have not felt valued at all, I have just felt like another worker . Cherelle Maines does not care about anyone except for herself and making sure she gets paid her money to find you as assignment which like I said she basically will use her authority and job tile against you.

I ve been with this company for a few years now, sometimes they treat you great sometimes they treat you horrible, most of our agents are awesome then you have those bad eggs like Julie. My recent experience with our company During covid-19. They told me they will give me unemployment after being on a 10 month assignment (EPA tech). by the third week I wasn t working they offered me a property in Marietta (for only 2 days out the week) and I live in Henry county Jonesboro I turned them down because I didn t want to put pressure on my car since it s been acting up and they stopped paying us the extra $2 an hour for driving 25 miles and above. Today (Friday 22 may 2020) would be my third unemployment benefit but I didn t receive it, so I contact JULIE and she said since I didn t accept the properties offered to me I will not receive my unemployment benefits during These times of covid-19. I don t feel it is fair as much ppl I try to get signed up for this company as well leave a good Report at each property with our company. Also Tema is an amazing agent always helpful, polite and a happy go lucky person.

Shelby has most certainly exceeded my expectations! I had a gentleman reach out to me regarding his desire to enter into Property Management.
