Bridgestone Arena Review

Nice,clean and friendly staff. And the event KISS was better than fantastic, and regrettably the last show they will ever have at this venue!!!

Dress warm in the upper level seats. Air conditioning blows directly on you all game

Awesome place to see a concert right downtown Nashville. No problems finding the place either.

Great venue! Staff are always friendly and have a blast at whatever I'm attending here.

I've seen some great music here but the seats are relatively uncomfortable for a fluffy fella like me and there are some pretty serious safety issues in the upper levels where we tend to sit. (We saw no fewer than four people miss an improperly lit step going from aisle to row and fall. One gentleman fell three rows down, toward the drop off, and got several other concert goers on the way down.)

There is a couple that runs one of the refreshment kiosks on the third level that are utterly amazing. They provide great service and remember us each time we attend a show. They are a definite high point of our experience.

My boyfriend and I came here to see Smackdown Live on April 3, 2018. I've never been to a live event like this before. I had a blast watching it. There was only a few things that I didn't like. The girls bathroom all their toilets we're clogged up when I went to use the bathroom before the show. We were on the floor close to the ring, I don't know if it was Bridgestone or if it was WWE but the seats were so close together everyone was sitting on each other pretty much it was uncomfortable. And the money we spent on the tickets you would think they would make it more comfortable then they did. But other then that I loved everything else, oh one more thing when people went to get drinks including my boyfriend and people around us they wouldn't give us lids to put on them so pretty much everyones drinks got spilled on the floor some how or another.

You can't beat this place for a great concert venue or a night of hockey!

Had an AWESOME time w/my neice & nephew (except for the drunk guy that kept making us move so he could get more cups of beer/which should be illegal!!!) The 1st TUESDAY, WWE SMACKDOWN LIVE (08/02/2016) was spectacular!!! Roman was so Awesome & well....The Viper was also!!! Anyway some of the employees were a bit ruid, but I ignored it cuz I got to see my Guy

Great selection of events, security line isn't too bad, but some irregularities such as I couldn't bring my back pack, but numerous backpacks and large bags were carried in.

Nice venue. I was sold and unlimited re-fill soda cup 30 minutes before the concession stand closed. I was unaware until I attempted to get a re-fill. They should warn you when they are selling you the higher priced cup.

My niece treated me to an evening of laughter with a ticket to see Martin Lawrence and others.

This is an awesome place to see a concert or a hockey game! GO PREDS! This arena is right downtown in the middle of all the bars and restaurants and close to Nissan Stadium, home of the Titans.

Can't say enough about Bridgestone. The only down side is the acoustics are not the best. If you want great music look to a smaller venue. If you want high energy, you have to see the Preds play.

Nice big place. Has plenty of bathrooms and people working to guide you to your assigned seats.

Loved it, beer is really expensive but it is an arena. Great time and great atmosphere.

They charge to much for concert!! Sorry workers!!! Always cussing!! Some of the temp service people be begging for money!! They do have a police station here!!!

We only went into the gift shop, but the rest looks amazing too. Right off Broadway.

Have been here to the 501 club many times. They have excellent service at the stations. There were many excellent concerts I have been to about 5 or 6 and they were all amazing to watch. Justin Timberlake was one of the best concerts I experienced so far and my second favorite was Macklemore

I've been at the Bridgestone Arena twice this weekend. First was for Fleetwood Mac. Amazing! The sound was great! Then we were back for two days of cowboys for the Cinch World's Toughest Rodeo. Again..amazing! I don't think there's a bad seat in the place. It's very clean and there are plenty of bathrooms. At some point we should probably see a hockey game there

Great venue. Love seeing Preds games here even more now that they changed to Coca-Cola products

So much better than Titan Stadium because in the summer heat they have air conditioning.

Great arena, easy access and parking. Road tripped from Cincinnati for the Iron Maiden concert.

J. Cole Concert was amazing! Plenty of places to eat and hang out. Arena area is really nice!

We were up real high and I can honestly say I didn t enjoy it. The seating is horrible and I do not recommend buying tickets for the top rows.

Fantastic place to catch a concert or Predators game! I don't think there is a bad seat in the house! Nashville's downtown is also great if you're looking to kill some time before the event at Bridgestone Arena.

Nashville loves their hockey. Tuesday night game and the stands were packed. Great food, great service and a great time!

I like that they had bathrooms everywhere. That's nice. They were a little strict on seating. A lot of food options

We've been to a few concerts here, most recently the Dierks Bentley Burning Man tour. The floor seats and the upper area are both fine. The people are friendly and the place is pretty clean. I wish there was something to keep stuff from falling down from the upper sections. I saw more than one cup of beer slip over the edge and onto the person below.

The seating is horrible. Having to get up and down to let people to and from their seats is a distraction. When someone gets up to dance seated in front of you, you can no longer view the show because your view blocked.

Morgan Evans, Kane Brown, and Chris Young were awesome!!!
