The venue was top notch. The crowd handling was very well planned and executed. Getting around the arena was pretty easy. However, the restrooms could certainly use some upgrades to add efficiency. Definitely recommend the venue overall, though.

Went here back in October for a Black Keys concert. Was a pretty good place, super packed. They have a few places before you go to your seats to buy food and drinks. Prices are high but that's what you should expect at almost any event anywhere.

Didn't actually get to make it inside during my last visit, but the architecture is very interesting from the outside.
Next time I'm in town I definitely want to take a look inside and maybe even catch a game.

We saw Journey & Def Leppard here. Fantastic concert! Great sound!! Many food options. We got the BBQ pork plate from the stand that said BBQ. It was delicious!! Baked beans were terrific! Mac n cheese was pretty good. There of course are not enough bathroom stalls for the ladies! You would think this problem would have been solved by now. Take more of the men's stalls for this because you don't see men standing in ridiculously long lines like the ladies do. It is absurd. Also, toilet paper and soap both ran out. :( And there needs to be some brainstorming about how to empty out the arena in a quicker fashion. If this could be better/quicker that would be wonderful. Overall it is an excellent venue. The aforementioned criticisms would not keep us from returning.

While the concert I went to see was excellent. It would have been better if I had not missed the first 20 minutes of it due to the lack of crowd control. Waited in line for over an hour to get into the area.

Pretty good place to see a game. I don't really recommend it for a concert due to the awful acoustical properties. Staff here is friendly and efficient. The prices for food and beer is wacko. Still can't believe i paid over ten dollars for a beer!

Awesome place to see a game!!

Awesome place to see a game!!
Right on Broadway, we just walked in after checking out some restaurants & bars.
Friendly staff, cold beers and tickets were reasonable.
Definitely going to come back to see a game here

May 19, 2002, this 8 PM EST 5 PM PST, this is where WWE Judgment Day 2002 took place, a true landmark PPV. First PPV under the WWE name, Stone Cold's last night as a full-time wrestler, Kurt Angle's first night as a bald man. So much went down.

We visited the Bridgestone Arena with VIP passes to see The Adventures of Kesha & Macklemoe concert. Venue is in great location, within walking distance of several hotels in downtown Nashville.

Staff were very pleasant and conversational. The concert was absolutely incredible - we had front row tickets, and chatted with the security staff before the show, and in between acts. We also had a fun discussion on whether it is pronounced "Mack-la-more" or "Mack-el-more". It's the former :)

Temperature was comfortable and sound quality fantastic. I would definitely attend a concert here again!

I work there on occasions with CSC. I Bridgestone is one of my favorite arenas to work. Easy to get around a lot of places to eat and drink and has a charging locker station for your phone. Plus it's Nashville what more do you want!!

Came for a concert. Great sound and good views even from the upper deck. Seats are SMALL. So prepare for a squish. Concession food wasn't bad. Prices are high so be prepared to spend more than expected.

Seen KISS on Tuesday April 9th. It was a fantastic experience. The staff was wonderful. The whole city of Nashville was great. I was really glad to see all the law enforcement around the town, I felt really safe.

Staff was excellent; the show wasn't as good as I had hoped and we had floor seat tickets. Would've been much better had they arranged the seats a little further apart. We were literally in some folding metal chairs with hard seats and backs and had maybe 6 inches from myself to the seat in front of me. This was Sesame Street Live so at least half of the audience were children and they either want to move around and dance along or be in the lap of an adult so they could see the stage. Not easy to do when you have no elbow room, all seats are at the same height with no staggered set up, so either your view is somewhat blocked or you're blocking the view of people behind you. For the price of the tickets (not to mention the fortune made for concessions and souvenir items) they really could've put a little more thought into the set up.
