I used to go here a few times a week for breakfast. I would order a #1 (sausage, egg, and cheese croissant) no egg, and they would never get it right. Half the time, they would give me an egg and cheese croissant, no sausage. Or if they gave me what I ordered, my food would be cold (cheese not melted, cold bread, cold sausage) like it came straight off the delivery truck and they just never bothered to warm any of the ingredients. The last time I went there I specified "I want a sausage and cheese croissandwich with NO EGG and please make sure it's hot." I start to drive away, decide to check my food.... egg and cheese with no sausage again! So, I park my car and go inside and as soon as the girl who took my order in the drive-thru sees me, she yells out to the people making the food in the back "I need a egg and cheese croissant! Extra hot!" (Mystery solved.) So, I yell out in return "No! That is NOT what I ordered! I ordered sausage and cheese, no egg." All she has to say for herself is "oh, sorry." How she changed my words around every time; I'll never understand. But she didn't really seem to care so I haven't been back since.
