Always have a great food experience love the whopper and fries

Staff is horrendous, place simple order whopper and seven people order after I order. How is it even possible seven people that order after me get there order first. Ask for refund never returned since

So bad it didn't even deserve one star and they also was rude and the sandwich they gave me was not even made right

The person who took my order was too busy having a conversation with a coworker to pay any real attention to my order. She got it wrong. When I got to the window, she was still having that all important conversation. Didn't even face me to say hello, didn't face me when handing me my order, straw, or card back, and didn't even bother saying have a nice day. Terrible.

This BK has done the best job on breakfast thus far...all other jacksonville locations have been less than acceptable.

Dirrty, slow, manager was either overworked or short staffed.

Staff is very friendly but the burger king app is kind of sorry

One of the worst experiences i have had at a burger king. Didn't get anything right with my order. I wanted diet coke. Got dr. Pepper instead?? Cold food. Nothing fresh. Got nothing but bad attitude. Dont use tha restrooms. Pee on the floors. No soap to wash up after. Very very disappointed in this burger king

This is a brand new store, and it's rarely crowded (at least every time I have gone there), and the food is definitely fresh!

The worst burnt chicken sandwich ever! I returned the sandwich, got another and it too was burnt. CHANGE THE GREASE!

Seems to be a habit there on not getting what you want. Asked for a "sausage, egg and cheese croissant , what I got was a bacon, egg and cheese .Asked for cream in my coffee got sugar no cream. They might want to develop listening skills.

Bad attention is bad but there is no more where to eat near my work

The staff is nice. However, every. Single. TIME! I mean everytime. They get my order wrong. The last time I was in, they remade my order then gave me a sandwich that was 1)Incorrect. 2)Was less in value than the one I purchased. Like I said, nice staff but they really need to pay attention to detail

This place is terrible! We went one night and the doors were locked, the ONLY TWO employees that were there were sitting in the lobby ignoring anyone who showed up. After finally getting fed up they came to the door and said they were closing the store early. The wait is always long and I ve never been back since.

WORSE Burger Queen(no king) EVER!
Can not get a simple order correctly two times and still WRONG!
Find employees who needs a paycheck.

My food was terrible and quality of food was ridiculous

Second time ive tried to get breakfast and they haven't been open at their scheduled time. I dont get to open my store 15+ minutes late.

Terrible experience.
Fries weren't even salted, taco looked like it was made this morning and the mozzarella sticks were stale.

Gave me too many drinks in the drive thru. I told her one wasn't mine and she just stared at me. Not sure how she takes orders. I tried to hand it back and she stared at me. I left it on the counter.

Love the prices for the cost of food. Really affordable. Better than McDonald's from a cost to food ratio.

Fast food. No thank you just grab a bag of sweet grapes a few slices of cheese and wait until you can get home. Waste of money.

Staff was angry and you could hear the lady yelling out of frustration that she had customers in the morning.

The service here is very slow and they don't even get your order right.

Staff not very friendly, did not offer receipt, food was not very warm.

Usually my favorite burger place, but tbis day it was awful, and didn't have the items that I wanted.

They steal money. They openly tell you more then the price then dont offer you a receipt when paid. Calling Corporate tommorow.

Stopped during a road trip. It was awful. I went the drive through and got very lame tasteless burgers that didn't even had cheese, bad fries, no sauces, not even a receipt (paid with cash). I was driving on the highway and there was no point to go back and complain, but It was very dissatisfying

No credit card receipts wanted to use my cellphone to take a picture of cash register screen ??

Or that the big fish parent date was cooked in old oil The taste was horrible bought two of them took one bite of one and threw both of them away that was 10 bucks down the drain but I will count it as a learning lesson I won't be going back to Burger King in the future

Dirty floors, cold food, dirty windows, but the staff is great. No BBQ sauce for quite some time now, and hardly kept clean.

This is the worst BK I've ever been to. It always seems to close earlier than their posted time and even when they are open the sandwiches and fries are stale and hard.

We stopped for a quick breakfast as we were passing by. The food was not fresh. You can tell the breakfast sandwiches were old bc the bread was hard.

Grilled Sandwich was absolutely pathetic! Unfortunately it seems like the good old days of customer service are over as well. You walk up to the counter or go through the drive thru and speak and it's very seldom that you get a hello or have a nice day in return. Employees are too busy talking to their co-workers or running their mouths or texting on their cellphones to pay the customers any attention nowadays. Bring back the Good Ole days please!!

Asked for no mayo but got it anyway. No receipt, napkins or condiments in the bag. To top it off, I was charged twice! Stay tuned...getting my 15.27 back.

I use to work in the food industry and I know how it is but on this location everybody on staff including the manager need to be retrained. The attitude the lack of communication not havin the understanding of what is lunch time is (the busiest part of the day) and they just talking taking their time and giving you cold burgers and nuggets not good. Very disappointed it was never this way.

Drinks are always weird like they ran out and all you're drinking is the straight seltzer water. Food is usually made right though

I ordered my sandwich plain due to food allergies and it came with everything on it! Unfortunately, I couldn't turn my car around and return it.
