I have had an accident and I have no vehicle available to use, this happened on a Thursday evening, where the accident claim line is closed, so had to call on Friday morning. Was told I would be contacted in 24 hours, which in real terms are not until Monday. Extremely poor and unacceptable behviour and will be reported to the financial ombudsman
