There is a reason I drive 40 mins to Oakville to get my Mazda 3 serviced at Budd's Mazda. The staff is polite and helpful, both in person and on the phone. And they do not try to sale you bogus maintenance programs just to cash in. This is my first Mazda and it wouldn't be my last.
A relationship with your car dealership can be a pleasant or you could go to Gyro Mazda and experience a nightmare. Gyro Mazda is 2 mins from my front door but they will NEVER see my car again!!
