Must be under new management, because it was much better than the last time I ate here. The food was an ok temp, and they put a ton of mayonnaise on my burger, but other than that it was pretty good.

We had a pretty large order costing about $50. We didn't mind waiting because we knew it was a large order but we waited nearly 30 minutes. The fries were cold the mozzarella sticks were disgusting. The sandwiches were not made according to our order. After we parked to wait I went back in to order drinks for us while we waited. They didn't give me the drinks until the rest of the food was ready and they had me carry everything out on my own. While bagging the food they ran out of fries and let our food sit open on the counter while the new batch of fries cooked. Everything on the top of our bags were cold when they were given to us. I would have complained at the time but it was so late and it took so long we just wanted to get home and eat our nasty dinner. Won't go back again.

Ordered a whopper jr no mayo...got a whopper jr with only mayo. The girl at drive through was nice though.

Worst burger king I ever been ... service is terrible and the food disgusting...

Worst service i have ever had at a burger king.Store 7121.Cold cold whopper and old as the hills fries.No ketchup and not even a thank you.Never will i go to THIS burger king AGAIN

The employee serving food was very rude. The whoppers were awesome.

The food was horrible i ask for 30 nuggets a spicy sandwich and a whooper and the nuggets were old like from the morning the salad on the whooper was old the tomato was getting bad nothing was fresh at all if you plan on going here just don t better go somewhere else because you will get sick

Slowest drive through ever. And there were like 4 slices of cheese on my Whopper with cheese. The Whopper is already killing me so I don't need extra extra extra cheese...

The store by avenues mall was busy on drive through but sparce inside (I was one of 3 at the time). I went inside to order but should have stayed in drive through. Those orders were going through about 5 to 1. We inside were watching cars come and go while we waited and waited and waited some more. If they aren't going to wait on inside customers that fast then they should just close the doors and stick with drive through only. Won't be going back to this store for some time.

They had the worst chicken nuggets I've ever had, but the burgers are really good.

Fast service cordial and food done the way I ordered it . Asked for fresh fries and they made them fresh. Very satisfied, my second visit .Happy meal!

The order got overlooked and I was waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes before I asked someone to check on my food. When I brought it up to staff they were quick to get the order and on top of that refunded me and gave me a free dessert. I have never had such excellent service at a Burger King, this location really stepped it up!

The workers there are very nice people. This is the only BK I like. It is on S Philips Hwy . THE food and the ladies who work there are great. We started coming here about 7 months ago as the manager took care of us. Even though she was left alone as there were no many employes as there are now she was so professional and very courteous. Sorry I do not remember her name but i look for her every time I go there. BK #7121 you are doing Great!

Very very slow. It's lunch 1 pm and they leave 3 people with a backed up drive through and the lobby full. Too busy talking in the back and not pushing the burgers.
Every manager should know it's Friday lots of people get paid and lunch rush put more people on shift. It's not a new process people.
It was clean ish but water in the floor ice machine empty
Not saying I won't go back but I'll make sure I'm not on my lunch time.

What should have been 2 dollars was 10...way over priced for very little

My family and I love Burger King Food. This location usually okay. The only thing is that sometimes the service is not that great and they don't always have what we want.

All of my food was cooked in old grease, I'm giving two stars because I had great customer service

I have a friend that works here and there's a rat infestation currently that they can't get control of. The health department doesn't know about it but I'm considering reporting them. They get into EVERYTHING ! There's pee and pooh all over the stored food. Current date is 1/23/18

Very rude. Never gave me a receipt, and order was wrong.

Drive-thru was fast, food was not fresh the fries were just thrown in the bag dumped out and my sandwich bun was soggy and not fresh.

I typically only review for really good service or really bad service. And my few experiences here have been really BAD! Every single time I've gone there, the black girl on the speaker has straight attitude for no reason. She filled out the application and she needs to learn to do her job correctly with a smile. The whole staff just seems to not care. Pay the couple extra dollars and go to Chic Fil A.

It's fast food, what do you want? The location of this one is a bit difficult to get to (or out of) if you're driving north on Phillips Hwy, or if you want to get on I-95 southbound.

This is the second time and there will not be a 3rd. Ordered the egg burrito both times and both times it had NO EGG on it! This morning it was ice cold so I opened it up and there were 5 slices on cheese just laid there... little bacon, little ham. I threw it away. Literally have 1 job to do. The lady taking the order and handing it to me told me to make sure I take the survey... Her name was Quest or Quiz or Quezz... Who knows. That s my survey! McDonalds 100x better anyway.

Food was ok. Asked in the drive thru if I could add a drink and was told no. Never got a "thank you" or "have a nice day"

It's a typical Burger King. The service was slower than usual but the food was hot and fresh. The people there were friendly and nice. Would recommend to all.

The food was ok, but the fries were a little could. The cashier was in training so is ok for her to be quite and shy but she could a little more. The restroom needed attention, that's why the 4 stars. Forgot to take photos.

Women's room out of order and only one bathroom available for public use (men's room) which is not the most inviting place.

These guys are excellent and dont yell at you when you first pull up, ever. And I love pulling around and sitting extra 20 minutes for fast food.

It was ok as expected from any or rather most Burger King's...the extra cheese I ordered would have been especially nice on my double cheese burger...most burger kings tend to forget the cheese i ordered so...like I said: "just as expected of any Burger King".

Got my order wrong. Mozzarella sticks were horrible severely overcooked. No sauce came with them. Lack of quality control here. Needs some work. This is not my first time here but they seem to get my order wrong about 50% of the time consistently.

It's ok, staff was kinda rude and they gave me the wrong food.

2 for $4 croissants is an awesome deal! Received food in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly.

For $3 I can buy 20 chicken nuggets...I need say no more.

I ate in, and the staff was nice but extremely slow. I ve heard that the drive-thru service is much faster.

The black lady cashier is really very nice to bring the tray on the table for me. Because I used a cane. The lady noticed that i walked with the cane. I appreciate her. She is great job.

Website says they close at midnight, not open at 11:25 pm. I've given up on the breakfast crew.. They never get my order right.
