If I could give zero stars I would. For over a month I've been waiting for a reply from the insurance company regarding a claim for luggage theft, which should be covered by my credit card with Advanzia, since the entire main transport was paid for by credit card. Even after calling the insurance company twice directly, no one has reported back (that was almost a month ago). No one responded to email inquiries either.
