Crew was having problems this morning prompting me to park from drive up and go inside. No need to get bothered. They offered a hash brown but I turned it down. I could tell they were surprised I didn't rant which gave way to their continued focus. Good job team.

Always a way to eat for cheap. Worth what you pay for it.

Definitely one of the better Burger locations. Food is always hot and fresh and they've never made a mistake on my order.

This is one of the worst Burger Kings in Jacksonville, terrible customer service, they never get mobile orders right and give out extremely cold food, go to another bk instead of this one. even the cinna minies are hard as a rock. beware.

Friendly, efficient staff serving fast, fresh and hot food.

My order: Garden salad with grilled chicken and a mocha ice coffee and a Rodeo grilled chicken combo. 15 minutes later, finally get my order handed to me! The hold up was the grilled chicken for the pre-made salad. The manager, who was the one pushing out the orders, asked for it 3 times! I counted 6 orders after mine who either sat down or walked out with THEIR orders. The manager never even offered an apology nor a comp on the next meal. Since I had more than enough time just standing around....I began to notice how dirty the restaurant actually was. Filthy! Where the floor tile meet the base tile, food and dirt lined for feet. Several tables sat with food on them the entire time we were there. Which was 35-40 minutes. Will not go back to this location again. Arbys next door will get my business.

Pride themselves in running a dinner-time scam on the weekends with Adkison Towing Company, because the adjacent Olive Garden does not have enough parking. Adkison tows the cars away, and gives this Burger King a 25% cut of their earnings.

Through this scam, a Burger King with a slow-service drive-thru and whose lobby is always free of customers manages to stay in business.

Food is NEVER ready and they ALWAYS have you wait in the front of the Burger King. They close wayyyy before their posted hours and always get orders wrong. DO NOT GO.

Veggie whooper was... very good**** BK should make it in the Whooper Jr. Size.

It's not MacDonald's , I still trying to figure out why they call it fast food . It takes less time to kill something and cook it myself , lol.

Everytime I go to this burger king I always have a problem with the food I ordered #chicken fries and the dang food was burnt I pay about $8 bucks for this you guys got to do better not going back

went in to eat on my lunch break, and walked right out......they had about 20 per made sandwiches, and french fries everywhere......kind of ridiculous.....i blame Management......

Cold stale dry French fries and nuggets, really disappointed

You know I love Burger King's food but the people at this Burger King do not know how to count they give you nine chicken nuggets instead of 10 and everything's always cold so this time I went back and I complained until they gave me fresh food hot fresh food so next time I will be more demanding and perhaps they will get my order right the first time try harder Burger King!!!

Food was good but place chaotic. Ice all over floor from drink machine that overflowed. Guy mopped floor and picked up ice but didn't address the problem. Ice receptical was overflowing because ice came out fast and too much quantity. Need to adjust ice flow. Place was loud, mainly from the employees. Felt sorry for one employee. Don't know his name. He was taking orders then when ice on floor he was ordered to clean it up then went back to taking orders then at some point told to empty garbage can then left garbage can out with no bag in it because no one was waiting on customers. He was oldest and I think younger employees taking advantage of him.

Worst BK. Ordered OCS and when I got to the car they were burnt yet rubbery, that just tells me that they were overcooked hours ago and sat in the bin. I was refunded my money and left with no food, so it wasted 15 - 20 min of my day that I won't get back because they do not care enough to serve good hot food the first time. Will never give them my money again.

Stopped in passing through on a road trip on 8/6/18 for the drive through. Staff very friendly, food better than most Burger Kings I've visited. Got 2 Jr Whoppers - great job.

Dee, the cashier, is always smiling & pleasant. She makes sure her customer service above & beyond.

Horrible customer service. They would not take orders even though that had 15 minutes to go until closing time.

Now I remember why I don't eat a Burger King the food was atrocious the service was atrocious never again will I eat there

Food tasted good and was well presented. Restroom was clean but was out of soap. Lobby was clean and everything was well stocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I ordered a veggie burger and it was made just right. Pleasant workers. The bathrooms floors were slippery . They need have caution sign or change whatever they are using to mop the floors with.

Decent for fast food service. They were polite and every time we go, they get our order correct!

Burger King is exactly what you expect. A fast food burger with actual flavor, which gives it a leg up, but a fast food burger nonetheless.

Food is decent but the wait.....Oh my goodness! When I tell you they take FOREVER AND A DAY to get a sandwich. If you get stuck in the drive thru....you're just that.... STUCK. I waited in that line 20 min one day for a grilled chicken sandwich. Got all they way home and it was a fried chicken sandwich. And this was after i had to spend a good 3 min telling the guy I just wanted a grilled chicken sandwich which he repeated to me. Bless his heart. Put him on the fries and get him off the drive thru window. You'll get your flame grilled sandwich (hopefully) but just be prepared to wait for them to raise the cow from a baby calf to adulthood, slaughter it, then ship it and cook it to your perfection. Burger King makes the argument for veganism such a strong one that I considered it more than once while trapped in the drive thru line.
Sidenote- Last time I went the girl was nice and the wait was short but I don't know if that was the same Burger King or the one in the Twilight Zone. Oh well...

I love bk but IDK what is going on with the workers. I got hired on Friday and was supposed to start today but they never sent me my new hire paperwork. I called them 27 times only 5 of which someone answered. I asked for the manager and each time she wasn't around. The employees stated they will relay the message. Either they did or didn't. Maybe they just put my email in wrong I even made a new email just so it can be sent to it. Whatever the case is the manager could have at least called me. Sadly they missed out on an excellent addition to the team.

How hard can it be to make a burger correctly? You would think a plain burger would be somewhat simple. Maybe if the thug-wanna-be's stopped playing around and do their jobs, they could get the orders correct. And oh, have you ever heard of soap and water? You might want to try cleaning the shop once in a while.

They are either understaffed or just have slow grill crew. 3 stars because I always get fresh food from them.

I think they succeeded. I hated my experience almost as much as they appear to hate working here. I was ignored at the counter. Upset customer had an error on his order from drive through. They ignored him as well, to the point he had to leave and could no longer wait.

Food was fine, average morning breakfast junk from a fast food place.

There were no drinks, only water or tea, we ordered 3 times 2 burgers until they gave us one time that was not right either, the too many burgers were cold, the women's bathroom was chilled, dark and dirty ... of the worst burger king of those we ate in the country

Great food. Line was long but moved fast. Order was correct and fresh.

We went to burger king to pick up dinner we waited hardly no time at all and we saved some money by getting the special 2 woppers for 6 our food was hot and fresh and met with a friendly smile. We were very pleased.

Are you kidding me?! This has to be the worst Burger King in Jacksonville, and unfortunately it s the closest one to my house. The customer service is horrible. Time and time again I continue to see workers who are rude, that are ungrateful to have a job, and who treat their customers with disrespect. I ve witnessed many cashiers eye rolling as they take food orders. The only emotion they seem to have is pissed off. They act like you are an inconvenience to them...the workers look like they hate being there.

The orders take a long time, and are usually missing something. I seriously hate coming here, so I m gonna stop coming here at all.

I recommend that the owner of this store improves the motivation of it s employees.

Always unhealthy food. You already know this. This burger king sold me the most deplorable fish sandwich. The taste and hard texture had to be something that came from the bottom of a shoe closet thats been sitting around for months in the open air. And they had no problem cooking it up and selling it to me. Someone that works hard for her money. Damm we know they not paying you much but take A little pride in your work while you are employed.

Sloowwwwwwest "fast food" ever. And gave me cinna-minis that we're never even heated up.

They supply me with my usual 2 for 6 , I'm happy with that, fast and good

The window person had trouble keeping my order right. Mostly because of muscle memory.

Service was great. Food was awesome. Manager who took my order answered all my questions & helped accommodate my special requests. Very pleased compared to so many other fast food service issues.

Cold burger lazy people dont make your food fresh ever! Dont come here. Awful service! The cheese on my double cheeseburger was like frozen stiff!!!

Dirty dining area. Rude staff. The coke freestyle machine was out of everything. The only options were orange or vanilla.

Worst place I ever eat . There were 2 customers it took me 20 minutes to get a burger . fast food Ha ha ha ha ha.

I just had the most pittyful meal of my life.. Everything was cold - burger and fries. And the lettuce on the burgers where yellow and withering. And to top it all of i was just told I had my last sweet tea for today because they are not going to brew more today ( more than 3 hours before closing)

Good price for the chicken nuggets, but flavor is not good.
