I sat in a very slow drive-through, only to get my order wrong. I went in and had it fixed. They gave me some ice-cold food, so I went back in and left with molten hot food which burned my mouth. I went back in because they didn't give me any napkins. I felt undervalued as a paying customer. I think I'm done with Burger King forever.
