Alright not the best though and beleive me there are more attentive agents out there than ND estates. The woman decided to just stand like a mannequin at our house showing and make zero effort except stating "if you need any help just ask". I thought estate agents were supposed to sell you a property not look at their nails and mobile phone or have I been watching too much Houses L.A on the sat channel. Maybe they so used to the high commission rates they command and earn here in jersey!
