Awful and unprofessional company stay clear
Terrible customer service and total lack of respect from the clerk I was dealing with who became very rude and aggressive on a call with me.
I work in media / TV and have done for 30 years as a senior executive and have managed a number of teams. Customer service is so important and looking at the reviews in here and other review sites they have so many bad reviews and unhappy customers. Social media reviews and the lack of responses for this company really needs to be addressed. The owners need to take a look at whats happening internally.
I asked to speak to a senior manager after my experience with this clerk and received an email within a week - No acknowledgment of how I'd been spoken to but assurance they were following up my claim. This started in September, and today I receive another email saying still waiting for a company called L&Q to respond to them... Ironically they are the insurers for L&Q and yet despite several follow ups and the fact I ve been dealing with this issue for over 4 years they clearly don t care. Yes I have only been dealing with Broadspire since September but if there is anyone out there thinking of using them then don t as the level of service is 0 don t take my review alone look at other reviews not just on here but other review sites.
Note to management you have a real problem and judging from the other feedback it needs to be addressed ASAP.
