They made me unload my purse and dispose of my small nail clippers... really???

The staff is great especially the ones that serve at the Tito's bar. We had an amazing time at the concert and food is always decent here. My only reason for 4 stars is the price of food/drinks is a little high. Otherwise an amazing time with my daughter at the Mumford and Sons Concert!!

Went for my first concert and I was dreading a long, painful wait to get in but the process was actually very quick. I even had trouble pulling up my mobile ticnet, but thankfully they have Windows you can go to to have a physical copy printed out. Only recommendation is to pay the cost of decent seats. If you sit too far up and to the back the view isn't so great

I've watched the Predators , UFC and Monster Jam there. Great time for all. Very good beer and food choices. Expensive but what stadium isnt. Pretty efficient at getting people in and out

Great hockey game. People on background are strangers, but I got them in the picture too.

First-rate sports and entertainment complex. Great amenities and signage. Tons of concession options, in-house amd vendors.

Great venue for shows and games. We attended Harlem Globetrotters. It was good.

Great place, just difficult getting out after an event

Shania Twain concert was awesome. Food to expensive but just like any concert or football stadium

Have truely enjoyed every event I have attended here! I do however think the monster trucks couldn't do as much in the confined quarters but it was still enjoyable!

Went to a concert here, upper level seats are a little steep.

I didn't like that we had to walk the stairs to come out if the building do e people have leg problem they could have kept the elevators on

Amazing arena and the concert was magnificent!! Concession prices were right for the amount and quality of food! The burgers were the BOMB

I have been to many arenas all over the US. and sat in upper arena seats and these are by far the most narrow seats I have ever been in.

Great environment for viewing hockey and other events. Lovely crowd.

Have attended multiple concerts here & have had a great experience each time! Sections & seats are easily found, guides will assist u if needed. Good selection of concessions (although $$$) & clean, stocked restrooms.

The staff was super friendly, it was easy to navigate and the concert was amazing. I would go again!

The arena is really nice and the Preds fans, outside of a couple chuckleheads, are always very welcoming and respectful to opposing fans

Very disappointed took grandson to see Elmo and when I purchased the tickets it says it started at 12 but we where forced to stand outside in the cold for a hour and started at 2pm

Bridgestone Arena is pretty nice as far as Arenas go. Unfortunately the beer is just as overpriced as you would expect.

Demonbreun Street is closed fronting the arena after the show is over, Dont park there waiting to pick someone up, the police don't like it when you drive thru the crowd.

Love this place! Whether you are going to watch a concert or the Nashville Predators dominant their opponents its a great venue.

Go for the Lexus lounge. It's worth every penny, or ounce of good will if you get your hands on complimentary tickets. Also, have your sport chant repertoire expanded by participating in a multitude of variations on the timeless phrase "YOU SUCK."

Employees are awesome. The problem is the restrictions seem to differ. The list of approved items was mu h different then what I was told over the phone and what was in my email from Bridgestone on acceptable items. Then finding my seat was near impossible without the employees to guide me. Wish the center had better ways to help people find a seat and to let people know what items are accepted (purses, bags, etc).

Had a great time at the imagine dragons concert. The food at the patron club. Exiting the building was a hassle due to all the doors not being open. Crowd control could be better

This is a great venue! There isn t a bad seat. Will definitely be going back!

It's like other arenas, unless you have lower bowl tickets the seats are small and really cramped. If you are over 5'5" tall your legs have no room and are compressed in the same position for far too long.

Large seating capacity for concerts, different options for food, and designated smoking area available outside that you can use during events.

A great venue but the prices for drinks and snacks are out of this world

I love love love this place. The preds, concerts. Great atmosphere! I love going here! The food is very pricey and so is the alcohol but it's worth a fun time!!!

Graves on it the predators game drinks are very expensive

Nice venue. Parking wasn't bad from the deck across the street. Enjoyed the Xscape concert!

This place is so very nice. The staff members were all super friendly and helpful. None of them act like normal arena working people. Definatly hospitality is the key. Additionally, the place is clean and fresh looking. Bathrooms all functioned properly and were supplied for public usage.

Now - We were there for a Predators hockey game. Not a concert or other event.

Place is typical of any large arena. Parking can be tough, but most of the vendors inside have decent enough food.

I didnt get to go on this trip but my granddaughter did and she loved it!!!!

The seating was tight and couldn't walk to go to the rest room

The internet connection is very weak. Make sure to pull up your ticket prior to arrival. I learned this the hard way. I will print my ticket from home next time.

Great concert The Who with Lucas Nelson and Promise of the Real

I ve always had a good time whenever I seen an event here.

It is the home of the Nashville predators hockey team. And it is a host to many different public events . plus it adds to the architectural beauty of Nashville

I was there for the first time watching Korn/Alice in Chains concert. The place was beautiful! The staff was very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my experience!

My experience was AWESOME when attending a concert at Bridgestone Arena. I attended a concert over Easter weekend with a large group of family- including children. Safety was a huge concern for us, but the large amount of security manning the arena made us feel safe.

The seats aren't too bad. For our concert, we sat in the nose bleed sections and did not feel claustrophobic in the seats- a huge plus for "crappier" seats. The sound in the arena was fantastic.

Leaving the arena proved to have its difficulties. The escalators stopped working at one point during our exit which made a huge halt in the traffic pattern and ultimately took a good thirty minutes to get from our seats to the front doors.

Another important thing to add, though it is not the arena itself responsible, is that traffic around the arena is a mad house. The parking was not cheap for a spot roughly a half mile from the doors- $20 per vehicle.
