Bridgestone Arena Reviews

We came from Phoenix Az to see Elton John at Bridgestone in Nashville. The concert was absolutely FANTASTIC - it exceeded my expectations. The arena is beautiful and the acoustics were spot-on. However, entering the venue was chaotic, disorganized, and extremely mismanaged. I have never experienced anything like it at any other venue, EVER. We had arrived an hour before the start, but missed the first ten minutes of the concert due to the inadequacies of staff. So disappointing.

Wish concessions were less expensive but it is what it is.

I've been to the Bridgestone Arena countless times. And I always have a lot of fun. This last time I went I saw the Farewell Tour of Paul Simon. He's one of my favorite singers of all time. And pretty much every other show I've seen at the Bridgestone has had musicians that I would probably never have gotten to see anywhere else. This is a great venue with helpful ushers and clean bathrooms. I won't blame Bridgestone for this, but have you noticed that concert t-shirts have gotten ridiculously expensive? Anyway, I highly recommend the Bridgestone Arena to anyone in or around Nashville, and all of Nashville's wonderful tourists.

Seats are extremely tight. No leg room. But acoustics are very good.

Visited Nashville TN for the Christmas parade. Great views! Friendly people. Modern amenities. Confusing traffic lanes, not for nervous drivers.

I had an absolute blast there January 25, 2019. I took my daughter to see Panic at the Disco, the event staff were absolutely wonderful in helping us find our seats quickly. I am looking forward to going back when i take my other daughter to go see KISS.

Great venue but concessions are ridiculously expensive.

We went to the Loretta Lynn Bday bash and had an awesome time with the concert!! The seating was extremely uncomfortable as im handicapped and 6'5" and my legs were spread apart with my drink digging into my knee and spine killed me for the duration of the show! Just wish they would've built the seating so a person over 6' tall could enjoy themselves!

It's a venue that has good shows and really decent hockey team

Great venue for hockey and concerts. Food selection is plentiful and alcohol prices are reasonable.

Did not like the seat they are not made for the plus size

Parking can be pricey and difficult. Also be aware that parking in a garage that's close to the arena can mean LONG wait times when the even is over. I would definitely park a few blocks out on the street if you can. The inside of the facility is clean and new.

We attended a Hockey game here a few days ago and it was an amazing experience! Very nice facility. Very clean, friendly staff. We will definitely go back!

Tonight everyone from the front door security staff to the exit greeters were kind and thoughtful. Considering that it was New Year's Eve and a Parrothead Convention with Brother Jimmy presiding. They only intervened when absolutely necessary.

We got in quickly and without incident. In any line we got in for food services or souvenirs we moved through pretty quickly and efficiently. The food we ordered was precooked and subpar but we went through a quicky stand and there are many more gourmet type options that looked like they could be delicious. We were in our company suite this time, I was concerned about how are view would be so high up but it was actually great. The suite was clean and included a restroom inside which made things convenient for my 4 year old.

Great venue. I went for NKOTB. The dj before the concert was a great hype up. The staff was really nice. The place was clean. Cant wait for my next concert.

We had a really great time. We took our daughter and her friend to their first mainstream concert to see Miranda Lambert. Start to finish, security and service were wonderful. I didn't know much about their concessions and the workers were very friendly and didnt mind explaining things to me (5th price). Our seats in 326A were awesome and except for the spilled Sprite at our feet, other attendees didn't ruin our night. We had fun!

No matter what I go here for it is always a great experience. Especially Predators games!!!

Make sure you go to a preds game here!! No matter what seats you get, you are gonna love it!!

Food is a little pricey but best place in nhl to watch a hockey game

20$ for double mixed drink. A bit steep. Otherwise great arena.

The seats are small. If your a tall person tight fit.

This a cool arena. It is not country like btms unice. The goal horn is my favorite part. The base of the arena is well over the top.

Great place to see the Nashville Predators play or to go see a concert. Right in the heart of downtown.

Takes a while to get in and there isn't any lag room if you are tall.

Stood in the rain for 30minutes to get in. Unacceptable!! Never have ever walked thru 1 door for entrance!! At THIS VENUE

The inside of the arena is beautifully designed to match the city's style. Every seat has been a good seat for us.

Went to see Elton John & the place is a great venue. Had the best time. Centrally located & easy in & out.

First time going there. The concert was wonderful and the venue is great for watching concerts.

Great location for Predators games or concerts. If you get the chance to be in the Lexus Lounge, I would definitely take that opportunity, but also check out the all-inclusive zone in sections 109-111 for predators games, as this area has great views and better food!

Saw Monster Trucks here. Seating was comfortable. Plenty of nearby parking.

I went to my first concert here, monster jams, hockey games, and curcius they were all fun and I'll never forget the memories I have here

Huge venue for large event, the sound in there really sucks for a concert though

What security.. more like CIA or FBI! They're on point!

Venue is decent, but good grief their employees always seem miserable and unorganized. I've been to 3 events here in the last month and it's the same experience with their employees each time.
