PROXUS HR Review

Our company switched from Paychex to Proxus in April 2009 and we have been a very satisfied customer ever since. At that time, the transition to their system was seamless. And I also applaud their training team. They came to our offices to train us and even walked us through step by step on our first two payrolls. Also, their customer service is stellar. Any time I call them for a problem, it always gets resolved in a timely manner. Everyone is always pleasant to deal with. Last year, we, again, transitioned into their new time clock system and new processing system. Again, they held our hands until we knew the system and could process our payroll on our own.

My organization has been with Proxus for decades and our Accounting Director would never dream of considering another company. They're always extremely responsive and helpful!

Proxus is the best payroll/HRIS organization I've worked with in my two decades of HR work! I've transitioned to them twice - once with a previous employer and again with my new employer. They are organized, highly competent, customer-focused, and reasonably priced. The iSolved platform is intuitive and the report options and report writing functionality are so helpful. You will not regret switching your payroll/HRIS services to Proxus.

I do not think I could be happier with Proxus then I currently am.
They are ALWAYS available for any questions or assistance. Especially with getting something unusual entered into payroll or creating special reports that I need. They have certainly made my job easier in a big way. Heather is the best.

And Heather, our dedicated client support rep is a true gem and a life-saver- she is always quick to respond to problems and questions, incredibly knowledgeable, and generally a joy and pleasure to work with. We are a very happy Payroll department thanks to the outstanding team at Proxus!

We have been in the service industry for over 40 years and used many different payroll companies. Due to the inadequacies and lack of service from these "big" companies, we switched to PROXIS 6 years ago and have had an excellent experience ever since. A special shout out to Jay who has always been professional, courteous and MOST important prompt. Great company.

I highly recommend Proxus. I have used other larger payroll services and they do not measure up to Proxus. They have outstanding customer service.
