I think they succeeded. I hated my experience almost as much as they appear to hate working here. I was ignored at the counter. Upset customer had an error on his order from drive through. They ignored him as well, to the point he had to leave and could no longer wait.

Food was fine, average morning breakfast junk from a fast food place.
